What kind of container? [snorts] >> Whatever the lid on is. [laughter] >> What color was it? [singing] >> This is Marian Williams, a 57year-old woman. It's been more than 2 weeks since her 13-year-old daughter, Dileia Young, disappeared from their home. >> Nobody knew about this. to me about your husband don't know my husband know [snorts] that so quick we were so serious [ __ ] don't know >> even if somebody thought he he knows nothing about it >> but right now every lie she and her sister Valerie Young told detectives is beginning to crumble >> I'm expecting whatever you guys do to me or whatever you have to do God knows >> it was the morning of May 16th 2021 one when a woman named Valerie Young called the Elatchua County Sheriff's Office to report her niece Dileia Young, a 13-year-old girl, missing. According to Valerie, the last time she saw Dileia was at 6:30 the previous morning. She had gone into Dileia's bedroom around 7:00 p.m. on May the 14th and saw her already asleep. Then on the morning of May 15th, when she went to check on her, Dileia was there. But sometime after that, she vanished. When the dispatcher asked if she thought Dileia could be with anyone, Valerie responded that she didn't know, but that Dileia had a boyfriend she had never met. At the time, Valerie was staying with her sister, Maria Williams, who was Dileia's stepmom and legal guardian. When officers spoke with Williams, her account of what happened did not match her sisters. As Dileia's legal guardian, Williams stayed in contact with officers on the case for several days. Then on May 19th, the sheriff's department issued a missing child alert for Dileia, asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Alatcha County Sheriff's Office. But what no one knew was that Dileia had already been taken far from the house to a place where no one would find her again. Then on May 26th, with a heavy heart, Williams went to the Elatchua County Sheriff's Office on her own to speak with a detective about Dileia's case and what she would eventually revealed during those moments would give the detectives the picture and timeline of what took place before Dileia's disappearance. >> So, um, [clears throat] you sounded really upset on the phone earlier today. Um, so again, you can take your mask off or if you want us to wear one, >> whatever makes you feel more comfortable. >> I know it's easier to breathe without these things. It's just >> Yeah, just take your time. >> Williams claimed she saw Valerie beat Dileia badly enough to cause bodily injury. Yet, Williams refused to call the police or take the child to the hospital, even though Dileia reportedly refused treatment. Williams, as the guardian, had the responsibility to ensure the child was properly cared for. Unless there's more she's hiding. It's often only when someone is involved in something this disturbing that they become unwilling to go the extra mile to protect a child. [laughter] [snorts] [laughter] >> [snorts] [laughter] >> doing right now by her. You're doing right by God. [snorts] Take [laughter] Maybe tell me the rest of the story after that. What happened next? [snorts] >> She gone. [snorts] But the reason why I came in here too. [laughter] Thank you. It's really hard to hear. >> Talk to me, Glory. Talk to me. [gasps] We're going to get you this. Okay. Tell me what happened. >> Oh, it's okay. [snorts and gasps] [laughter] So, I said, [snorts] "What what are we going to do?" blessing. But you do. >> That's what I >> You guys do >> because I knew [snorts] I told Valerie before. >> You told Valerie what? >> To stop hitting her. Just don't hit her. I told her to stop. You [snorts] know, I couldn't do it too much, but I could have called the police. I could have called her. I could have called. [snorts] >> But it's Valerie. It's your sister. What you guys do? >> Oh. She said, "Where you going to put?" Like, "I'm scared." She was like, I said, "I'm just calling my parents." Oh. She said, "I feed her." Like I said, you can't bury her in the ground. I can't remember something about >> something about burying her. Okay. >> Something she I think she said we can't put in the ground cuz the dogs are sniff. I don't know too much about that. I think she said I don't want to be know something like that. [snorts] >> And so just something >> and I was just standing there just crying. So you get your teeth. [snorts] Okay. What kind of container? >> [snorts] [snorts] [laughter] [snorts] >> This is what on it. >> Whatever the weight on this, >> what color was it? [singing] >> Doing okay. [snorts] I'm right here with you. Go. I'm right here with you. [snorts] [singing] [snorts] >> [snorts] >> pink container with the lid on it. [snorts] I already explained it to to one of your told one of your all it is the pink container. >> You talked about a pink container and it had a lid on it. [snorts] >> Is it What's the material of the container? >> Like what's it made out of? Is it >> a plastic? Okay. Nobody knew about this. Me husband