Go ahead and bring it to us. Manos see You know what? >> Come here. Leia Lata Camilo. What in the world? No, baby. She's >> okay. >> We got the mail, right? >> Okay. Okay. your memory about maybe five more people in the house. Yeah. >> Yeah. He's got like no Okay. Okay. Yes. Did you go on the first door or the second one? She's uh Now she's saying she just came from work. Now she casino. She just got out of that van and went to the front door there. >> Oh no. Okay. >> Yeah. So, we don't need we don't need the other side. >> Is he going to want the house or anything? We'll pull him out. He's going to want the house. He um >> last time we were here like right on the other side of the fence here. >> Yeah. >> You Tom, I've been busy out here. You took him down. >> Yeah. All right. Push up the window. >> We're moving up to clear the van. >> Yeah. >> Moving over. >> Uh, yeah. You can stay on that side. >> Swing it out wide. >> It's clear from what I can see. >> All right. Anyways, so uh I say yeah, go ahead and hold it right now. get the situation right now with all that as well. Um, I just got a hold of Mr. Cooper season. It should be you should have had up to 500 gallons in it. doesn't know where to resolve. [Music] Why don't you [Music] get rid of me? There's lots in the two. [Music] >> No. Huh? >> I don't think so. You're doing a little better. Mhm. Thank you. Heat. Heat. Oh, really? >> Yeah. No. Oh my god. Oh crap. >> You didn't have it over here. You think, >> huh? You didn't have it over here, you think? Bolt cutters there. We First thing. Yeah. Heat. Heat. Hold on. [Music] >> Hey, did that cross into five by chance? >> I don't know. So far out where the cut off is like He's going to get some killer headache driving around with a truck. to be detective Frank Mayo. Today's date is July 26, 2024. Time is uh 1000 hours. I'm currently located at Sisters Towing Southern Boulevard, uh, West Palm Beach in regards to case number 24 089. [Music] I don't have it on the foot here. Give me a second. believe it's 526, but let me double check that. It's 2483592. 2483592 in regards to a fuel theft from Hunley Farms in Western Lock the Hatchee with agent um Joseph Blackman as a lead investigator. [Music] Uh this would be the uh Chevrolet van. As you see, it was uh seized yesterday at 4222 Sand Drive. It was under the uh control of Abraham Garcia Acasta. The current tag number on the van, which is not assigned, is 42 Delta Echo Kilo Sierra. I'm going to walk around on the van. Break this field here. Maybe, maybe not. the um various fuel pumps and hoses contained within the van. Oh, I ain't never had nothing that works right. [Music] Clean this van before we rope here. The level of the fuel currently is sitting in the tank. It's approximately half full. Maybe just a little less than half. This is the EBT tote number one, but has fuel. Had the second EBT tote in the rear that does not appear to have any fuel at this time in it. around. Open up the driver's side. There we go. Hold that seal. This is a rear tote. It does appear to be empty. You can see the the tanks are not secured within the vehicle. All vehicle smells of diesel fuel and filled fuel. [Applause] >> Yellow. >> Yes. Okay, hold on, Mr. Cooper, for just one second. >> I don't think I need a room here. [Music] >> Can you hear me now? >> Yes. >> Okay, Mr. Cooper, I'm speaking, just so you know, I'm on a video recording um at at the van now, and I'm speaking now with um Mr. Cooper. >> Oh, you sort of broke up there. What's that? >> Yeah, Mr. Cooper. Uh, Cooper, what's your last name again? >> Hopkins. H O P K I N S. >> And you work for Hunley Farms, correct? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Um, I'm currently at Sister's Towing trying to recover the fuel that's inside this vehicle. Were you able to determine how much fuel was supposed to be in that tank? We figured like around 350 would be our guess gallons >> from your >> um there had been it holds 500 or so but there had been some tractors smaller tractors taking fuel out of there for two days. >> Well, it appears that there's about 150 maybe 175 gallons. I don't know yet cuz I haven't pumped it out of the vehicle uh that's inside the tank. I don't know when's the last time um anybody uh dipped a tank or the records would indicate how much fuel should have been in that tank. >> Have you had pre Have you had any previous theft from that tank? >> Oh yeah, we've had most of the tanks over there have been stolen at some point. >> Um but they're filled up pretty regularly. I mean it it's one of those things where we leave a few stationary tanks over there for tractors to get fuel out of. >> Right. And and some of those tractors here, they carry smaller ones carry 75 gallons. The bigger ones are a couple hundred. So it >> all right. >> It all just depends on how it timed up with when one got fuel compared to when we put fuel in it. >> Okay. Well, what I'll need for prosecution for him is just any fuel records that you have in regards to when the tank was last filled up and um and approximate amount of fuel that had been withdrawn from the tank. If you could kind of figure that out and about what should have been left. I'm not saying this is his first time or his second or third time it could have went into that tank. So even if it's supposed to be more fuel, it just means that other fuel is missing. That's all other than what we have now. Um >> yep. >> And also need u the amount per gallon that you paid for the fuel that was delivered. And that would just basically get your last fuel um delivery when you took it out there to let's say you took the fuel out there in June. I just need what you paid for the fuel in June so we know what the cost per gallon was. That's all. >> Okay, that's no problem. We'll have that for sure. >> Okay. And um now about this fuel here, do y'all need to recover this fuel? Uh obviously it's in a contaminated tank. Um, can't tell you how much. >> Yeah, we'd probably rather not. >> Okay, with that just in case it has