I've never even shot a gun in my life. >> So, your DNA would not be on any type of 9 mm. >> Absolutely not. No. >> Okay. None whatsoever? >> None whatsoever. >> Tristany Baker, 20. Jayla Wyatt shot six times the night before in Zanesville, Ohio. >> You get back to car into the alley in the back because there's video cameras. We can see you wearing hooded sweatshirt, your shorts, your flip-flops. You got the gun in the hoodie. I mean, you can clearly see it. Okay? >> She does not know her fiance is talking down the hall. >> The gun that we're getting out of his mom's house in Newark is it going to have your DNA on it? >> I don't know. Cuz I mean, we shot in the yard. So, we have mine and >> You told me You just told me you didn't ever never shot a gun. >> I held it. I've never shot it. >> Go back to the beginning. Nobody has said murder. >> What is going on? >> I'm just entertaining myself. >> Okay. >> I'm allowed to entertain myself. Y'all want to hold me in here forever? That's all I'm entertaining, though. >> All right. Glad you're getting enjoyment out of it. >> I am. Very much so. >> We got a murder warrant for you. Is what it's for. Prosecutor's office said put a murder warrant out for you, and we want to talk to you about that to try to get your side of the story because, you know, all we have is one side of the story right now, and then we're sure that you can add more to the story than what we already know. Okay? >> Yeah. Where do you need me to start? >> We'll keep it simple. There was a murder down in Zanesville last night now down on the 6th Street. What can you tell me about that? >> Um I don't I didn't know anything about a murder. I got told that Diddy got busted. >> She holds that line for 20 minutes. >> No, I get what you're saying. >> Do you understand why you're here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Why Why are you here? >> You guys think I murdered someone. >> We don't think that you murdered someone. We know that you murdered someone. We're trying to find out why. There's independent witnesses that hear the gunshot, see you running out. I mean, come on. Listen. I'm not here to blow smoke up your ass. You danced around everything. But at the end of the day, we know that you shot her. >> Oh, well, that's what you think, then we'll take it to trial. I did not shoot anyone. >> Who shot her, then? >> I don't know who shot her. I did not KILL ANYONE. I DID NOT SHOOT ANYONE. I DID NOT AIM A GUN AT ANYONE. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT GO AND GET MY STUFF. >> THEN, she hears him through the wall. >> Devon! DEVON! DEVON! HOW DO YOU WANT TO SIT HERE AND TELL [screaming] THEM YOU GOT A GUN FROM YOUR MAMA'S HOUSE? [ __ ] WHERE? >> JAYLA WYATT WAS 23. SHE HAD TWO CHILDREN. That spring, she was staying in a friend's apartment on South 6th Street in Zanesville. The day before, a man she had been seeing came to that door and asked her to leave. She stayed. Her phone was in the apartment with her. The lock screen was a photograph of the two children. On the 27th of April, 2021, officers were called there just after 7:00 in the evening. 6 9-mm casings on the floor. Six gunshot wounds. Legs, body, one to the face. No weapon. Within 24 hours, Columbus police had Trystan E. Baker in custody, and Zanesville detectives had driven up to talk to her. Here is what those detectives already have, and what she does not know they have. Cameras on the lot behind the building. A witness in the alley who heard the shots and spoke to the woman leaving. Latex gloves in the blue Honda. Phone records. Her fiance in a room down the hall. And her best friend, who has already given a statement. She has been in this room about an hour. Watch what she does with it. >> Both hands on your back for entertainment purposes? >> I mean, if you want, yeah. I mean, I can still I'm not putting both my hands behind my back. It's literally freezing in here. >> Stop rattling them around and making noise. >> No, well, okay, but you guys are being >> I just nothing. I just I'm tired. I'm freezing. I just want to go home. No one will tell me what I'm here for. >> Okay. Well, you're being interviewed. >> Like, I'm I'm not trying to sound like a like a dick, and I apologize at this point. Yeah, I know. I'm not trying to take my anger out on y'all. >> fine. I'm just trying to clarify for you, okay? >> Yeah, but I >> So, either there's an option you can sit here peacefully and put both hands on your back. It doesn't make a difference to me. So, if you want to keep one hand free and have some mobility and lay down, that's cool. Or you can keep rattling the cuffs and >> the restroom where I have to