You have the right to the presence of an attorney during questioning. And if you cannot afford an attorney, we will be appointed for you prior to questioning if you so desire. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not make any statements or answer any questions. Do you understand each of these rights as I have explained them to you? >> Yes. Okay. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to wave them and talk to me now? >> Yes. >> Thank you. Obviously, you know why I'm here. >> Um trying to find out. What do you what do you mean? Like I'm confused on what you're trying to ask. >> Yeah. So like sex [snorts] to some people means different things and so we always try to clarify it. Does sex mean you put or he put his penis in? >> Yes. Yes. >> And it happened for a little bit and then I think we we both started to feel kind of like uncomfortable and like it wasn't we knew it wasn't what should be happening. Um and we stopped and then I went home. Did you say you went home? Did you guys go somewhere? >> Well, he was right there at the end of the road and then I just got out and walked home. >> It's just before midnight on May 9th, 2026 in a farming town of about 500 people in Eastern Washington. The Whitman County Sheriff's Office takes a call. The caller is a man named Garrett not. He's calling about his wife. He tells them he's found screenshots on her phone messages between her and a 16-year-old boy. And he tells them he's already spoken to the teenager directly who confirmed what had happened. His wife was 25 years old and she was a first grade teacher at the local school. St. John sits in the Paloo, the rolling wheat country of Eastern Washington. It's small, the kind of town where the school is the center of everything, where the teachers are neighbors, and where everybody's kids know everybody's parents. McKenzie not taught first grade in the St. John Endicut [music] School District. Six and sevenyear-olds. She was married to Garrett not. And in a community that size, a first grade teacher isn't an anonymous public employee. She's someone dozens of families hand their children to every single morning. The 16-year-old was not one of her students. He attended the neighboring high school. But as she would later concede to investigators, that distinction didn't make the relationship appropriate. She was a teacher in that district and she could have encountered him at any school event she chaperoned. At 5 minutes to 1:00 in the morning, Deputy Amy Griffiths and Deputy Zayn Casper of the Wittman County Sheriff's Office arrive at the not residence. They make contact with Garrett first. He explains what he found, the screenshots on his wife's phone, and the conversation he'd had with the teenager himself on a voice call and on Snapchat where the 16-year-old told him directly what had happened with his wife. And then the deputies do something smart. They split up. >> Um, I'm going to be taking over for Deputy Casper, but he's going to assist. Okay. >> Okay, that's good. >> Um, what's So, just fill me in. I know I've read the screenshots and stuff, but >> So, first grade teacher here. >> Okay. How long has she been employed there? >> Uh, this is her first year. >> Okay. >> And, uh, went on her phone last week and saw that she was talking to a 16-year-old boy. >> How did you know he's 16? >> Cuz he go schooler. >> Okay. You know who you know the kid? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, our families are like super good friends and stuff and found this out and uh I mean screenshots talk about it. Um I mean if you go through the calls and stuff I mean he admitted to me that yeah they definitely did sleep together. I mean there was a screenshot there and said yeah. >> Yeah. >> You know he did. >> Did he ever tell it to you verbally or just that screenshot? >> What's that? >> Did he ever tell it to you verbally or is it just that screenshot? >> Well I mean he told me verbally on the phone. Okay. >> But um also maybe screenshot. Yeah. >> Perfect. Okay. So both ways he's told you, >> right? >> Okay. How long have your family's been hanging out? >> Like are you talking like So my dad graduated? >> My dad's been with him since high school. >> So lifelong family friends. How long is your >> since you started working there? >> Okay. >> Which was September or whatever. I never stopped. hang out before >> your You guys didn't hang out with him when he's a kid? >> Nope. Definitely. >> Okay. >> Okay. Who else inside? >> So, I got my mom, >> my brother, and then um there's people named Tyler and Tammy. They're like our good friends. And then my wife is on the end of the couch. >> Okay. Um Okay. >> Is there somewhere we can talk to her? >> Yeah. >> Everybody else around? >> Yeah, that's totally fine. Yeah. >> Okay. be before I talk to her, I have a couple more questions for you if that's okay. Sounds good. >> Um, what is her Snapchat handle? Do you know? >> You want to write it down? >> You