don't know my husband know [snorts] so quick but we were so serious but they don't know >> even if somebody thought he he knows nothing about it. [snorts] I believe that >> I will tell you I'm trying to tell you I'm telling the truth about everything I tried and I beat around all [snorts] because I told you he said why we tell the truth. He said why we tell the truth. He said he gave me [snorts] pink container. >> Where did the pink container go? >> He burned it. I told him not to. >> Okay. You burned it where? >> In the yard. in your house with Andrew or your house uh where Bo Peep stays at. So across. >> So you just you burned it in the yard like where >> was it old raggedy barrel? >> It was an old raggedy barrel. >> Valerie burned it. >> Okay. [snorts] >> When did you That's where Valerie said she burned it. [snorts] >> So you and Valerie burned the the container. Was Dave with you guys? Did he know what was happening? >> I don't know. We didn't tell him what happened. >> So, you didn't tell him. You know that you never told him? >> I didn't tell. >> Okay. So, where were you guys? You put the container in an old raggedy container. Like a >> It was a barrel. >> A barrel. Like a a burn barrel. Like I live out in the country. I have one, too. Right. So, where was that barrel at? >> It was sitting. You remember the two bears in the yard? The two black ones in by the shed. >> We walked over there. The dogs over there. They went everywhere. [snorts] >> Okay. >> It wasn't strong enough to pick up anything, but it wasn't her body. >> It was not her body or it was her body in the pink container that's in the burn barrel. >> It was her. Okay. [snorts] >> And then um when did you what day was that that you guys were doing that? >> It was It was Saturday morning. >> Okay. >> No, I hope that was Sunday. It was Saturday morning. What did we get to be? >> Right. When you when when did you find her? >> Passed. >> She passed sometime. I've been from looking back from maybe 12 to about 6 or maybe 6. Okay. So 12:00 p.m. >> Oh, that's the last time. No. >> What day? Or maybe [clears throat] like this? This is 11. >> This is 12. Yeah. So it'll be Saturday. [snorts] >> So Saturday morning around 6:00 a.m. you found her? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> About No, about seven cuz that's when I remember when I took that phone call. >> That's when I called. You called Valerie and did she come over immediately or later or something different? >> She came immediately but she didn't know what I didn't >> over the phone. Okay. So she came over >> cuz she because when I called you said no when I called her she said you me to pick her up and I said [snorts] and started telling that because I wasn't sure I was. >> So Valerie had intended to come pick her up for the day. Okay. Um, >> actually wanted to take her home that Friday, but I wouldn't let her. >> Okay. >> Because that's what she told me. >> So on So Okay. So are you do you have are you okay to we go back and we start kind of going step by step like from Thursday or Friday, things like that to go over it. Based on Williams' account, she placed the blame entirely on Valerie and distanced herself from anything connected to Dileia's death. Even her account of disposing of the girl's body was horrific. How could someone who called herself a mother upon finding her child dead [music] think only of disposing of the body? Given the details, detectives knew something didn't add up. For the time being, they let her go back to the beginning and recount the whole story again. >> I did. Yeah. >> Okay. When? So, Friday, if she's coming home, Valerie's bringing her to you on Friday. >> So, when did the whooping take place? Let me just start with that. When did Valerie tell you I whooped her? And And when did that happen? >> Friday. >> So, Friday. Was that at your house, her house, or >> My house? >> Okay. So, on Friday, who all was home? How about most >> Okay. was at my house. >> Okay. Valerie was at your home. >> The house messed up >> and [clears throat] that's at in the Monontoke house off 197. Okay. >> Battery came over. I put it on a computer that morning. >> Okay. >> Let me ask you a question, please. >> Do you actually forgetting >> me? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I've talked to a lot of people. I'm sorry. >> You forget like that, too? >> No, I'm I'm picking up on you. Are you talking about Well, I know what you said. I'm just now trying to narrow down. I I kind of see where you're tracking. All this happened Friday >> and then Saturday. >> Saturday you found her >> was when you found her >> not breathing. >> No. Only reason why I'm asking because I kind of like see how I mean like how people forget and that's what >> go. Well, so what I'm trying to do because so when when you just said when you told us everything, right? >> You can [clears throat] >> relax. Okay. Um, [snorts] we have like gaps in time. So, I'm trying to now piece out the exact timelines and and all that because