go to the front I'm not this makes me
look like talk to my people they said
here's anything you could probably ever
see this is today's
buddy in September
2022 a Plato's Closet employee was
accused of stealing over
$115,000 through fraudulent transactions
later determined to exceed
$220,000 in total
I think it wasn't just the 13th and the
14th I think the 12th is clear cuz what
we're going to try to do is we're going
to try to talk tour her four scheme of
theorder a felony but right now the only
evidence that we have today all we have
right now that we can document and we
have evidence on is her stealing money
today and stealing money yesterday okay
right now so as far as the other you'd
have to really like yeah I know these
are some of my detectives that are
coming with me today and we were just
trying like listen for the felony and
all that kind of money can sit there and
turn around and be like well she gets on
the computer it's her number she's the
only one that can get in the computer
that's why I told you about that
inventory you're willing to do the
inventory call data scan get it do the
inventory no I I will do it to get my
16,000 but the the witness the reimburse
for she goes to G for the felony right
they're not going to get her restitution
any monetary value oh yeah they take it
consideration so let's say we get her
and she only has 5 grand well they're
going to tack on
11,000 can prove that all I got to do is
an inventory isn't here and was still in
the computer and never sold it's so I'm
going to have to do it I'll have to call
data scan and get that done talk she say
yeah I did absolutely every bit of it
I'm sorry for doing it now it would only
stick if that evidence is provided if it
doesn't to drop cutting theft or
something just based off the LA the
state wants to prove it we can prove it
later after we arrest her because
there's still time for trial that's why
that's such an issue for us as far as
thoroughly I'll get I'll I'll do I'll do
a PL I'll do a thing on it no problem
maybe a month to get it done I can do it
I did explain to him yet you know
earlier that hey without that inventory
I'm missing 1,000 I really understand
what you're talking about all right
proof okay I've got it on the computer
now I got to show it to you in the uh
inventory we're going to take her in the
back of that's cool you take her back to
the back of in response to the recent
theft incident police officials engaged
in discussions with the store owner
oping for a more measured approach their
goal was to encourage the suspect to
voluntarily come forward and confess to
the crime not your way to make things
right cuz that really helps with the
whole process of where we found
ourselves yeah that's I know what's been
going on lately so it's been going on
for a while so we kind of long it's been
having some stuff that and uh
well majority of it um for two times I
have done that um the other time um it's
already like out on the
floor but it's just been like two
purses but anything else uh
he said honesty has been a big here I've
watched the video surveillance and is
you're not bring not bringing anything
in the store I want to say two weeks ago
I have been I I brought in a two purses
and for the rest of the part the rest of
times I have it only twice is that am I
correct only twice you brought in
merchandise swapped it out yes but the
other the rest of the times you have
done these transactions scam the
register to think that there was a buy
them how many times do you think you've
done this in the past year L the
questions he's asking we already know
the answers to so that's how you're talk
yeah I'm I'm trying to think that helps
your C trust me more than 200 yeah I
wouldn't say that less than 200 I I
don't even think it's 200 times but I'm
pretty sure how much money do you
think yeah cuz I have all an employee
was found to have used fraudulent
transactions to divert money from the
stores register into her own
possession when questioned by the police
she initially downplayed the extent of
her actions claiming she had only taken
$1,000 I I I don't know how me if I were
to say
$166,000 yeah do you think you have all
that and what what's what's going on why
is it this um I live at a
roommate and like I've been on my own
for a while
and I do so much you like um at all like
I should probably look for another job
so what do you think what do you think
will happen to him when he's sitting
here going well he's going be really
it's kind of it's it's not fair I
shouldn't I should not we appreciate
that uh any consequence I know this
makes me look like a stealer like that's
like the most thing you could probably
ever steal from somebody it probably
makes me look bad at things but I don't
this this is why I'm just asking because
there could be people who I mean we do
this for a living we can read people so
you can have somebody who does this on a
daily basis trust me cuz if somebody was
in front of me and I'm like you stole
money like we're stealing stealing your
life hard time like I said everybody
goes through hardships we do stupid
things we make mistakes right but at
least you're owning up you in the state
yes in our state cuz that's just making
me have simp
myself but I do take full responsibility
you said so now we're up to said a th000
originally we all agreed there's more
than that you're saying there's 16,000
not yeah where in my bank in your bank
yes so you've made cash deposits with
the money and put in your savings in
your bank or something regents
regents I can give him M you already
cash from this morning you already put
it in there no it's still on you where
you talk on your left side no it's it's
I feel really bad for doing this where's