want to? Yeah. Yeah, if you could show me. >> Okay. >> And then his Snapchat, how do you know that that's be a 16-year-old boy? >> Um, cuz I've had him on Snapchat cuz I I'm an assistant track coach over here. Okay. >> I've known my kid forever. Obviously, my family and >> has known them forever. So, I've had him on Santa forever. Um, she went on my phone and decided to add him up and there. >> Um, this is my wife's. You need a picture of you. >> Okay. >> Remind me your wife's name. >> McKenzie. >> Stand up there so I can see. Yeah. Sorry. Not wanting to focus. >> Okay. >> No, the camera's just not focusing. Just type it in. So, it's that one right there. >> Yeah. Um, me and her will drink it at night. And that's how I actually found out they had sex. So, >> okay. How many times did she tell you they had sex? Uh just once this really happened last week, I literally went on her phone on Sunday. Um she was texting him and she promised me that it was only just a little kiss or whatever. And then I got her to admit that they definitely did have sex. >> Okay. >> It's hidden in the closet. It's like on the top shelf. Okay. Um, hopefully that doesn't have to be a thing. >> No, not necessarily. Do you mind if we come inside? >> Yeah, go for it. >> Deputy Casper takes McKenzie outside. Deputy Griffiths stays inside because there's a third person in that house tonight and she is about to become the most important witness in the case. >> Okay, we're going to want to chat with you after. >> Okay. >> Hello everyone. >> You McKenzie? No. >> Is that who just ran upstairs? >> I think she went to get shoes or something. I don't >> Okay. Do you mind if I go upstairs? >> Mhm. >> Okay. I'm going to head up there. >> Not my house. I'm just here for my grandson. >> Okay. Hello. Hi there. Are you Mackenzie? >> Yeah. I'm going to close this just cuz my little guy is in here. Okay. >> Yeah. Do you want to step outside? It looks like you're getting shoes. >> Yeah. >> You want to step outside? Okay, we can do that. >> Oh my goodness. Look at you. >> I'm going to squeeze around you. She's all dark. >> Okay, I am reporting. >> Um, my name is Amy. I'm deputy with the sheriff's office. Um, >> outside, McKenzie gives Deputy Casper an account that never quite arrives anywhere. She says there's been a lot of mutual infidelity in her marriage. She says alcohol is often involved. She acknowledges that she and the teenager had been flirtatious with each other. >> What's What's going on today? Why Why is your husband calling us? >> There's been a lot of infidelity um mutually within the relationship. Um >> um a lot of anger going on right now. um to be completely honest with you. Um yeah, that's that's all I really have to say to you at this point. I Yeah. >> Okay. >> There's a lot of mutual mutual anger, mutual hatred going on right now. Um >> Okay. When did that start? Um, we've been married for 4 years now and um, consistently throughout our marriage, it's been um, very unloyal, very unhealthy. Um, okay. I'm sorry to hear that. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Okay. What is um what does he do for work? >> Uh, he's a mechanic for Poland disposal. >> Okay. Okay. And you're a school teacher? >> Mhm. >> Okay. What grade do you teach? first grade. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, infidelity going both ways. Um, is that the argument that's going on tonight? He said you guys were arguing. >> Yeah. So, um, about 8 months ago, he had stepped out on me. Um, and then there's just been like a constant like distrust of like anything that I do, anything that he does type of a thing. >> Okay. >> Cuz there has been, you know, things that have happened in the past. And so we just haven't there's been no trust. So no matter what I do, no matter what he do does, there's no there's no trust on either end. >> Gosh, if that makes sense. >> Yeah. So >> that's a hard place to be in a marriage. >> Yeah. Very hard. Yeah. >> Okay. Where do you foresee yourself going from here with him? >> Um for for me myself, and for my son, um it's not a it's not a place I want my son to be in. I want I would like to be the divorce is definitely what needs to happen at this point. Um given whatever however things have panned out it's gotten extremely worse I would say within the last month. Um why do you say that? >> Um there's a lot of alcohol abuse that goes on on the other party. Um >> okay. Um, it's gotten really bad. Um, yeah. To the point where like I I love him dearly. I really do. In my heart. I do. >> Sure. >> And I want my son to have his dad in whatever capacity that is. >> But him and I together is not it's not a it's not a thing that should happen. >> Okay, that's fair. You can both love a kid together and yeah, not have to love each other all the time. >> Okay. >> And then she offers something else. She suggests there are rumors that this same 16-year-old had an improper relationship with a different teacher at the school. But notice