wait for them to come? Cuz I I've been trying to tell y'all I have to use that. >> That's fine. Okay, we don't have a female up here. We can't do that, unfortunately. Female has to be with you, and that's that's that's where we're at with things, but >> So, after I get interviewed, I can go home? >> Yep, that's up to them when they interview you. That's not my call. >> I'm like, I So, when do I get to call my mom? >> As soon as you talk to the detectives. >> Okay. And then, they're they're they're in route, though? >> Yeah, literally, hopefully within the next 15 minutes, all right? >> I hope so, too. Listen, I Listen, I got 15 minutes and I start rattling again, okay? >> All right, I'll talk to you I'll talk to you in 20. >> What time is IT FIRST? DON'T LIE, EITHER. LET ME SEE. >> 3:57. >> 3:57? SO, LISTEN, at 4:15, I'm going to start rattling again, okay? I'll give you 30 three extra minutes. >> Okay. All right, then. >> Fair enough? >> Talk to you We want to talk to you about stuff that happened in Zanesville tonight. >> Did y'all get another bust? >> Well, we'll talk about that. Basically, we want to talk to you right now, but you understand that you're in jail and you're not able to leave right now. You understand that? >> Okay. Like, what am I in jail for? Like, yeah, I know I'm like, not arrested. But yeah, I know I'm in jail. >> So >> that they're getting me on a warrant for a breaking a bond or something. >> Well, hold on. Before before I talk to you I got to advise you of your rights because you are in jail. Do you understand that? >> Yeah, my signature. >> Can you read and write? >> Yeah. >> What's the highest level of education you ever had? >> Oh, GED. Um wait, no. She not GED. I have my high school diploma. >> Okay. >> I'm in college now. >> Where do you go to college at? >> SNHU for addiction counseling. >> The rights are read in full on the record before a single question. >> And I'll read these to you as we go and bear with me. I'm reading these upside down. Before we ask you any questions, you must understand your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that? >> Mhm. >> Okay. If you understand that, put your initials right there. Anything you say can be used against you in court. >> Mhm. >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we are at before we ask you any questions and to have you with you during any questioning. >> Mhm. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions now without a lawyer present, you still have the right to stop answering at any time. You also have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to a lawyer. I have read each of my rights as stated above or have had them read to me acknowledging the same that I understand what my rights are. And I'd be willing to answer questions now and to make a statement knowing that I have these rights, I waive these rights and do this freely and voluntarily with no threats or promises being made to me. Great. If you understand all that and you agree to waive your rights and speak with us, I need you to sign at the bottom. >> All right, this ain't my signature, just so you know. >> Well, it's cuz you usually use your left hand. >> mean. Yeah, my left hand, but it's not >> if you're right handed. >> Yeah. Can you date can do me? >> Yeah, we'll do that here. Mhm. >> And that's why I thought I was down here. Honestly, I thought you guys were doing another bust and you're trying to get soup and them cuz I know Zanesville's cutting down on drugs. >> Okay. >> I honestly haven't been to Zanesville. Like I was there yesterday because I had to get my stuff from Diddy. >> Mhm. >> Um I just got out of rehab. >> Okay. >> And uh he has threatened me over and over and over again and I know >> Who was threatening? >> Diddy and I were a thing. Like when I got back on drugs, like when I started February 2020. >> Mhm. >> I got sober on and off. Um I just got sober this last time cuz Diddy was pa- was handing me dope and I was just I didn't want to live like that. So 2 days ago, I called him wanting to get my stuff. He has my puppy and my clothes and everything there. He told me that he's going to have Sierra beat my ass. >> Who's Sierra? >> His baby mama. To remind you, I've had my ass whooped numerous times in Zanesville. Anyone can tell you I take ass whoopings like it's a champ. My mouth sets me up. I can't fight or [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Uh >> Notice the shape of it. Everything that day was done to her. >> And then so today I called him, said do I need to have a police to stand by for me to get my stuff. >> Mhm. >> So he's like, you're not coming today, you're coming