any issues or anything. >> Well, I can let sisters know that they they'll just put it into another holding tank if you're not going to recover it or want it for anything else and they'll just dispose of the fuel for you and you won't have to worry about that. >> Okay, that's what I would say to do. >> Okay. Well, in that case, that's what I will do. Um, I'll take care of this and if you don't mind, um, just give me a call later and let me know the results of that and maybe I can meet you just take a quick sworn statement from you um, a little bit later saying that you um, Hunley is willing to prosecute for this. Is that correct? >> Uh, correct. >> Okay. Well, I just need to get a quick statement from uh, from you or somebody at Hunley Farms that could um give me that statement so we can also use that for prosecution as well. and they're here to pump the fuel. Okay. Well, let me get back over here. The guy just showed up with the pump in the tanks and we're getting ready to pump it out. >> All right. I appreciate it. >> All right. And I'll let you know how much we got out of it. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> All right. Thank you. Bye. >> Good morning, gentlemen. >> Morning. I'm SL down there. >> All right. >> We have a meter on that one there. Yes, sir. Let me just record the um the reading on the meter. >> The actual pump. So once I place it up here. >> Huh? >> I'm going place the pump up here. >> Yeah, you can put it anywhere you want to put it. Um, the meter is where? >> I need this in >> the meter's right there. >> The meter is here. >> That's why I was trying to read it. It's already >> Are you going to zero it out or? >> Yeah, there. >> Oh, you already zeroed it out. Okay. So, it's on zero now. Okay. I'm going to pause the video here until uh >> we get >> Yeah, I'm just recording my part of it for the state. I'm uh pause the video at this time while they prepare the tank uh for the pump. I talked to Hunley. They said you can just um put it wherever you want to put it. They're not they're not going to come and recover the fuel or anything. No. Okay. Just put it right on the meter so I can actually see it. >> What's the reading there? reading is 80.9. >> Okay. That shows that the other uh meter was in fact um effective. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Great. All right. Go ahead. Fin pumping, boys. Now we're going to get the remaining from the second tank. >> Yep. >> For the final reading. >> Yeah. Cuz that uh pump right there was still selling 40 something gallons. So, we know it's wrong. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I'm going to go [Music] This is the uh meter for the first reading that we're utilizing. That's just now showing 55 gallons. That's a 95gallon tank over there with all those that total 80 gallons in it that we've already removed. Utilizing the new meter that's currently on the uh output. [Music] Yeah, it makes little sense. [Music] We had a 95 gallon 15 yard. So yeah, that mean that mean 59 59 down. announc. here. Now you come back down to the first elevator. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat [Music] up here. Heat. Heat. a gallon maybe I have all >> you know it's the same >> yeah they died when they fill it up on their [Music] You got a rag going up. >> Well, somebody's glove or something. >> Yeah. >> Did it go in there? >> Yep. >> It went in there. >> Yeah. >> It did. >> Yeah. It got sucked up the hose. >> See? >> It's going to get It's going to get up in here. >> Well, it won't make it past. Don't want to make it past that though. >> Oh, I forgot. We can't read that one. >> Oh man. Sorry for all the problems. >> No, no, no. I'm sorry. It's causing you so many problems. I'm sure you y'all got better things to do than transfer two or three times. No, >> if you just put your mouth on that and blow real hard. >> Yeah, we could we could use air hose though and blow it out. Blow it back out. Yeah, go use air hose. Blow it out. [Applause] Yeah, I don't see it in there. It It was a rubber glove. It probably when he tried to grab it, it folded right up and went right over. >> There's another one there, too. >> Yeah. Those his rocks. >> Yeah, I see one right here, I think. Yeah, there it is. Right there. And there one there. Yeah, right here. What now? You find it blew it out. Did it come out? >> Nothing came out actually. >> Maybe the >> Yeah, it might be. I'm going to go ahead and snatch that out. >> Well, unless it got in that filter. I don't think so. It kind of paused like it stopped pumping for a second. It may be right back there. Um, I've got new filters up on the desk. You got one? Okay. >> All right. Got it. That's the culprit. Right here. There's another >> another one. Got it. Oh, fell apart. That was my bad for trying to get an extra barrel. Got a little more of it that time. I >> guess it does when it's in decent in there long enough. Apparently it does. So, do you contaminate the ground with diesel fuel to get rid of the rubber or >> Yeah. >> What's better? >> Well, the environmental works. Yeah. >> Don't tell all the environmentalist what happened. You lose so much of your carbon footprints. All right. Ready? Ready. Look at those. [Music] Yeah, let's go. [Applause] Heat up here. I'll call that quick. >> Yeah. >> What's the number? 126 on the dot. >> That's pretty close. I said about 150 to 175. So, >> I'm just going to get a quick shot of it. >> Oh, 126. Okay. 146. >> 126. >> In that case, I was a little off. >> Was that about where it was? The level? >> Yep. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yep. Just about exactly where it was. >> All right. >> Yeah, it was about half full. >> Yep. >> Which means it's about almost 300 gallon. >> Yep. >> Okay. Let me turn this off. Okay. >> Okay. That concludes this at sister's towing. I don't know what time it is, but >> now we're going to take it back out of the truck. >> Yeah. Yeah. What we do when we get it back out? It's 11:07 hours on the 26th of July. >> Turn this thing off.