what she does not do. She does not deny it. Across that entire first conversation, [music] she never directly admits that they had and she never denies it either. She spreads the blame outward. Her marriage, [music] alcohol, another teacher, rumors, everything except a [music] straight answer. >> Okay. >> No. Why would he tell me that that you had sex with another person? I mean, cheating is not a crime, but >> No, >> he's just upset and wants you not to be here. >> I Yeah, I think there's a lot of upset feelings. I think there's a lot of hatred going on right now, if I'm going to be honest with you. >> Yeah. And I think I don't know about you, but when you're mad about something, I think you would do anything [music] in your power kind of to um make your not only make yourself believe that, but make that other person feel like they should feel like that, too. >> Okay. Okay. >> I just um it's really unfortunate to be honest with you. There's a 3-year-old little boy upstairs that's involved in this situation, and it's really unfortunate. >> Okay. There's another kid sleeping down here. Is that their >> That would be my friend's kid. Yeah. >> Okay. [snorts] Okay. Um Okay. And you said you see divorces in your future. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Um he said you guys were arguing tonight over tell me about him. Um he's a boy that goes to school here. Um he's a very uh flirtatious boy with any individual he encounters. >> Um there's been accusations of him and other teachers at the school. So there's there's that at play as well. And I think there's that's where that comes from. >> Okay. What was your guys' conversation tonight? >> He had left to go to the bar and he had just stated that he thought that there was something that had happened there. Okay. >> Can you tell me about the messages, the Snapchat messages? >> Um, so to be completely honest with you, there was a situation in St. John at Taco Trauma where my husband had supplied alcohol to this individual person. >> Um, that I was not okay with. And I >> Okay. And I had reached out to him to confirm that because I saw him have a beer that I saw my husband hand him. >> Okay. Remind me when Taco Trauma is. >> Taco Trauma would have been >> trying to remember. Couple months ago. Couple months back. >> Okay. >> Um so I was trying to figure out that what was was what was going on cuz like I said there is a there's a chronic alcohol issue there. Um there's a with Garrett >> okay waking up he's not here waking up he is here but he's passed out on the couch. Um a lot of that happening. So I wanted to confirm that accusation but also be like what the heck type of a deal. >> Um and I think that got taken way out of context especially when there's a trust issue at play. >> Okay. Okay. And so in those messages, um it sounds like you guys are trying to meet up >> Mhm. >> to confirm that resolution that he's not supposed to be drinking. Um that my husband was or was not supplying him that evening. Okay. Why would he say that? I think this is a bad idea to meet up with you. Uh probably because he knows that he's going to be coming to my house. And who's at my house? >> Who's at your house? my husband. >> Why would that be a problem if your husband's supplying him the alcohol? Your husband's not going to get mad at him. >> But if he if he doesn't know that I'm talking to him, like he wouldn't want me to. He's not doesn't want me to be upset about it. Right. >> I'm confused. Is he am I okay with it? No. >> Okay. >> Right. Right. >> Is he Does he think it's okay? Yes. >> Right. So, you guys are in conflict over that, but it's not your kid. It's not my kid, but that's that's my reasoning. That's my reasoning behind the whole thing. Okay. I mean, I don't see any vehicles, but that doesn't mean anything. So, I don't know. >> Sure. Um, let me go talk to Garrett again. Um, I don't Do you want to hang out out here or upstairs or >> I'll just go inside? Yeah, if that's okay with you. >> Yeah. Yeah. Garrett can come chat with us out here if he's willing. >> Out here. Hi, puppy. If you bite me, I'll be sad. >> Tommy, come here. >> Oh my goodness. Go inside. Come on. Come here. Come here. >> There you go. >> Hey, it's probably a good idea for us to not have her pinned in here. Thank you. >> Yep. No problem. >> Okay. So, we talked to her. She's now denying everything. >> M >> What's that about? >> I have no idea. Okay. I mean, you guys saw the screenshots, everything. Um I have a witness in there. She called me on Snapchat and said, "Hey, I just want you to know like I'm going to bat for you." Like, I know I [ __ ] up, but >> Okay. So, she is in your wife called on this other lady's phone. >> Other lady's phone. Yeah. >> Okay. And told him >> not to say anything. and uh deny it. >> Okay. When did she make that phone call? >> Uh I can't tell you exactly. >> Well, like tonight. >> Yeah, it was tonight. Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah, she just did. Um Tammy is her name. She'll tell you everything cuz she doesn't really want to be involved in there. Don't blame her. I feel bad about it. >> Okay. >> Um everything just kind of just came out tonight and >> Sure. >> So, >> sure. It sounds like when is Taco Taco Trauma? I always get it wrong, but Taco Trauma is that in the fall? I forget. Um it was oh shoot probably three months ago. >> Okay. So three months ago the the texts between her and him that you screenshotted on Snapchat. >> Those that was not during that time. >> Okay. That's those are more like that's in the last week. >> Last week. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> That's why I took her phone. >> Sure. >> Took a picture. >> Okay. How did you see those? Like how did you come across? >> I just had this so crazy. I just had this weird feeling. Um, let me >> inside. Deputy Griffiths is speaking with a guest who had been staying at the house that night and her account changes everything. She tells the deputy she'd been in another room trying to sleep when she heard McKenzie and Garrett arguing. During that argument, McKenzie asked to borrow her phone. She used it to call the 16-year-old. And according to the witness, McKenzie admitted it to her directly. said out loud to a house guest in the middle of the night that she had slept with a teenager. >> We're doing it. >> Hi there. >> Hello. >> My name's Amy. I'm recording. Is that okay? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What What is going on tonight? >> Um me and my husband, we came over tonight for barbecue. Just baked beans and having the kids together and play. Me and Mackenzie used to work together. It was the first state bank. Um, we just came over to hang out and they were kind of bantering back and forth like like I don't know what's going on in their marriage, but like you know when there's like underline name digs and whatnot. Um, and there was a comment about like what had happened last weekend that she had kissed this minor or person. He's 16. And so there was comments back and forth about it. Me and Tyler stayed out of it. Um, tonight we go to bed. My kiddo's in the living room. My husband's on the air mattress. I just slept upstairs and they had them in their master bedroom and then their their kiddo in their bed. Um, and I can hear them kind of bantering back and forth. I hear the door open at one point shut. They're kind of going back and forth. I'm just laying in bed. You can hear mumbling of what's going through the wall. Um, she comes out like into the room crying and she's like, "I need to borrow your phone just crying." And I was like, "Okay." And then she's on the phone with him. Know what's going on at this time or who she's calling. And then she's like telling me that she ended up sleeping with this individual. And I'm like, "Holy shit." Like, "This is not my scenario. This is not my to be in." Um, so my phone was used to call him. I want no part in this. This has nothing to do with me or my husband or what they have going on. So, I just want it to be known to you guys what why my phone number would be popping up on my or individual's phone. Um, and then so my husband, long story short, has cousins that are younger than him that still go to St. John's school district. She texted me and was like, "Hey, popped up on his phone. I didn't respond back to her. I want nothing to do with this, so I'm just letting it be known to you guys. Y'all can look at my phone. You can go through that. I have nothing. Their [ __ ] is their [ __ ] I want nothing to do with it. I just want to let you know what's going on. I want to be home and stay with us." >> Appreciate that. >> Um, okay. So, she You hear them muttering in their rooms. She comes in crying. >> She comes in crying. Yes. >> And then what happens when she comes in crying? >> So when she comes in, she >> Yeah. >> Okay. Would you mind if I look >> absolutely history with this phone number? And what is this phone number? >> Uh yeah. So recent calls. Um I guess him. This is This is my husband's cousin. She goes to school here. So I guess they're hanging out tonight. How old is she? >> I think she just turned 16 in December. 15. No, cuz she's driving now. She just started driving. So 16. Right in there, too. My husband's mom and her mom are 12 years apart. >> Okay. >> So that's why there's such a split between the cousins. Yeah. Um so she had texted me that I did not respond. You're welcome to see in my >> Yeah. No >> deleted like >> third one. Yeah. I don't I don't have anything to I'm >> okay. Would you mind go grab another Smith form? It's on your dash. >> And then I'll get your little um slide past. >> What is your first name? >> Annie. T A M I. >> Is that short for anything? >> No. >> Okay. And your middle initial? >> L. >> And your last name? >> McBride. M C B R I D E. Like wedding bride. >> Okay. And your birthday? >> 110795. and your phone number and your address. Okay. So, how do you know