On this ride along, an officer regrets everything. Another helps a woman out of a car. And a door gets locked. On Friday, December 12th in West Palm Beach, Florida, an officer arrived at Homewood Suites after management called about a guest they wanted removed. >> She's a little strange. >> I don't know how the conversation I had with her, she's like, "You do whatever the [ __ ] you want to do." I said, "I'm just trying to get a payment because you paid up till the 10th." >> Yeah. >> However, we need payment moving forward. >> Mhm. >> And your card is currently declined, so we're sorry. We're just doing our due diligence. >> Uh-huh. >> And so, she's like, "You do what you have to do." >> And that meant calling the police. >> West Palm Beach police. >> Hello. >> She wouldn't unlock the door, so they got a master key and did it themselves. Florida's privacy laws require the redaction of any location where a reasonable person would expect privacy. And while some agencies don't redact hotel rooms, West Palm Beach does. So, we don't get to see what happened in here. But the arrest report tells us, if you want to pause the video and read it. If not, let's jump ahead about 9 minutes to when the woman and the officers emerged from the room. The woman wouldn't say much as they walked to the elevator. She may have been thinking about her arrest in July when she wouldn't leave an extended stay and the fire department had to break into her room after she blocked the door with a refrigerator. >> Come out and see us on the elevator real quick. >> Sure does. >> All right. Sorry. >> That's all right. >> Get off of me. >> No, it's not happening. >> I want you to get off of my arm. >> Nope. You chose this for yourself. We gave you plenty of options. >> Let go. >> [snorts] [clears throat] >> Stop it. >> Why you making me bleed? What are you doing? >> Uh-uh. Uh-uh. Uh-uh. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. You need to >> Get off of me. >> Get off of me. You started to kick me. Why would I get my foot off of you? >> The officers received some level of compliance the rest of the way out of the hotel, but once they got to the car, things cranked up a notch. >> Get off of me. >> Don't you kick that car again. >> You know what? My >> Cancel. Wait, we just might have to put you in hobbles. You getting in the car? >> Get off of me. I'm not getting in the car. >> Okay, get in the car. >> Dude, another officer arrived just in time to help. >> We're going to hobble her. >> You going to hobble her? >> Get the hobbles. Put them over there. >> Got it. >> She just spit in his face. >> You got a spit mask, too? >> Yeah, I got one. Yeah, I got one here. >> The officers would put the spit mask on first because no one wanted that to happen again. And then they put the hobble on. >> All right, we're going to lift you up and put you in the car. Can I get the other arm? >> Good. >> And that's how you hobble a suspect who wants to spit in your face. But that wouldn't be the end of that because the officer would take her to the hospital for a medical check. >> Your side? >> I guess so. >> Yeah, her head is that way, so. All right, Kristie. Kristie. >> GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME. I don't want TO SEE YOUR [ __ ] ASS FACE AGAIN. >> OKAY. >> DON'T TALK ME THROUGH [ __ ] [ __ ] Do your job. >> I don't know what that means. All right. >> Outta here. You better not rip my skirt. You better not rip my dress. You can't even afford it, [ __ ] You can't afford it. >> You got the bottle? >> I got her feet. >> I'm about to cut this dress off. >> afford it. >> Cut it, bro. >> All right. >> DON'T CUT MY DRESS. LEGS YOU WISH YOU HAD ONE. >> HI, KAREN. >> YEAH, OKAY. YEAH. I'M A SASSY MOTHER OKAY. I'M JUST GOING TO TALK YOU THROUGH THIS, OKAY, SASS? I'M GOING TO CUT YOUR DRESS. UH-OH. OH MY GOD. >> HERE'S ANOTHER BLURRED AREA DUE to Florida privacy laws. So we'll treat it like the middle of a Walking Dead season and skip