your purse right now take that money out
of your
purse sense and I'm willing to give back
after persistent questioning and the
presentation of evidence including video
surveillance footage she reluctantly
admitted to stealing approximately
$166,000 over several months although
she confessed to the crime she expressed
remorse claiming that Financial
struggles and personal issues had led
her down this path she described her
actions as a bad decision and voiced
regret for betraying the trust of her
employer tal
issues
$8,000 and I needed that money like
sometimes assists are not good like
sometimes I'm really dizzy
like why people do things to give it you
know but you know we learn from our
mistakes we got to make sure we just
around mistakes you know you're 22 years
old I get that right 21 21 21 going to
be 22
yes I mean since whatever proof you have
well you know me I mean I have the proof
I want you to be honest with me in some
how long you think you started doing
would you say safe enough to say January
probably like one of the first times you
probably this time I I I haven't I so
out of all those buys from January you
would say correct two times was the only
times you actually had merchandise that
of your own that you swapped out that I
can remember yes yeah okay all right so
we'll go in there we'll get Aon okay get
your I don't have ke all right we'll get
out
there following police questioning the
employee broke down in tears and confess
to stealing from the restaurant over a
span of 8 months to a year it's
astonishing that such ongoing theft
could occur for such an extended period
without being detected yeah it was $183
is what she said was was so want you to
go ahead and count that for me
Count 2 three 4 one three one two three
I think some of that is my money but and
how much was stolen in the P how much
did you take in the past two days he
wants to say something to you he wants
to talk to you $16,000 I could be doing
good instead I'm taking out a loan to
survive CU you stole
$166,000 from me since January what do
you want to
say I'm honestly just so sorry I mean I
don't expect you to forgive
me good to you nothing but good to you
it was nothing against my personal
issues it was it was nothing to me okay
um do I have to go to the front I'm not
going to put in hand we're going to walk
out we're going to walk out the front
door okay
okay watch your back after being
questioned by the police the woman
turned to her boss visibly emotional she
broke down in tear years as she
apologized expressing deep remorse for
her actions with her voice shaking she
admitted her wrongdoing and conveyed how
much she regretted betraying the trust
placed in her the suspect was charged
with felony Grand Theft a serious
offense under Florida law the legal
consequences of such a crime are
significant as outlined in chapter 8812
of the Florida Statutes which addresses
theft offenses under this law Grand
Theft is categorized into different
degrees based on the value of the stolen
property in this case since the stolen
amount exceeded
$100,000 it constituted first deegree
Grand Theft the penalties for this
include up to 30 years in prison
restitution to the victim and
fines while the suspect avoided
imprisonment she was sentenced to 5
years of Probation and was ordered to
pay $20,000 in restitution to her
employer
however this outcome has sparked public
debate some argue that the probationary
sentence may not fully reflect the
severity of the crime given the
extensive Financial damage caused others
believe that the restitution component
and the suspect's willingness to accept
responsibility provide a path toward
resolution this case highlights the
importance of mutual respect and
cooperation with law enforcement to
ensure Public Safety and order adhering
to the law is crucial in creating a just
and and harmonious Society where
everyone can feel secure what are your

where you have to do Pap who has a
suspended driver's L I got a suspended
driver's license but you can pull
somebody over drinking and driving right
okay can I have your ID no I don't have
it with me my name is Nico gansky you
know who the I am because you just said
I have a suspended license on January
1st 2023
while patrolling Portage County Police
spotted a suspicious
vehicle upon checking the license plate
they discovered the vehicle's owner had
a suspended driver's
license the police quickly initiated a
traffic stop and appri the suspect
Nicole gamsky
33y trip fallowing waiting for me to
leave my gas pump look around dude well
the reason don't have anything better to
do on New Year's Eve New Year's night
New Year's Day when there's all these
mother get that out my eyes I didn't do
anything illegal do you know I know you
going to pull me over I saw you're
sitting at party parties yes cuz you're
lazy and you don't want to pull over
somebody with actually where you have to
do paper who has a suspended driver's
license I got a suspended driver's
license but you can pull somebody over
drinking and driving right okay can I
have your ID no I don't have it with me
my name is Nicole gamsky you know who
the I am cuz you just said I have
suspended license do what you got to do
what you I have to verify who you are
don't find anything I don't give a and
your Budd back there you guys do this to
me anytime I've never met you before so
I don't know what you're talking about
why did you creep at quick trims until I
left answer that cuz I saw you at a
suspended driver's L how did you see
that if you're on the other side of the
parking lot and then drove around my
vehicle then drove around again okay you
know what I don't need you don't have to
answer I don't have to when asked to
provide ID and personal information the
