a pickup truck without a front tire they
quickly initiated a traffic stop after
noticing the driver IC and dangerous

resistance from the female driver who
was evasive into disoriented fumbling
with her documents her responses were
incoherent and defensive raising
suspicions about her mental state and
alertness the officers repeatedly
questioned her about the condition of

used additionally threatening the life
of a police officer violates 18 USC
115 with a potential prison sentence of
up to 10 years or 20 years if there was
a real intent and obstruction of justice
could be prosecuted under 18 USC 1 151
to 1
1521 if it disrupts an investigation or
destroys
evidence these actions not only threaten
Public Safety but also demonstrate a
disregard for the law which could lead
to severe penalties under US federal law
this story is a serious reminder of the
consequences of not complying with the
law and obstructing law enforcement
officers in the performance of their
duties such actions not only threaten
Public Safety but also endanger The