ahead. >> Are you going to get in the car easily this time? >> Why are you talking TO ME? WHY DON'T YOU GET SOMEBODY ELSE? GET SOMEBODY ELSE. >> CUZ YOU'RE STUCK with me. You're stuck with me. >> I'm not. >> Yeah. >> I'm not. >> Yes. >> I'm I'm not even your kind. >> Huh? >> What are you from? >> Put your sandals on, please. I'm from I'm from New York. I'm from Brooklyn. >> You wish. >> Come on, let's go. Let's go. >> You want to do this again or >> I don't hopefully we won't have to. I would like not to hobble her. >> I would like to not. Put your feet in. >> A LITERAL PAIN IN MY ASS. >> PUT YOUR FEET IN. Put your feet in so I can take >> Everybody here IS OLDER THAN ME. THAT'S THAT'S CRAZY TO ME. >> OKAY, put your feet in so I can TAKE IT OFF. >> EVERYBODY HERE IS OLDER THAN ME. >> All right. Okay, take this off. >> Patrol [ __ ] I GOT YOU RUN THE STREETS. I GOT YOU RUN THE STREETS. YOU'RE ON A THING ON THESE STREETS. THIS THIS IS FLORIDA. IT'S NOTHING BUT FLORIDA OUT HERE. WHAT THE WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE RUNNING, DICK? >> She's out of her mind. >> But again, that wasn't the end of that because without the hobble, she started to kick the inside of the car. >> do it. Okay. >> I said you could kick my car. >> Oh my god. I WANT TO NEVER HAVE TO SEE YOU AGAIN. THAT'S WHAT'S PISSING ME OFF. NOW, 1 2 3 4 5 6 I will never have TO SEE YOU AGAIN IN LIFE. >> YOU ALL THAT for something? >> TALKING ABOUT THE POWERS THAT BE. YOU AIN'T A [ __ ] YOU YOU SCUM UNDER MY FOOT. >> YEAH, [ __ ] [ __ ] >> You're a pain in my ass. >> They get the hobble around her feet again, but this time they let her sit up for the ride to the PD. >> I'm on corner. >> For your viewer's reference, this is the event that's happening. >> You okay? You okay? >> I know you? >> No. All right, get out. >> She's from Brooklyn. >> That's weird. >> Don't say that [ __ ] one more time. Suck You suck my >> Come on, man. I'm telling you. Let's go. Because it's not your job. Give me your feet. I It's not that hard. I'm asking you a simple thing like leave the hotel. You don't do that. You don't do the simple things. So now you have two felonies and a misdemeanor charge on you. Here, get out. Walk. Okay. All right. Yeah. Put on the bench and then we'll Put it down, Connor. Okay, let's go. Let's go, Connor. Connor, let's go. You made cuffs. I made cuffs. Like the channel? Subscribing makes this narrator feel like the hotel gave him a free breakfast. They used the hobble this time to keep her under control while an officer removed the woman's jewelry. Once the earrings and rings were off, they let her go and tried to leave, but the woman had more to say. >> I just need to get her jewelry off. She has to clean her hands. >> You can take them off? >> Yeah, I'm going to make you work for your money. I'm not saying nothing. >> Okay, have a seat. >> them in. Go bring them in. >> Have a seat. >> Go bring them in. >> Have a seat. >> Cold word, Brooklyn. Yeah, cold word. Brooklyn, she's from Brooklyn. You will never humble me. You will never humble me. You will see me in the streets and be like, "Damn, we know that [ __ ] I wish I could be like her." >> After nearly an hour in the cell, that was pretty much the last of the woman's aggression as she was moved from the PD to the jail. >> You see what I had to try to pull my hair out? >> She's trying to pull your hair out? >> That [ __ ] >> Oh, I didn't see that. >> It's not on camera? >> Well, maybe on camera, yeah. At the same time, she also plead guilty to the resisting with and without violence charges she received during her July arrest. Adjudication was withheld, and she was sentenced to 141 days in jail with credit for the 141 days she'd already been in jail. She was also sentenced [music] to 2 years probation, 50 hours of community service, and ordered to write apology letters to the officers. Thanks for watching. See you on the next [music] ride along. >> Yeah. You're good. You can take a Oh.