woman refused as anticipated mle
exhibited a defensive attitude even
accusing the deputy of setting her up
her demeanor grew increasingly rude and
offensive worsening the situation
Nicole's uncontrollable behavior only
made matters worse for her in this
situation refusing and displaying a
defensive attitude only makes matters
worse the advice drawn from this is to
remain calm and Cooperative show respect
and courtesy and understand your
personal rights to handle the situation
intelligently and
effectively what's your name sir he
doesn't have to answer you does he of
his eyes you're not wearing a seat belt
who neither the am I neither am I I
don't know that oh well quit talking to
him he's a passenger did I do anything
you are being this isn't trapment all
that you're going to get in trouble yes
it is if you think I'm going to get in
trouble that called harassment have you
been drinking tonight no breathalyze
this you been smoking tonight NOP when's
the last time you smoked none of your
business you smell weed no are you going
to find weed nope sorry you you wasted
your time I don't actually I think I do
smell weed you do search it I I told you
get your dog I don't need a dog do you
got weed on you that you would put in my
car why would I have weed on me you seem
like a dirty lazy cop oh so when you D
through my car and you're F don't find
nothing and drive away like a piece of C
why don't you he wasn't wearing a seat
Bel and didn't want to ID himself either
dude this guy waited at quick trip for
me for no reason I'm pumping gas and
doing my makeup ready to actually go to
a friend's house and have a couple
drinks how much have you had to drink
already no breath Alize me I'm not
talking to you no more all right I'll be
right
back she claimed not to be drinking and
became irritable with the officer when
the police asked the man beside her for
his identity and why he wasn't wearing a
seat belt Nicole showed no intention of
calming down section
34748 of the Wisconsin code requires all
drivers and passengers to wear seat
belts in vehicles equipped with them
violating the seat Bel law is a minor
offense and does not count against your
driving record that's your discretion if
you got a citable offense he's refusing
to identify himself he's by law is
required to identify himself yeah this
would be a simple simple $10 ticket or a
criminal well that and just a suspension
I wouldn't have even cared or wrote like
it's this is unnecessary
sir are you willing to tell me who you
are what your name is Sir no he doesn't
have to I'm telling him not to talk to
you I'm not talking to you right now I
don't want him talk stop talking you
need to stop talking step out of the
vehicle step out come
here I'm going to talk to you back here
no sir do I have to Vis him
yes walk to the front of that car
please I just want to know dude speak in
person like why why are you guys not one
2 four five cops here look at how you
reacting I'm not trying to mistreat you
I'm not like trying to make you feel bad
please let me finish sure there's so
many drunk the deputies then issued
Nicole a ticket for driving without a
license as you will see her refusal to
comply turned a simple traffic stop with
a $10 fine into a criminal case the
woman's resistance and unpleasant
attitude left left the officer with no
more patience he asked Nicole to step
out of the car but still tried to
deescalate the situation by alcoholic
people with so much stuff that if you
pull them over you would actually I
don't know it would feel like you were
doing good because they were drinking
and driving or they had drugs or they
were doing something bad but why po you
physically told me you're smoking pot
weed all the time because you're being a
saying my eyes are glassy you smell weed
actually I do smell weed now you know
you don't you don't smell weed you don't
smell alcohol I haven't been drinking
okay
it would be lying if I was lying I'm not
lying to you don't raise your voice at
me dude I have daddy issues and I don't
like men I don't trust them I have PTSD
do not talk to me like that do not I'm
not lying everything I say that we're
talking about is recorded you know how
scary this is when you see like this
happened on the news none of this would
even have gone this far or be to where
it is right
now you could at least have a slightest
bit of respect I do not I want to walk
away from you cuz I don't but you know
what you my car you know what you would
just walk to the front of that car you
would physically hurt me I'm not going
to but if I I'm not even going to touch
you you would you would shoot my just
have a seat right there ironically
Nicole mentioned worse criminals out
there while she was still breaking the
law by driving with a suspended license
within a few minutes Nicole went from
disrespectful to non-compliant brought
up issues with her father and eventually
started crying if that wasn't strange
enough Nicole's passenger uran who
initially refused to identify himself
tilai himself began to engage in the
conversation also believing they were
being harassed by the
deputies okay so here's the thing you're
not identifying yourself therefore you
weren't wearing one it's the violation
if you're not going to tell me who you
are and give me your identification
that's obstructing and then we're going
to handle it differently yeah I saw you
at quick trip I ran her plate I saw that
she was suspended at a gas pump and run
every license plate around me S goes on
qu r now so I can tell you how it is 62
can you look up Irvin Sarah Goa in house
get that fat bonus this went to if she
would have like started yelling at me
and like all this would have not doing
anything wrong l i the and like so I
