that's a previously mentioned to you you fail to to submit to a test I have requested of you your privilege to operate a motor vehicle will be suspended for a period of one year for refusal or 18 months if your privilege has been previously suspended as a result of a refusal to submit to a waffle chest of breath urine or blood additionally if you refuse to submit to a test I requested of you and if your driving privilege has been previously suspended to a prior refusal to submit to a lawful test of your breath urine or blood you will be committing a misdemeanor refusal to submit to a test driver trusted of you is invisible into evidence in any criminal proceeding does that make sense to you so if you don't provide it basically you will lose your drive privilege for up to one year for refusal or 18 months if you've been previously suspended for it okay so with that all being said do you want to provide me a sample your breath in or your own I've never been in trouble before I know so that this is step one of my investigation right well step two of my investigation this is a part of my investigation so really I just need to know if you're going to provide it and if not I have to I have to seize your license and you'll lose your driver for a year in the State of Florida even though you're from Michigan you have Michigan driver's license we seize your driver's license here there's this Universal approval is that something I do is provide a sample your breath and this I do and it's over the limit and so to tell you point of like I tell everyone well the minute I just put you in handcuffs you were under arrest so regardless of whether or not you provide a sample of your breath you're going to jail um really all it does is prove or prove your intoxication level right so I just proved that you're obviously not safe to drive at this point right I think we both agree on that um well really that just that shows if you're impaired young needs and your faculties by what you've learned and stuff like that so is that something you want to do to provide your breath and or urine because these are one of those things that I need an answer it's not like it doesn't require really much into it much thought it's just yes or no whether or not you know where you need to repercussions of what happens if you don't understand I can reread it to you I just understand again the