when you said that you that Valerie told you she had whooped her, it wasn't clear to me. Was this a phone call? Is this in person? Did this happen before? And she's now just telling you or did it just happen in front of you and you were telling her don't whoop her again? Is that Am I missing something? >> It sounded like you came out from what you said. You came out of the room and saw her whooping her. >> Okay. And I'm sorry. I'm [snorts] sorry. That's my bad. I'm sorry. >> No, I I understand. I understand. Listen to >> I'm doing my best. You really forget. If Miss Lisa told you anything about me, she >> you [snorts] know, you're probably dealing with a pretty good guy. >> That's what she >> So, she's the best. >> Yeah, really good. >> She's busy, too. So, >> the whole team, even the guys, even the way they was drilling me, you know, was just I'm so proud of the way I'm telling you because if it wasn't for that and me having a dream from Lely, >> I wouldn't be here. I wouldn't be here talking to y'all. >> I appreciate it. >> I wouldn't be here. >> I appreciate [snorts] it. you know, cuz I've always been an honest person. Always told the truth. Lying with my heart is just so committed. It's, you know, it's like I'm jumping between my baby, my sister. It's just like [snorts] I told my mom, I said she might not be my birth child. She was my baby. She was my take care of her. >> And she was blood. She was blood. She was your baby. >> Miss Lisa told me about that about you. She said you cared about her. I did. You know they want good >> they want you know >> but just let my sister you know >> we just >> my sister she's good people but the same thing but she's I just found out the oldest my other sister my sister had and she was she I talked to them and said you make sure you tell them what that's because I wasn't very close family [snorts] we grew up together but I was like was telling me about Valerie had a daughter, which I know Valerie had a daughter, but I didn't know what happened with the daughter of Valerie. >> Wow. >> I didn't know this. She just told me, she said, but anyway. Um, >> so it sounds like Sunday is when you guys took it took her up to Monoka up to the house up there. Lacrosse >> or Lacrosse. I'm sorry. >> He hasn't been out to the house. >> Yeah, I haven't been out there. And it it it's been a while since I've been out there, but you guys took her up to Lacrosse and that's where she was in the the tote and and she was >> okay. I'm going just start let you ask me the question and I tell you, let me just try to remember from I can remember from Friday because that's the day took place. >> Would you like to write it down? >> Okay. >> I can remember good from Friday because that's the day took place, but I can remember what like Sunday. I can >> right. Okay, >> that's not my, you know, so we'll start from Friday. >> I don't know what the church I know church Sunday did. I know she on the computer. >> The other days, even though I think sometimes they say she wasn't there because they was doing testing, but then back up. I talked to one of the teachers in >> she was there Friday. She did check in Friday just like you said because she wasn't feeling well and since they were only showing the movie, she said okay. >> And she almost didn't want she almost didn't want to check in. That was a big plus to me >> my because at least I knew she everybody know she had to be alive. And even the dollar store went in the dollar store. She didn't want to go in there. The dollar store, but she had cap. >> So [snorts] Friday and that's basically >> so Friday morning. >> Friday morning. Yes, ma'am. Friday morning. >> We got up to you. She signed in on the computer and [snorts] she got off the computer and we just lounge around. I mean, I can't really remember what all we doing watching TV. She might have been on a computer when I love things. But then Valerie came over. Valerie came and [snorts] Valerie came over. I got I went to the bathroom and I came back out. Valerie was whooping her. >> Okay. >> And I told Valerie like stop. Stop. What did she do? And Valerie said something something. >> Can you tell me more about the whooping? What what that looked like? like how she was hitting her where >> on her legs >> on her legs. >> Okay. Open hands, objects, something else >> with like a little cord. >> Okay. >> And I told stop >> and then and we went to the store and picked up the stuff and I we came back drove her car and I come back home. Like I said, in between coming back home, got her hair washed. No, no, no. