In fact, by parking diagonally across two spaces like she did, she may have even escalated the situation by providing the officers with a clue of impairment and a reason to conduct a DUI investigation. The officers eventually got the woman into the car so she could be taken to the DUI center. I don't want to be taken by her. Ma'am, that's not how this works. You're here. You're not You're not You're not in control of this arrest. I am, and she's going to take you because it's another woman. Go. If you're going to catch another You don't understand. I'm being cooperative, but you have been disrespectful, and you've hurt me. As rude as he is, at least he hasn't hurt me. According to the arrest affidavit, the woman would end up refusing to provide a valid breath sample. She also kicked a holding cell door and it struck an officer's hand, but because in-facility cameras are only allowed to record inside the center, this was not caught on body cam. The officer charged her with DUI, resisting without violence, battery on a Leo, and Dwilis. [music] Court records show that the resisting charge is dropped and that she had no contest to the remaining charges.