I'm going to miss a friend? Tammy. >> Mhm. >> How do we know Tammy? >> Um, so I used to work with her at First Interstate Bank in Brazilia. >> Okay. >> Yeah. We became friends. >> Okay. You guys been friends for um just about um about a [clears throat] year. Um and her husband knew my husband from her husband used to date my husband's sister. So >> yeah, >> you say it's small town. Small town stuff. Okay. Okay. Gotcha. Okay. And you guys hang out regularly? >> Um not really. We're like one of those those friends who are close but don't see each other for forever and then like that type of >> pick right back up where you've left off. Okay. Okay. And okay. Okay. So, you guys were hanging out tonight doing stuff and then you guys all go upstairs to go to bed. What happens when you guys go upstairs to go to bed? >> Um, so we were already like in odds at that point. like Garrett was angry with me for whatever reason. And then Tammy went up to >> because he fell asleep on my lap and I took him to bed and I laid down with him and as soon as I laid down G came in and was making allegations to the other room with Tammy cuz I didn't want to engage in that. >> Okay. >> Um he got upset with me and I was like, "Well, he's he's sleeping and I don't want to wake him up. this is what I'm doing right now to make the And then he's like, I'm calling the cops. And I was like, okay. >> Okay. >> Whatever. >> Okay. Tammy said you used her phone to make some phone calls. >> Mhm. >> Who did you call? >> So I um Garrett had stated what he was calling the cops for. And so I know like, hey, just so you know, Garrett is calling the cops with these allegations. And I don't know what happened after that. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. How many times not? >> Okay. >> Why? >> Uh because my my phone was in the other room. My phone was in our bedroom where Garrett was >> because I've talked to him on the phone before. >> Oh, okay. So, you have his number memorized? >> Yeah. It was from last weekend. Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. And then after you call on her phone, what happens? And I told him what was going on and he just was receptive and was like, "Okay." And then >> okay, >> yeah, gotcha. and then hung up the phone and then >> Carrot was on the phone with a couple other people and then a couple seconds later he was on the phone. >> All right. Well, so here's where I'm at. Okay. There's two sides of every story. I've been told by multiple people that you had sexual relationships with someone under the age of 16 that goes to school you work at. Okay. So, right now you're going to be under arrest for sexual misconduct with a minor. Put your hands behind your back. Give us just a second. >> Yeah. >> Step to five. One in custody. >> Okay. We're going to walk that way and go to your car. I'm going to let him help you down the step. There we go. All right. And then just have you face this front bumper for me. Right over here. Perfect. I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to the presence of an attorney during questioning and cannot afford an attorney. One will be appointed for you prior to questioning if you so desire. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not make any statements or answer any questions. Do you understand each of these rights as I explain them to you? You're nodding. Yes. All right. I'm going to search you incident to arrest. Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me, stick me, or hurt me? Okay. >> Would you like your phone to come with you to jail? >> Wallet back of my hand probably. >> Okay. Where's your wallet at? It's in your house. Okay. And this is your phone. Just set it up here for right now. Okay. Go ahead and lift your arms. Back of my hand. And do the same thing on the other side. Okay. Back my hand. All right, we're going to get in the back seat. Um, what does your wallet look like? Um, it's if you walk in the front door, my purse is just right there. Okay, so we could grab that. >> Yeah. Okay, perfect. We'll do that for you. Sorry, trying to be helpful with the light. I'll get on the other side. >> Later that day, investigators interviewed the 16-year-old at the sheriff's office, and separately, they had something that doesn't get nervous, doesn't change its story, and doesn't have a motive, location data. The teenager's phone tracking recorded the whole night, picked her up at 13 minutes past 2 in the morning, a short walk from her house. 