Su yeah me too was an argument with your boyfriend uhhuh they ask the boyfriend gets up and leave they're going to separate but the boyfriend gets up and leave terrible argument and she starts throwing inside the room um she got dismissed and they escort her on the way out she gets into what El this right here which is a security uh she start arguing arguing with him he says that she spit at him um and then after she spit on he try to move her back and she comes and he does Mark right hand some sing them out the this one the other one on one side of both nurses were also and the other security guard did witness it she actually bit him on the hand too has a a cut right here Jesus Christ at him and then hit Punch The Other M as well oh this one doesn't want to punch in charges the other one do but the security guard does okay so it sounds like a 39 yeah this is her this is going to be your main victim him he do he does want to prosecute I haven't asked him anything about a written statement or anything he he understands that it's a misdemeanor correct I haven't told him any that I just got all the information for you what's his name uh meny meny um and then this is going to be the two nurses this is the one that got punch and spit at does not want to prosecute he's the one that got bit and spit at does not want to prosecute you understand that it's a mem meanor and so um I don't know what happened between the nurse and then the guy I was here with but they had the security guard no the other nurse it was like just she she was like a nurse that was taking care of me after okay so um when I I went to hon restaur when I walked in there was exchanging words so the energy was kind of you know had shifted in a room or whatever so me he had said something to me about he was leaving so I'm like okay we could leave together so I'm getting up to who was this that said they were leaving this is my boyfriend okay came here to the to hear with me okay so but I don't know what happened with him and my nerv but he wasn't being treated he was just here for for you for me okay and then something happened they exchanged words and then he said he wanted to leave okay I'll just myself trying to feel a little better or whatever so that's what happened I take the thing out and I walk down downstairs and I well I ain't running to him he just found me came up to me and he was being all aggressive like oh you got to go or you going to jail mind you I haven't done anything I just took off sound myself and he came automatically aggressive oh you got to go you got to go I'm like damn what did I do all I did was sound Myself by so I guess he had talked to my nurse I don't know what happened but he automatically came at me aggressive so I'm like I don't have to do nothing I don't have to get out I don't have to and then that's where it went from there and I guess he felt like I was in his face being loud and stuff so he pushed me and I did swing at him you hit him in the face I'm not sure if I hit him it was just a reaction be honest with you but I did swing cuz he pushed me and I told him why did he push you I don't know he said I was in his face talking loud but that's just we was talking in each other face he was standing right in front of me I wasn't using no move hand movements but even if I do I'm a female that's just how I talk did you spit at him as one no this was after the fact this was after he had after before don't matter did you spit at him I didn't spit at him I was 15 but I didn't spit at him if I was going to spit on him I would have on cuz we he was standing right here how we is this how we was just like this face the face so what you're saying is that you pushed him first that he pushed you first yes he pushed me and then after he after he shoved you you swung on them yes that's exactly how and it was everybody here you understand that there's video that I'm going to look at right yes I was going to show you she ripped her IV out and ran out we um documented it as a left before treatment completed but she didn't officially signed herself out okay so she ripped the IV out and she just said I'm leaving so yeah she screamed and ran out out of the room out of the where was she on the floor she was in the ER so her room was a straight shot to the exit so she kind of just ran towards the exit were you a solded as well or no no all right um would you like to write as a statement or anything up to you I didn't see a whole lot cuz once she left you didn't witness the altercation I didn't you just witnessed her rip her IV out and leave yes she never signed any paper signing herself out of the hospital okay all right thank you this is your main one the gentleman with the bike that actually has a liation here is f so he's his mind he's writing a statement now okay I'm going to get the uh other saying that the what yeah please you want to be a witnesser no yeah okay I'm the supervisor in the she's saying that I just like the Nur the nurse said she RI her IB out and she was leaving she says you intercepted her or whatever as she was walking out and she says that you guys got into a verbal argument and that you pushed no so she got in my face and my face you never pushed her when you pushed your arm out did you touch her she no she touch she came to me in my face she came to me and I had my hand out and then she walked into my hand and I had I had my officer who who got into her first I was on one side you see me in the camera walking to the other side because she started getting