tomorrow. So I showed up to get my stuff. Diddy's [snorts] at his car. And then I thought it was funny cuz Diddy was acting like he went from calling me a [ __ ] to yeah, you can go get your stuff. He gave me a kiss and he had a picture of him and I sitting on his passenger seat of his car. And uh So I went to tell Devin I can go get my stuff. And so I went back there. Diddy left and I went back there, and Rocco was like which is the dog was barking and growling like being held at the door. So, I went into this There's two apartments when you walk up. There's Pat's, and there's a spare one. This one was open. So, I went in here cuz the dog like Rocco was trying to get at me and bark at me. I went in here, and then Rocco ran out. >> Mhm. >> And then once Rocco ran out, I ran out behind him. I said, "Fuck my stuff." Like >> Mhm. What's that? >> She puts herself at that door, and the pit bull, and Jayla Wyatt. >> Huh? >> What's that? >> Cuz Rocco's a pit bull. >> Okay. If he ran out, why did you follow him? >> Huh? Because Because Jayla There's this girl Jayla. She had a taser. Because Diddy said, "Yeah, sure. Go get your stuff." Jayla had a taser. I have epilepsy. >> Okay. >> And Jayla's >> of taser did she have? >> It's like a black one. It's like a It's Pat's. He always has It's black with the string, but it's a handheld one. >> Okay. >> But she like Diddy and Pat and Jayla always try like They've always tricked me with tasers. Like they know I have it. Like Diddy whenever he got mad at me >> Mhm. >> would always use a taser, and it's And then she was there Rocco and the taser. I went in that house like that room. Rocco ran out. >> Mhm. >> I wasn't staying to get tased. >> Okay. >> I ran out behind her. I said, "Fuck this." I told Pat I called him. I said, "You can keep my stuff." >> Where was Pat at then? >> Doing a dope deal. >> Was he at the house? >> No. >> Okay. >> He left. >> Where was Jayla at? >> Jayla was standing by his front door. >> Okay. What time was this? >> 11 minutes about a taser. She has not once asked how Jayla died. >> How did you get there? >> Huh? >> How did you get to the house? >> My fiance drove me. >> Okay. Uh what kind of car? >> A blue car. >> Was it his car, the one at the apartment complex, the uh Honda? >> Uh yeah. >> Okay. Uh any stuff in that car belong to you? >> No. >> Nothing? >> Just my face mask. >> Okay. As far as before that, where Tell me >> I've been babysitting my godkids all day. >> He asks who drove. He already knows. The car is in evidence. >> But Kayla and I we started took the kids out at what I'm going to say 9:00 this morning. I don't ever get up before double digits. I'm a [ __ ] >> Why not? >> I like my sleep. But um no, like today I don't know what it was. Today I woke up in a good mood. I like wasn't freaking out cuz the kids were crying. Today was a good day actually. First 80° day. >> Mhm. >> Uh We went out. We had a few drinks with the neighbors. >> Is that you and Kayla? >> Yeah. Kayla will verify like >> Who's Who's the neighbors? Like at your apartments? >> Yeah. >> Which apartment? >> I'm Mayfair. >> Oh, I mean like Right. The apartment C where they picked you up at, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> No, we can't. >> Which neighbors did you have a drink with? Like >> okay, so here's the apartment buildings. >> Yeah. >> There's houses right here. This guy right here on the end, a white house with the fence. He had a drink with Well, his buddy did cuz he don't drink no more. Something about restaurant or something. I don't know. Blood pressure or something. He don't drink so his friend came over to have a drink with us. The neighbors next to them, they were a bunch of black guys. They had drinks with us. I didn't care. I was, you know. >> What were you drinking? >> Uh well, I had a little bit of Malibu and green bean uh I don't know what it's called, green bean something, vanilla. And then we had Jägerbombs. >> And when was the last time you had a drink? >> I haven't drank I stopped drinking like noon yesterday. >> That's a good thing. >> Oh, yeah. I had a few. I had like one Jager bomb with her and then I had a little bit of watermelon and [clears throat] uh >> Well, we're not saying that you was driving around drinking or anything. >> I can't drive anyway. >> Why not? >> I have epilepsy. >> All right. >> I have Yeah, I have seizures all the time. >> Okay. So, you come down to Diddy's. Where's Where's that at? >> Um by the lawyers and the um police station. >> Was there some type of incident there the other day between you and Jayla? >> Um No, the incident was between me and Pat. I hit his window. >> Oh, did you break out