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I washed her hair before we left because we didn't wash her hair before. No, L got her hair washed after we came back >> cuz she had a cap on. I know her hair wasn't done. She got her hair wash. >> She got her hair washed. >> And sometime wash, but I know she put the cap on it cuz her hair wasn't done. Okay, >> I remember that. But she might just go. I'm not for sure about the hair washing. >> Okay. >> No, ma'am. I think because she computer volume. [snorts] So after we came back wash the hair, she um she took a bath. She had it in all the way to that time to about I said about seven something like that something. That's what she said she was going to go lay down. I said you feel the cancer take it to the doctor. She said, "No, I said to the ER and like I said, she was going to the she going to the doctor and she told me and I checked on about 11 11 or 12 and she was okay. I should have said after that then about about 7 that's when I Saturday morning. >> Okay. >> [gasps and laughter] >> I said [snorts] she just too hurt. He just hit it too much. >> She just held her too much. >> Hit it too much. >> Hit her too much. >> It just went too far. So when Valerie said that when law enforcement asks tell her [snorts] we'll tell them that they took [clears throat] her from her house in the woods. What did you say to that? She said [snorts] like she was going to my house and what she said cuz they was gone all night. She wanted >> Valerie didn't want to tell the truth. [snorts] >> Okay. She didn't want you guys notic. She said she didn't say nothing. She was at my house and since we got was at the emergency room all night. Then I made somebody house and >> Okay. So they really did go to this wedding on Friday. [snorts] They really did stay in the emergency room all night. And so >> you guys, she Valerie said we'll say that she went missing during the night. >> I didn't know none of that till she got home that subject to she got into my house, >> right? Until she got Okay. >> So that's where that idea come up. So I'm do it cuz you know [snorts] and I kept [clears throat] saying I'm just as lonely as you say. I told the whole world I I told I just talked to my mom this morning. I got to bring out the movie and I call important people that I can call. The truth is coming out today. >> Okay. >> The truth is coming out today. >> Did you call Valerie too? >> Did I call Valerie? >> Yeah. You said you called your mom. [snorts] You called important people. Do you remember if you >> Okay. I call Val. >> Oh, I didn't know if you could call in there. I know that they can call. I didn't know if you guys can call in to her. >> I can call. >> Okay. I'm [snorts] sorry, baby. >> Sorry. >> Um, >> based on everything detectives had gathered from Williams, it's evident she was involved in beating Dia. After discovering Dileia was dead, both women used a tote bag to move her body to a second location owned by Williams off Northwest 47th Terrace in Lacrosse. According to Williams, she returned to the residence the next day and found the pink tote bag outside, but Dileia's body was nowhere to be found. >> [snorts] >> Let me back up. >> You asked me. You said I called Valerie. >> I can't call V. >> You can't call her cuz she's in the the meridian a place for detox or whatever. [snorts] >> I think Valerie called me this, but I can't call her. Call her this morning. >> Yeah. I don't know. I didn't know if you guys can call in if there's a line that family on. >> You could call in for sure, but I didn't call Valerie because I didn't. >> Okay. >> But I don't know if >> Why did Valerie call me this morning? I can't call Valerie. >> Okay. She might have called you cuz you said you have that number saved. >> Yes. >> From when? >> Yes. But I can't call. Yes. You check You check my phone. You can check it. [snorts] Yes, ma'am. But um Yes, ma'am. I did. And you know, I asked Valerie. I told Valerie, I said, "Valer," I said, "The truth's got to come out." Cuz yesterday she called on my phone. I never answer my phone. >> She called, then she called my mother wasn't. And I told her, I kept going. >> Okay. [snorts] >> But um Yes, ma'am. And I told her, I said, "But the truth got to come out." She's like, "What truth? What truth?" >> Text me, "What truth?" I don't remember. I know what I have to make peace with God. So she was saying about ask me a question again. Sorry. >> So you guys were driving around. Valerie suggests this plan that she was at her house and taken >> during while they were at the ER. So, um, >> how does it, yeah, how do you stop driving around? What happens next after that conversation? Where do you guys go? >> If I'm not mistaken, because I know Valerie car was up at the house. I don't want to make a mistake, Jesus. Because there was a lot of stuff happened that day. [snorts] >> So, I think I took Valerie back to to the house and Valerie got her car >> to the Manoka house. >> 19. Oh, that's right. To your lacrosse because you guys got one car from there. We stayed. Guess what? We stayed the running of the house because we didn't want nobody else involved. >> Okay. >> Did you guys sleep at your house in Lacrosse? You stayed the night there? >> You didn't stay there. Okay. So, you took her back and she got her car and she said she went back. >> Valerie said she went back out to the lacrosse. So, tell me after you left the lacrosse house. >> Okay. So, I