loud cursing and yelling cursing telling me [ __ ] all [ __ ] so when she get in my face I'm telling her get out my face thank you sir did you ever just I mean look man did you ever think just to call the police if she's just walking out of the hospital and she's leaving she's being a a pain in the ass we did uh we when she spit on my face that's when did she spit in your face before or after the altercation during the altercation during the altercation I'm saying before all that happened when she's just walking out on her own she wasn't walking out yet she was cursing she was just breaking property throwing things on the ground cursing everybody out and we're telling her she's causing a distur exactly inside where inside the the lobby we're telling her to please leave she turns around and spits in my face okay and then you got it all in the camera okay then that's when she came out here she's face Rob face and I'm tell we're telling her to leave then she comes at me and then she swings at me pun me in the face almost everything FR all right and then when she spit on him I hit the panic button but I guess supposedly That was supposed to go right to you guys but I guess it goes to the operator yeah I was told that it goes so I no okay so he's not pressing charges you are my Victim he is he is now yeah you want to press charges as well okay cool all right no problem all right so give them a case number please you got the written statements yes two two statement two statements you can get mine okay all right cool did they fill out the bottom on the statements they got to you assisting her on know were you her nurse at any point oh you're a tech okay I was in the lobby she started to make like some she was like screaming uhhuh so then um I think it was Melvin or another security guard just making sure she was it was just checking what was happening with her so then she started to get a little bit aggressive started to scream uh so we all started to escort her outside of the lobby uh we all went this way um and then I was right behind Robert the other te that was here as well um and then we all came over here she started to get in a physical altercation with with Robert with him no that's yeah the other typ he's not here uh which is right over here and then uh I was grabbing her with Robert I'm not sure if Melvin was also grabbing her and then she was on that's when she B you she was on the floor and then she didn't on the floor let me get a let me get a picture of you stand over here for [Music] me all right thank yes yes CU I take pictures take pictures of I got I'm going to take pictures of you as well okay it's this I'm not on anybody's side here just trying to figure it out I'm just trying to figure out what's going on from what I'm getting right now you said you left you never signed any paperwork you pulled your IV out and you left the room okay so they're still responsible for you the correct way is you sign your paperwork and you say I'm through you pulled your hold on let me finish you pulled your IV out you left the room and then you started a commotion I start a okay well I'm going to look at the video regardless okay you started a commotion they tried to deal with you and you escalated from there that's what I'm getting right now so yeah you're injured but this could have gone a whole if you would have just taken 5 minutes and signed your papers and said hey look I'm signing myself out and just left peacefully we wouldn't be here right now yeah but I was I wasn't leaving in a in the you feel me I just left like it don't matter you know it's it does no it does matter it does matter because I decided I wanted to leave you got to understand something there is policy and procedure me like that there's policy and procedure of the hospital they can't just let you rip your IV out and walk out imagine if everybody did that they have a responsibility so if that's the case why didn't he come to me like hey you know you can't do that can you go at least sign yourself out in me oh I'm I'm going to take you to jail this and that it's the way you handle things I don't know why he would tell you he's taking you to jail he's a security guard he can't take you to jail but but that's what he said okay I'm going look at the I'm going look at the video okay but I got one dude that got bit okay you were spitting on people you punched buddy in the face okay he hit me okay and then when I got out here they kept following me as I kept telling them leave me alone why didn't you just stop for a minute and tackle me and this and that of course I'm a fight back first of all like you said none of y'all are officers to be detaining me and I ain't do nothing wrong like you said yeah I could have signed pulled your IV out and you ran out like you know like come on now I'm not no criminal why I get treated like a criminal well you become a criminal when you start biting and spitting on people and hitting people okay but that was after the fact y'all in the fact that this man pushed me rather he shove me or Tred to move me or tell me to back he said he tried to back up and you kept coming at him he put his hands on me I was we were talking just like this it was no reason for him to shove me cuz I wasn't no threat to him I'm a female first of all I'm B bit second of all to me having a out that wasn't an option for him he wanted this to go this way but this this should have never sign myself out it should have never escalated the way get out n no no get out I'm arrest you what's the
