so I had a domestic situation yesterday um she was taken to jail she was released at 405. okay uh I've been getting calls threatening bodily harm saying they know where I live they have my number and I I don't want [ __ ] to keep escalating like okay you know like y'all were already here three times yesterday but uh you know I was trying to file an injunction so you know I I keep getting my ass kick to play in my [ __ ] Park I have the numbers uh they're all Texas numbers you know she's not from here is it are these like her friends calling I don't know exactly who it is it's either friends or family okay but uh she's flipping the story in a way to where it's like uh she's trying to say I put my hands on her and that that's not the case at all you know yeah I mean she's the one getting in charges yeah I'm bruised off due to everything island is broken and I I don't feel like this should be happening you know I'm gonna leave that hard alone yeah so I I had these numbers calling me and she also sent a text to my mother uh trying to get a hold of her so okay what did that text message saying it was her and telling that she wanted to call on the phone and explain what went down uh so she wanted to like talk to your mom and tell your mom what happened yeah and like I have random numbers I don't know calling me being like we know where you live bro you know like like I I don't feel like that's necessary I don't know how to go about like solving this because she is not here right now she was released at 405 from the jail okay uh but since she's got out I'm getting calls non-stop from different numbers are these uh like males females males okay so obviously it's not perfect yeah it's definitely not her directly I uh they're being fed some stories um if you want to show me the call logs I got these call logs as they're not safe numbers just from Texas I've got other texts like you know stuff like that just random numbers I don't I I don't know who they are okay uh this person's talking about he's coming to my house and he's gonna make sure I'm not you know able to ever do anything like it's just ridiculous uh and I I know I I need a pilot in Junction or whatever like a personal protection order but I I can't deal with this you know I called into work today because I've been up since last night she's broken everything I own yeah you know she's assaulted me she's [ __ ] up my car you know I I didn't want to press charges because I don't want anything bad to happen to her I want her to be able to do her own thing but at the same time it shouldn't come at a cost to my peace of mind and I don't know where to go from here um and she's you said she's from Texas so she's our her family's in Texas so she's got so she's been up and down Florida you know it doesn't have either of her kids wants to strip all the time gets drunk and assaults me and I I don't know where I should go from her I got a call from the prosecuting attorney this morning yeah asking if I felt threatened and at you know at the time I that was not the case I'm like I don't think she's doing [ __ ] you know obviously she's seeing other people doing her thing but uh now I'm getting these calls and it's starting to switch off when you talk to the uh the attorney did they mention anything about a no contact order they did not uh I but I've been getting the automated updates uh he was here multiple times yesterday and witnessed you know at least once the police arrived you know like she was beating the crap out of me while he's saying you know help I'm being attacked as she's punching me in the face he had everything she broke the window and everything yeah okay she's breaking everything I own and now I'm getting death threats from people I don't know okay um let me take I'm just gonna like take pictures of your call log and then just those messages to document this he didn't come back right not yet she got out at 405 today and I've been receiving death threats I I've been getting calls saying people are gonna I I haven't got the injunction yet no um anymore all right yes sir it's gonna be it's those Texas numbers those two Texas numbers yeah at the top fair and then if you can pull up the messages just so uh what it says what I say it's not a threat I'm promising you know and then if you scroll oh yeah this is another number I'm not sure it's got a similar area code okay I just know you know they they have their grandkids here you know like there's multiple people who live here you know I don't want to put anyone else in danger over something domestic like this and I don't even think it's English I'm near 24 hours anything we can do to help I'm not trying to see her I'm not trying to file charges I just don't want this no I got you um let me go grab you some paperwork real quick I'll be right back okay okay then to be at work today okay so again that I just want to show you our make note at least if you guys go back in town it's always him being aggressive to me never me being aggressive to him I just want to get my stuff in there if he's not I I do need an escort I've called before I left my home's off just can you guys let me get myself I'm not here trying to do anything crazy I just want to get my stuff and go to my hotel can that happen who did I call my mom my parents my phone's off I don't have service so if we weren't here right now he would have been at work I wouldn't have been he's still been violating your no contact order you're not alone I pay rent here you're not allowed here without police okay but I could have came and charged my phone I could have turned my phone on I could have called you guys but I when I left I told them either way I look I don't want this I just want to leave I've been trying to leave for a reason and when you break the rules there's consequences I left and you're breaking you're breaking them just by being here right now without calling us but you didn't know we were here I had seen one contact you didn't know we were here and you showed up contact order because she thought he wasn't home you know I just want to eat he beat me up I called the police and got sent to the show I'm going through it right now and I need help from you guys I've been in jail I've never been to jail not a violent person so I just want to leave this relationship can you please just take me upstairs to get my clothes in my charger so I can leave I don't want to be here I don't want to cause any problem I just want to get my stuff and leave I have an apartment already that I'm supposed to be viewing today that I was supposed to after work today all of this happened because I wanted to break off the relationship and you attacked me I told you because he had visible scars I have a black eye from where you hit me and I have defensive wounds for when he beat me everywhere you hit me I have defensive wins when he beat me and but since he had visible wounds I understand that I was the one who had to go I get that I serve him I just want to remain really bad I don't want to deal with him I have nothing no mail nothing I just like nothing to me please [Laughter] I have an apartment and a job I was just trying to leave I didn't do anything wrong why are you doing this to me why I I have proof and messages soon ma'am sir ma'am please help me I I don't have any family here I've been in this relationship for four months I wasn't able to do anything please help me is someone gonna help me look you can see check my phone take it take it my phone died be when I left I was looking for help what was I supposed to do with the clothes no money what was I supposed to do stars ma'am came to the police department or something I did they told me to phone's dead uh oh wait guys I'm not a violent person I just really want to be able to go to work move out of this relationships I just I've been trying only for more months you guys please help me well you just told me that you had planned on coming here because you knew he wasn't here and you were gonna and I no I was going to come I that's why I had the Lyft driver bring me over here I was gonna stand here see if one of my neighbors had a phone charger that I can use here I'm not trying to find photos I swear you're violating it by even being here is what I'm trying you have to call before that I had someone call for me please don't you [ __ ] spray me you're gonna stop kicking I am you're lucky I don't charge you with battery for hitting me with the door do you want a felony do
