three all the way up to nine once you reach nine you're gonna leave that front foot on the line and take your back foot take a series of small steps turn it around and once you're back on the line you're gonna take nine more heel toe steps back down the line one two three all the way up to nine once you oh that's fine I would if you understand you can go I was just gonna explain just to make sure that you understand keep your eyes focused on your feet count each step out loud keep your hands down by your side don't raise them for balance make sure to touch every step Heel To Toe once you my hands are down by my side my eyes are focused on my foot and I'm going to count out loud one thousand one one thousand two one thousand three and so on if for any reason you put your foot down pick it directly back up and continue counting from where you left off one thousand four one thousand five and so on all right got it do you understand the evaluation yes do you have any questions no what
