I'm on site. You had to drop the vehicle." He told me he wasn't dropping anything. I was standing on the side of the truck. He turned the wheel real hard and he hit he hit the gas and the front of the tow truck has those big cle. And then I said I told him, "Hey, you just hit me with the tow truck, my friend." And then he says, "Okay, well you're basically I'm going to keep hitting you, so I run you over to till you move out of my way. I'm telling you, you're you're doing a loan for repossession. The the gentleman just called the bank told me he's not behind on any payments." And I'm trying to explain this to this guy that's showing me no ID repossession. My one of my my employees went over there just now. This gentleman that's supposed to be a repossession even looks like he has a weapon on his person, which you can't have. And you know, and I I I documented his face, his tag number, the R number, the gentleman that that put it on the flatbed, his his tag number, the company's name, and his face as well. I have those snapshots. one that got arrested because in any circumstances where you come into any confrontation where there's another agent or a civilian, you're supposed to drop the the vehicle and you recover his vehicle at a later time. Does not want to do that. You want to continue hit him with his truck and and that's wrong. Well, all your just a calm down continues to hurt. Okay. Trying to call 911. I walked to the guy's door to talk to him and tell me listen uh drop the vehicle. I'm instructing you to drop the vehicle. He refuses to drive the vehicle. I walk towards the front headlight. He cuts the wheel sharp and then hits the hits the gas like like where the car, you know, like jumps out and when it jumps out, it hits my my leg with the cluster with the the towing feet that's on the front part. Your right leg? Yes. My left leg. Your left leg. So then I back up talking to him just backing up. Then he kept he keeps accelerating. to run into me. So, I'm telling the gentleman, "Hey, listen. You're running me over with your tow truck. I told you who I am. I I I displayed my ID. I'm here on site. You cannot repo this vehicle. And now, you know, you're arguing with me. You You want to video it, which shows clearly that you're running me over and you hear me telling you that you're you're running me over with your vehicle. You can't just mow me down. Where was the car at? The car was parked right here next to the gate. The drag mark. So it wasn't behind the gate. It was It was in the parking lot. We have to wait for my son. You can see the skin. So what? You were inside. He comes up, hitches it. Right. I know. I was in a car that was parked right there. I see him backing in. I jump out of the car and ask him what is he doing? And he doesn't say anything. uh when you're performing that repossession, if you're going to encounter any pedestrians or whoever, your ID needs to be out. If nobody's there, you don't have to present your ID. But I tell them, hey, my friend, you don't even have your ID that says you can repossess this vehicle. So, I'm going to take a picture of your R number. I'm going to report you to the police. as well as you hit me, I'm going to call the Department of Agriculture and I'm going to report you as well there and have you investigated as well. But this guy should be arrested. My driver got on scene. There's two police officers over there. So, they're going to search. He has a gun holster on his side performing a repossession of whatever kind, whether it's voluntary, involuntary, you can't have a weapon in the vehicle. No firearm. This guy clearly doesn't abide by the laws that are written. And then he recorded there when he walked up to me and tell him, "Oh, Papy, just just get out of my way and you come pick it up later." I said, "Listen, I I I took a picture of his face, the truck, the tag, the R number, the flatbed, cuz they dragged the car up." Um, can I see the picture? Yeah. All right. So, that's the Let me Okay. At what point did you call us? I I've been trying to call right from when he when he when I knew as a to work as a tow company when they dragged the he had it hooked on the back of his finger and they dragged it his car his tow truck with the car onto the flatbed when I seen that it was already being dragged and hooked with tension. I went to my car to grab the phone and then I started calling 911. Then I couldn't get through to 911. I called my son told him what's going on. He called 911. I then tried to call again. Then it went through and then it went to Miami Day. They transferred me to you guys and I told him, "Hey, I'm trying to call. I'm trying to call. It just was ringing and ringing and ringing." So, he's leaving and the owner is backing up like this to let him leave and he's bumping into him over and over again with the truck and he could have gone left, but he kept going right to pushing the owner with the bumper of the truck. So, I have that. She has it. So, I have that. On top of that, he has a firearm and we read the statute says you can't have a firearm while in while you're conducting a rec. And I have a witness saying based on the firearm on this person. So, that's why Aaron and I are wondering if we should seize it. I was on the phone with my with my boss and I said, "Hey, he has a gun." My boss told me, "Hey, get back into the truck." I said, "Okay." I got back into the truck. He got back into his truck. Then from there, I don't know anything else after that. Did you come out at him sideways or something like No, I just told him I said, "Yo, where he would feel the need to arm himself?" So, he and he he's on the phone telling our dispatch, "Hey, I'm arming myself." And they say, "No, it's best for you to put it back in the g glove box." And it's on a recorded line of him saying, "Yeah, I'm putting it back in my glove box." And it is there right now. But if you leave, you repo a car and you leave down the street to avoid something, right? Someone follows you, gets behind you in a car and backs up to you. Are you not me? Because I don't carry a fire. I mean, I'm I was there. I'm going to report him as well. Department of Agriculture. Yeah. Once I get all his information, I want his repo number uh for the actual agent that's there cuz I can show you mine. My agent should be like that. I want that cuz I'm going to go down there. Now the guy. Huh? Yeah. The driver hit the guy of the car. He didn't run him over or anything. He like bumped into him a few times. There's no injuries. The guy says he's complaining of pain, but there's nothing visible. Yeah. So, I was going to I asked if we should I know. So I called him and said, "Hey, I'm going to release it to the to the wife cuz I already have it. I have my PCs the video." And he said, "No." So otherwise I wouldn't had you guys come out, you know. When it's all driving, the wheels are locked. So when I'm going, it's holding back the truck. So even if I'm over this way, I'm over that way, but you know, it takes a while for it to come out of the hole. And I understand that when you go to court, you argue that.