left the lacrosse house. Mhm. >> I'm not sure if we were I know we had to go back over there because that's what happened. >> Okay. >> I'm not sure once back. Did we go back over there yet? >> No. >> Okay. So, when you did take her back there to get her car, >> what did you do? >> You went home to the 192nd Avenue house. And so, she was left alone. >> Who? >> Valerie. She was at at the lacrosse house on her own. The last you saw her, you didn't see her drive off or do anything or go inside or do anything different? Like what did what did you see her do when you dropped her? >> She got her car. She >> Okay. So you saw her leave. Okay. So then take me into the next morning, Sunday morning. So you both left the lacrosse house and the pink toad is in that front room, the room to the right. >> Okay. And then when you guys were driving around after you put the tote in after she put the tote in the room, you guys are driving around [clears throat] and driving around Elatcha and Valerie says, "This is what we can say." You come with that story. Then you bring her back to her car at your house in Lacrosse so she can get her car. >> And then you both leave the lacrosse house. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So what happens next? bedroom. Assuming you go home and go to sleep, I don't want to fill in the gaps for you. So, tell me what happens next. >> Okay. >> Okay. Lacrosse. >> Check. I didn't hear you, baby. >> You're just rubbing her leg [snorts] cuz you love her. >> [snorts] >> Eventually, when detectives spoke with William's mother, they learned she had confided to her that she and Valerie had beaten Dileia so badly that the girl struggled to breathe. With that, everything the detectives had suspected throughout the interview began to align. Meanwhile, Valerie was also brought in for her own interview. >> Hey, baby. How are you doing? >> Going through some stuff, huh? You remember me, Nancy? >> Yeah, I remember you, baby. Um, on your shoulders and in your heart. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. That's what you've been trying to numb out what happened because I know you're not a bad person. >> And it was an accident. Things just got out of hand. It was an accident. It was a mistake. Okay. You panicked. And Valerie, listen. I know you're not a bad person, okay? >> You have love in your heart and I know that you love >> that little girl like she's your own little girl, right? >> Yes. >> But this is the moment. This is your opportunity to to come clean, be right with God, be right with Delia, and be right with us. You cannot >> feed me any any stuff that did not happen. Okay? No matter how scared you may feel, >> I I can I can understand it being scary. Yes, it's scary. >> It's scary to not know what's going to happen from here. >> Yes. >> But Gloina came forward and she got it off her chest and she's sleeping right now and she knows and it's she came to Gloina. So, let's get rid of that that nightmare and get rid of that evil out of us right now. Right here. Right now. This is the purge. Okay, baby. >> I need you because it's so important. >> You have to tell me. So, >> how's Friday night when you went to the wedding? >> I don't know. She She was at my house. >> She might have been earlier that week, but she was not at your house Friday night when you took David to the wedding. Look up at me, hun. >> Okay. >> Do you understand what I'm saying? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> Now, when you and I talked on last week and you told me that she she does think the kid is that kid is a handful, right? I I've heard that she pees herself, she poops herself. You said that she sticks things in her vagina and her anus and she's she's a handful. She's got behaviors and all that kind of stuff. You said that she's sexualized and that, you know, she was in school. She's sucking the boys penises at school and all that and not easy to manage and deal with. Okay, that takes a toll on a caretaker. That takes a toll on your heart, right? And makes it hard. And you know what? We get frustrated. I can tell you I have had my own personal experience as a caregiver getting frustrated just being at your wits end with it. Right. >> So things happen. So talk to me about what happened. >> And Gloina, you spanked her. >> Tell me about the spanking, baby. >> Valerie's words were hard to make out as she spoke very softly. It seemed that while she had been loud and forceful while beating the child, she could barely speak above a whisper. Now, at several points during the interrogation, detectives had to ask her to speak up so they could hear her. When they began questioning her about the beating and what she'd used, she revealed something truly disturbing. >> Went back to the house. >> Okay. Talk to me, baby. You do know. Just take your time. Take your time. Take a deep breath and let the memories come back. You were there. You know what happened. Where we at? Well, she call me. >> Mhm. >> You panicked. Okay. I need you to lift