his window? >> Oh, I actually didn't mean that to you, but yeah. >> I mean, his house window? I mean, were you staying there or what? >> I um I [snorts] stay I was staying there, yes. And um Diddy and I were a thing and then >> Pat's a turd. >> Yeah, I mean, I know. I know, but you know, I I'm the type person that I grew up like in that foster care, so any little bit of attention like gave me I, you know, pulled for it. But he pretty much showed his true colors. >> How's you and Jayla been getting along? >> Honestly, Jayla beat my ass four times. My mouth sets me up. I She The last thing The last message I got from her was I [ __ ] with the wrong [ __ ] And um I started the war with the wrong person. >> That is the closest this recording comes to a reason. >> I called the lawyers and told them what Diddy does. I called David McGlade and I said >> He's a pretty good guy. >> Yeah, I I told Diddy I didn't cuz you know, Diddy already said he had people have hits on my head. But I um called Dave and I said, "Look, he's selling crack out there. I have a dog that's like 9 weeks, 10 weeks in there that he was supposed to watch while I was at rehab." >> Mhm. >> Selling crack and now um I've I just realized after I got out of rehab I don't want part of that life. Like it's nothing but trouble. I've got my nose broken in Zanesville. >> When was the last time you and Jayla been in a fight? >> Like, physically? >> Yeah. >> Like, where we put our hands on each other? >> Yeah. >> Oh, [ __ ] Back in like December, November. There was snow on the ground. >> Has she been like talking [ __ ] to you recently? >> Uh the only thing that she said, like the only We had an argument, I want to say like 2 days ago, because I called Dave, and then she told Pat I called Dave. >> Mhm. >> Pat called me saying, "Don't let me see you around me." I think Jayla I'm not Jayla, Kayla, my best friend who's on video Diddy said, "Don't let me see you around me cuz Sierra wants to beat your ass." He said, "Jayla wants to beat my ass." And then he said that if he sees me, he's going to beat my ass. >> Listen to the correction she makes here, and remember it. >> Pat's with her? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Like, Pat's I think if he hits a woman, he ain't going to do it. He ain't going to put his hands on you cuz like he says, "The cops question me, did you put your hands on her?" No, he didn't. He's going to headbutt you. He's beat the [ __ ] out of Jayla before when he lived on Bailey. He beat the [ __ ] out of her, headbutt her. He had She had to stay in the back room for weeks. >> Mom and >> Huh? Yeah, if Diddy tells you to do something, you don't You don't like go against it. Like, if you ask anyone in Zanesville about me, I get my ass whooped. I'll tell you I'm going to hit you in the face right now, and then I'm running. >> Okay. >> I have never won a fight in Zanesville. I broke my nose twice from people beating my ass. >> Okay. >> I like >> Did Oh, you forgot that we need to grab a cup of coffee and >> Am I going to jail? >> Well, right now you are in jail, yeah. For the time being. No one said that you're going to be here forever. >> Yeah, I know, but like I'm staying the night here? >> Yeah. >> For how long? >> Well, that we don't know for sure. Like I said, we're here. We want to get a truthful statement from you. >> Yeah. >> And then we got to evaluate some things. >> Yeah. >> So I forgot what we're doing now. >> It's freezing in here. >> Yeah, it's a little chilly, isn't it? >> I'll tell you. Y'all almost got me in trouble. I almost got myself in trouble waiting on y'all. I was entertaining myself doing this. >> You're driving them nuts, huh? >> Yeah, they came in here and I was like, "Well, how much longer?" They said, "Give 15 minutes." I said, "I'll give you 18 minutes and I'll do it again." >> What's Were you there when Gina got shot? >> No. Jayla Jayla's one is dead? >> Yeah. >> No. No, I did not even know. >> Not whatsoever? >> Not whatsoever, no. >> She is still bored. The word murder has been in the room 12 minutes. >> Would you You have a problem giving us a sample of your DNA? >> Absolutely not. >> Okay. Uh We'll do that. We just got to grab some swabs from them here. Oh, perfect. >> [snorts] >> Did their thing come back with the uh What is it? G G something? All right. I know they did that. >> All right now, we'll get the results back here at a later date. Um Tell us more about why you ran out of the house. >> Because I I [snorts] can go into a seizure whenever the um whenever they tase or anything like they had to have the lights off. Why did you think you were going to get tased? >> She's