6 minutes later, they arrived at a spot [music] just outside town, a place local high schoolers use to hang out. They stayed there until 3:53. And at 3:59, she was dropped back off near her home. An hour and 34 minutes in the middle of the night, logged to the minute. That's not a rumor, and it's not a he said, she said. It's a map with timestamps on it. At 19 minutes past 10 that night, Deputy Griffiths interviewed McKenzie again. This time she was read her Miranda rights and she waved them. She agreed to talk and this time she admitted it. >> Um, since you're in orange today, I'm going to read you your rights before we get started. Um, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. >> Yes. Thank you. So I see you know why I'm here. um trying to find out what all went on there. Can I just start off by saying that I'm really sorry for not telling you everything last night? >> Absolutely. Yeah. I was really terrified of it was really scary. >> I I understand that this is a scary situation. >> I was afraid of what I should say or shouldn't say. I didn't know it was my >> I'm going to take notes while we talk. Okay. That way if you say something I don't have to interrupt you, okay? I'm going to just write you're really sorry and I will make sure that that's okay. What really happened? >> Um so my husband and I have like seen him at community events. Um like hung out with him here and there. Um so I I have known who he was. We've hung out before in like a community setting. Um Garrett and I had been drinking that night and um Garrett went to bed. And we were like like both Snapchatting him if that makes sense. Like talking to him like a friend kind of. Um and then Garrett went to bed and I was still talking to him. And then um one thing led to another and we ended up on a Snapchat call and um a lot of it is a little bit fuzzy for me because I was heavily under the influence. Um, but I remember being on a Snapchat call with him and then we were talking about like hanging out, getting together and then that's when we started like talking back and forth about that and then he um showed up like down at the end of my road and I met him down there. Um, and at first it was very like we were just talking, communicating. Um, and then it just kind of spiraled. Like we started flirting and started making out and then it just led to having sex. When you say sex, what does that mean to you? Um, like there's different kinds of sex. So when you say sex, like what does what does that mean? Like what what do you mean? Like I'm confused on what you're trying to ask. >> Yeah. So like sex to some people means different things and so we always try to clarify like does sex mean you put or he put his penis in? >> Yes. Yes. >> And it happened for a little bit and then I think we we both started to feel kind of like uncomfortable and like it wasn't we knew it wasn't what should be happening. Um and we stopped and then I went home. And you say you went home. Did you guys go somewhere? >> Well, he was right there at the end of the road and then I just got out and walked home. Okay. And so, um, you guys had you guys made out kissing. Is that making out? Okay. So, you make out and then you have sex. Um, and then you go home. Does this all happen in his pickup? Yeah. >> Tell me a little bit more about his pickup. What does that look like? >> What does his pickup look like? >> Yeah. Like what kind of pickup is it? >> Um it's like a burgundy um Chevy pickup. >> She confirmed the teenager picked her up, that they drove out, that they were there for a long time and that a sexual encounter took place. Then he drove her home. There's one more piece. And for anyone wondering whether she understood what she'd done, it answers the question. The day after it happened, McKenzie texted him asking him not to tell anyone. That's not confusion. That's someone who knew exactly what the consequences would be and tried to make sure a 16-year-old carried the secret for her. There's one more thing in that statement. >> Filtered water. Really quickly, I was going to ask you, are you um Riley Griffith's sister-in-law? >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's who I thought you were. I went to high school with him. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yes, that is me. >> Um Okay. Is there anything else you think you want to share or anything you think I haven't thought of or you have thought of or any questions you might have? >> Yes. My question is what do you think is going to happen? That's what I'm really scared about. I wish I had a magic eightball to give you all the answers. I can tell you you're going to have court tomorrow. Um there's going to be the news media outlets are already reaching out to get information. So there's going to be it's going to be in the media tomorrow. Um he won't be named in any of that because he's a minor, >> right? >> Um but you will leave cuz that's how the system works. That's fine, >> right? Um, so and tomorrow they'll tell you a lot more about the next steps and tomorrow's court case or court hearing is just an initial appearance. So it's just this is what was alleged, this is the crime, guilty, not guilty. Um, and me being and and then at that point is when you also like do you want an attorney? Do you want your own courtappointed? Do your own thing? Whatever. That'll all be with with the judge. >> Okay. So nothing will be like set in stone like we won't know, >> right? Yeah.
