See if there's any left. I mean, this might be something. All this [ __ ] spread across here, but it's kind of hard to tell. >> Yeah, someone's got to sit with him though. >> I'll go sit with him if you guys want to search. But if you find anything else, just let me know. Thank you, guys. Mark. All right. We're alive. Well, we just searched your truck. We didn't find a phone, but there is a meth pipe. >> And there's four open empty Skoal containers in the back seat. Skoal vodka and an empty beer bottle. What is that? >> in Titusville. That's that's her house. >> Oh, she lives in Titusville? >> No, that's a I flip houses. I have four houses down the street. >> So, it's safe to take him to the hospital? >> Conclusion: What started as a routine welfare check quickly turned into a much more serious situation. Mark admitted he was too intoxicated to drive and insisted he was only sitting in the truck because he knew he shouldn't be behind the wheel. The officers initially tried to help him find a safe way home, but his continued refusal to cooperate changed everything. Once officers spotted suspected drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, Mark was detained and ultimately arrested. He later faced charges including DUI with prior convictions, resisting an officer without violence, and refusing to submit to testing. Although the drug paraphernalia charge was eventually dropped, he pleaded no contest to the remaining charges and was found guilty. The biggest takeaway: A situation that could have ended with a ride to a hotel turned into an arrest because of a series of decisions made in the moment. What do you think?