tased me before. Like on my way out like one time uh on my way out they almost got me. They got my shirt right here. >> Uh-huh. >> I don't [ __ ] around there. I've learned that people say they're going to do something they don't like me. They ain't going to run away. What is it? >> It's just getting a sample of your saliva and DNA. >> He asks for her DNA before he tells her he has anything to compare it to. >> I will tell you, hang on. Uh if it's anywhere near the bed or anything, I won't lie. Diddy and I were [ __ ] >> Okay. Well, we're not looking for that kind >> Okay. I'm just I'm just letting you know, like >> So, we're at Columbus PD right now. And bear with me. I've been screwing up your name all night. Say it again. >> T r i s t a n as in Nancy, e y. >> Tristany. >> Tristany. Tristan's knee. >> Okay. And it's Baker? >> Yep. >> Who's your mom, Beth? >> Oh, probably her mom, Beth. Seagull, whatever you want to call her. I have 21 siblings with them. >> All right, Tristany. What this is is just a consent form to be an I, Tristany Baker, have been informed of my constitutional right not have a search made in my body, which I wouldn't do in this situation. We're not going to take your blood. We're not going to do anything else. >> And there's [ __ ] you need to know. >> Without a search warrant and my right to refuse to consent such a search, hereby authorize me, Detective Sergeant Michael Mazanec of the Police Department, to conduct a search needed and take into their possession items needed. This written permission is being given to the above-named police officer voluntarily without any threats or promises of any kind. Do you understand all that? >> So, then like will I have court in the morning then over this? >> Well, we still got to figure that out. Um there's still some couple things that we need to ask you about what happened. >> Yeah. >> Um >> I have college. Like am I not going to I'm not going to go >> I don't know. Where Where Where should you Where do you have class? >> I have It's online. All my stuff's online cuz it's Southern New Hampshire University. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. I have >> Where do you take it at? >> Online at my house. In my apartment. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> I'm just going to put your initials on. What kind of computer do you use to do your classes? >> Um I just have like a HP. I mean, it's one Diddy got me, which is someone like someone came and dropped off her dope, you know? A lot of people down in Zane zone. >> So it's probably somebody else's computer to begin with, right? >> It is. But I have two of them in case something like that happens. This is an HP. >> Is it pink? Pink? >> Oh, yeah. I have two of them. >> All right. >> Yeah, I have a purple one. >> So I have a question. I'm not down here on a domestic violence warrant thing. That's what they told me this whole time. >> All right. >> And they told me you guys would have more information on me. >> Yeah, well >> Because I you guys had a domestic violence warrant with you guys. That's why they came to my house and picked me up. >> Does the SWAT team normally pick people up on a >> That I didn't think so. I'm sitting here like and I'm the victim of a domestic violence. How how do >> So how long have you and uh >> Devon? >> Yeah, how long have you guys been together? >> Um so I've known him since I was 11. Um we got together and engaged last August 23rd. >> Is he truthful? >> Is he truthful? I mean he's cheated. >> Would he make up any stories about you? >> Huh? >> Would he make up any stories about you? >> I hope not. I mean his family calls me trash. Like whenever we go through our breaks, he tells Facebook he's going to award this and that, but then he messages me I love you this and that. It's all mind games >> Okay. Well, stop that. What about Kayla? Does she lie? >> No. >> So whatever she tells is true? >> Yeah, I mean they said nothing of her. >> Okay. >> She has just told them her best friend does not lie. >> And forgive me, what's why what's your first name? >> Jayla. >> Jayla. Keep on Kayla, Jayla, too many >> What's her name? >> What's Did Jayla do anything to you this evening? >> No. >> Did she try to harm you in any way? >> No. >> Never came at you? >> No. >> Nothing like that. >> thing that made me run is cuz she was holding Rocco. >> Okay. >> And Rocco was barking and growling and she She a And it seemed weird because Diddy was all for no, you can't get your stuff. And then yeah, you can go. I have a run to do. >> Did you shoot her? >> No. >> Wait. Did you shoot her eight times? >> No. >> Who did? >> I don't know. >> Even the detective loses