It's all It's up to you. >> Uh we can do it over my hood. If you want to search it, you can. >> But I uh there's bags and stuff. There's trace amounts in here. >> Yeah. But nothing really crazy. This looks bad, but there's just um broken pipes in there. So, we're coming across before we got to Broadway coming southbound on third. I did a pit right when they tried to make an eastbound turn. He got spun around. That's where the first bit of damage came from on his car. He got spun around. He's sitting like this with his driver door right here. He's yelling, "You broke my leg. You broke my leg." I drew down on him. "Show me your hands." He closes his door, takes off, and it's those scuff marks right there where his car hit my door when I was standing there. So, I jumped in and then chasing the rest of the >> What's her name? >> Hey, man. What's your name? >> Haley. >> Haley. Okay. >> You were Red Miranda already, correct? >> Okay. So, you know about all your rights. >> All right. When you went over that way, >> I got spooked. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. I I I told I he didn't stop the car and then he [ __ ] kept going and I didn't I didn't know what to I didn't know what to do. Like I >> Okay. >> I know running is the wrong thing to do. >> Did you end up throwing anything else when you're running that way? >> No, I didn't. I I swear I promise I didn't. >> Okay. So, there's nothing by the crane or anywhere. >> Nope. >> Um is there anything that is it Brian or Ryan? >> Brian. >> Brian. Is there anything he has in the car that he was the reason he was running for? We haven't got through the car yet. You're not in trouble if you say there's something in the car. But >> no, it's just we don't have tags on that. >> This is all the tags. So, I'm not going to find anything. Do you have any other property inside the car? Any backpacks, bags, purses, anything like that? >> No, but the car is full of a bunch of stuff. Not like drugs or anything, but like >> needles and stuff like that. >> I don't think I don't think so. >> Bunch of stuff like >> like girl like there's like a bunch of like the girls clothes and stuff. Like there's a bunch of stuff in >> But you don't have any other property inside the car? >> No. >> Okay. Didn't find any additional dove down there. >> Okay. >> Unless you wanted to bring the firm missile out to sniff, but it's kind of a big area. >> Yeah. >> No, I'm good at it. I might walk. She ran that way. Is that what we're thinking? >> You know, I have no idea how she got down there cuz there's no gate over here. So, she doesn't look like someone athletic enough to hop that what is that 6ft fence. 7T fence. But there is a gate on the back side of this building if you come from first and court. East first and court. >> I'm just curious because his response to me, like we got here, he gets out, starts aggressively coming around the front end of my car and then yeah, all the way to my driver door. I pop the dog out, dog gets distracted by everything. Um, so my dog didn't bite him. But while I was dealing with him is when she took off, so I never even saw her bolt. >> She's going to be a third offense. I'm going to take her to jail. Okay. [snorts] >> She got warrants out of warrant. Nice. Okay, >> I'm going to call the PO and then see if they'll file. Uh, >> be nice to just do it now. So, >> I'll call them. I'll let you know. >> Okay, thank you. >> My thing is she was very adamant about that bag that and there's not a crazy amount in there. >> No, >> that makes me think she tossed something. >> That's kind of my my thing, too. You okay? You p our AC's coming. You were trying to traffic stop and then he hit. >> So I started the traffic stop way up by brass armadillo. Okay. He break checked me. This thing sliding. I never hit him there. We went south on third. There's a little dead end road on 48th place. He tried to make that corner. I tried the first pit. He spun. Gave me this [ __ ] about I broke his leg and something else when I drew down on him. And then as I drew down on him, he's like he broke my leg. He broke my leg. Then he slams his door. I'm standing at my apillar. In the end, the suspect's attempt to escape only [music] made his situation worse.