your head up and speak, baby. I can't hear you. >> Was on medicine. >> You were on medicine? >> Mhm. >> Tell me about how you panicked. >> I just panic. >> I wasn't there. What did that look like? >> I found out she went home. So, you found out she had bruises on her. What else did you find out? I found out what she had. She had she was she had um um used to mess with the hair dryer. >> Who messed with a haird dryer? >> She didn't. She being >> who's she? >> She mean she's mean to me and mess with the hand about it. >> Okay. Help me understand that statement. Glo's mean. >> No, I told Gloina. >> Uhhuh. >> Mess with her hair. Mess with her hair with the hair >> with her head with the hair. And I asked her again and she said she didn't. And I asked her why. >> Okay. >> And she messed with the dragon. And she said because she wanted to. >> She said because she wanted to. Let's go back to when you were talking about >> that there were bruises. So you said that Gavina called you and said there were bruises. What else? Call Glo. >> You called Gloina. Okay. And she told you there were bruises. And what else? You just got to get it off your chest, baby. It's going to feel so much better. It's going to feel so much better. It's going to be a release. Okay. >> It's heavy and it's a lot. Talk to me babe. Her house. Gavina's house. >> Which house? >> The house over in the garage. >> Okay. The old house. >> Yeah. >> Y'all call it the old house. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Mhm. [clears throat] And then I was checking everything lights and stuff still on my house. >> You're checking everything out and making sure what >> the lights and everything was working was on in the house. >> Okay. >> Okay. And again after that I had left and went back over to my where I stayed David at David Mama house. >> Okay. David Mama's house. >> And then I left and I called and I called Mary. >> Mhm. >> And then I went over there. went over where? >> Over the Marian house. >> The old house or >> her house? >> Montio. Okay. >> Then she told me about She told >> I told her. >> You told her you knew that you did it. >> Okay. I walked over with a switch. >> Say it, buddy. >> I woke up with a switch. >> You walked over with a switch. Okay, babe. It's okay. [snorts] >> Maybe you do remember >> that's your go. Okay. But you can all of it, >> but you got bits and pieces. So whether it makes sense to you and you don't think it makes sense, I want you to just dump it out because it may make sense to us. Okay? So dump out what you got. >> Okay? >> Whether it's in timeline, in order, >> okay? >> Okay. Just keep talking to me because it's in your brain. It recorded it like a video camera. It's in your head. You whooped her cuz she went into the kitchen and it was your kitchen. She messed with the drawer with knives. >> Yes. Okay. Where did you where in in David's mama's house did you whip her? >> I whipped her in the room. >> In her bedroom? >> In the bedroom. >> The bedroom that >> where she sleep at >> where her where David's mommy used to stay at. Okay. >> I >> Okay. And then >> Okay. And I make her stay in there. >> Mhm. And tell me about the whooping. What all did you do with this woman? I woke her like headaches. >> Mhm. >> And her butt. >> Mhm. >> That was it. Okay. What were you whipping her with? >> What? What kind of a switch? Switch can be mean so many things to different people. >> What did it look like? >> Like like coming off the tree for the oak tree. >> Okay. Where did you get switched from? We got it from off the tree outside. >> Okay. Is it a switch you already had or a switch you went and got? >> No. Switch I went and got. >> You went and got that day just before you whooped her? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> [snorts] >> After the interviews, neither woman could tell detectives where Dileia's remains were. Even though Williams claimed she didn't know exactly where the body had ended up after it disappeared from her tote bag, her detailed confession about the Lacrosse property gave investigators a tight geographic area to search. Following this, law enforcement launched a massive multi- agency grid search. On June 2nd, 2021, at around 4:30 p.m., search teams discovered human remains and clothing hidden in the brush along a rural county road. Forensic investigators and the medical examiner's office later confirmed through DNA testing that the remains belonged to Dileia. After the discovery, a grand jury charged Valerie Young and Marian Gloina Williams with firstderee murder. However, in January 2026, Valerie Young accepted a plea deal, changing her plea to guilty on charges of negligent manslaughter and child neglect, resulting in great bodily harm. She remains in jail, awaiting sentencing. Meanwhile, unlike her sister, Williams did not take the January plea deal and continues to face active charges. Her case has progressed through several pre-trial hearings in Elatchua County, and she is still awaiting trial and sentencing.