the two names. Kayla is the friend. Jayla is the woman on the floor. He asks it flat. Twice. And there is nothing underneath the answer. >> There's a lot of things that we know that we haven't told you. You got to be honest in this situation. You're between a rock and a hard place right now, okay? To be honest about what happened is trying to start to make things right that went wrong. We don't know what went wrong in your head this evening. Cuz he didn't get out of the car. He sat in the driver's seat. >> Okay, and Jayla was alive when I left. >> How many holes did she have in her when you left? >> She didn't have any holes in her. I CAN'T EVEN FIGHT ANYONE, LET ALONE SHOOT SOMEONE. ASK ANYONE IN ZANE'S WORLD. I'VE TAKEN SO MANY [ __ ] ASS WHOOPINGS. >> LISTEN. We're not going to sit here and beat you up over it. >> I'm not saying beat me up over it. I'm not saying you are beating me up over it. I'm just saying I haven't shot anyone. I don't even know how to shoot a gun. >> Okay. >> Cuz you're going to go there and you're going TO FIND A GUN THAT'S GOING to have my fingerprints on it, his fingerprints on it, HIS BROTHER'S FINGERPRINTS ON IT, AND HIS SISTER'S. >> Is that going to be the gun that shot >> know. >> So, if it has your DNA on it and the ballistics come back as far as shell casings, and what was recovered from her you're the only one that's in the house. Okay? >> Mhm. >> How do you think that looks? What What do you think that did? >> I don't know. I mean, it looks obvious that guy did it, but I didn't. >> Okay. If you didn't do it, who did it? >> I don't know. THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE IN ZANESVILLE THAT DIDN'T WANT ME TO GO OUT THERE. THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT JAY LOOKS [ __ ] SCREWED PEOPLE over for dope. I DON'T KNOW. I'M SOBER NOW. I DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] ABOUT ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS IN ZANESVILLE. >> OKAY. She names everyone who touched that gun but herself. There was something that happened today. >> Okay. >> Before this all happened. >> Okay. >> What what happened? >> I don't know and I told you that over and over and over again. You're sitting here like you have one mind that you know what happened. I don't know what happened. I went to get my [ __ ] >> Okay. You were there when she got shot. >> I was not there when she got shot. I already know how this all goes. You sit here and try and ask the same question a million different ways. >> No, there's only one way to tell you how it happened because there's there's the video of you running out. >> RUNNING OUT BECAUSE I HAVE EPILEPSY AND SHE HAD A TASER AND THAT YOU SAW ROCCO RUN OUT, TOO. SHE STOOD AT THE DOOR with Rocco. Holding a taser. I ran into the other room, the other apartment WHERE THE DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN. >> WHO'S ROCCO? >> ROCCO WAS Pat's pitbull. >> Okay. >> I ran in this apartment. SHE LET ROCCO GO. I SHUT THE DOOR, THEN ROCCO RAN OUTSIDE AND I RAN. >> Didn't the lady ask you if it was your dog? >> Yeah, she asked if it was my dog. I said, "That's not my dog." >> But what do you think she heard? >> I don't know. I I told her that's not my dog. I said, "No, that's not my dog." >> What do you think she heard just seconds before you come running out of the apartment? >> I don't [ __ ] know. >> I mean, you know this. Like we're I don't want to get you a hard time. You don't want a hard time. It's >> 15 seconds, the longest silence on the tape. >> But you didn't get your stuff. >> Because there was a taser and a pitbull. >> Now, what I can tell you is Pat's had that pitbull for a long, long time. >> Yeah. >> And when you were hanging out at Pat's before you ever got the apartment, you were around that pitbull a lot. >> I was scarred on my side from the pitbull. I do. Yeah. They wouldn't let me call my mom. Yeah, they told me I had to wait for you guys. >> Yeah, who's your mom? >> Mhm, don't matter to me. I'm taller when I get a phone call. >> Yeah. But like I said, you only get one shot at telling your side of the story. >> I did tell my side. WHATEVER HE'S SAYING, I DON'T know what the [ __ ] he's saying. Whatever Kayla's saying, she's going to say anything TO SAVE HER KIDS' ASS. YOU DONE PUT HER IN HANDCUFFS IN FRONT OF ALL SIX KIDS. She's living in my apartment. I DID NOT TELL KAYLA [ __ ] >> If you took a drug test today, would you pass it? >> I can pass a drug test with flying colors. I'm sober. I just got out of rehab. >> Okay. There was no one else but Kayla in the apartment when you were there. >> No, all the babies and Devon. >> Oh, excuse me. Jayla.