drive around and I like that's my job is
observe traffic and I run license
plates no I literally look for people
with suspended driver's licenses I look
for people that are revoked and now
you're out in for you be quick yeah no
you're not going anywhere you guys might
as well start calling for a ride I'm
going to have you step forward and hang
out with that
officer I have no you know I don't need
permission cuz the more I talk to him
and have my head in the car I can
definitely smell marijuana how do you
know what marijuana smells like give
that marijuana don't put any drug in my
car
on do you have your phone with
you the police then approach the man
after a short time the deputy D him to
step out of the car to conduct a search
as he smelled marijuana maning from the
vehicle meanwhile Nicole grew
increasingly aded during the search we
can hear nib baseless accusations
against the officer and her use of fall
language towards them the police then
decided to charge her with
obstructing according to Wisconsin
statute s s s41 obstruction includes
intentionally providing false
information to an officer placing
physical evidence with the intent to
mislead an officer while they are
performing their duties penalities
include fines imprisonment and will
escalate depending on the severity of
the offense or the damages
[Music]
CA there's a court date and time up here
at the top you do not have to appear be
a deposit of
$2.50
oh there's also a citation for you not
wearing a seat belt same court look I
told you it's going to write a ticket
for everything cuz he's going to feel
asked for that you can find nothing also
I'm giving you a citation for not having
your passenger or your passenger failing
to wear his seat
belt babe spread
them thank you have a nice night yeah
you better figure out a way to get your
car somewhere cuz you're not driving I'm
going to push it to where what nope
we'll be here fighting I know you will
cuz you don't want to do paperwork you
don't want to do your real job and go
fight fight F
right what are you doing he he wants to
fight so make sure she doesn't
she's going to just drive out of here
the second we leave so no more it's up
to you if you want to I've never had
cops out here if she wants to push it a
couple of blocks we can follow her and
watch her push her vehicle for two
blocks call that tow truck when that tow
truck comes you got to pay for that
right we can't allow her to leave though
City and I'm going to push my car I
totally agree she's if it is going a
couple of blocks up to
her in the end the police issued her a
ticket and provided information on the
court date Nicole was released without
being arrested however she was fine for
not wearing a seat BT driving with a
suspended license and not requiring her
passenger to wear a seat belt
additionally she is notorious for having
received up to 28 traffic tickets and
always just paying the fines and getting
released perhaps this explains her
behavior this incident highlights the
importance of complying with traffic
laws to ensure safety if your driver's
license is suspended respect the legal
decision do not drive until permitted
use public transportation or have
someone else drive you cooperate with
the police instead of resisting thank
you for watching the video I hope the
information provided is useful and see
you in the next
videos so you were the one that they
were calling about I am so there is a
female doing nothing to you
you B touch me cuz I asked for a ride
yes on January 15th
2023 the police received a 911 call
reporting that a woman was lying
unconscious in the bathroom of a local
bar the police quickly arrived at the
scene and made contact with the caller
Lauren yes I'm Lauren
so you were the one that they were
calling I am so there is a female laying
on the bathroom floor right now okay
right who is not coherent fine it's no
big deal she's not okay at all how you
guys doing good what's up what kind do
you for you know we got called about
many unconscious in the bathroom she's
not unconscious up she's awake she's up
she's away don't worry I would never
like we still need to look okay would
you like to look at this is perfectly
fine okay you guys can look at her the
chick outside was a little dramatic we
having some problems with
her she was just in here and she was
being very freaked out and very dramatic
to be passed out in the bathroom we're
here to check on her own well so we have
no idea where she's at because she had
called an Uber half an hour before mean
it took me 30 seconds to get here yeah
who who is this person you know
her the officers spoke with Lauren and
the bar staff to understand the
situation according to the staff a woman
had been unconscious in the bathroom but
she had later called a Newber and left
however when the officers thoroughly
checked the bathroom and surrounding
area they found no trace of this woman
after the discussion the police decided
to leave concluding that the situation
had been exaggerated wasting the time of
the police and Emergency
Services calling 911 should only be done
in genuine emergencies when immediate
intervention is needed making
non-emergency or unnecessary 90011 calls
not only wastes resources but can also
hinder the ability of Emergency Services
to respond quickly to life-threatening
situations additionally making
non-emergency 911 calls can result in
legal liability under Arizona's r s13
d29 07.01
oh thank God you're here cuz I've been
listening her listening to how her
cousin felt about the situation even

bathroom walterman is no he's
arrested about 40 minutes later the
police received another call reporting a
drunken woman causing a disturbance at a
nearby convenience store upon arrival
the officers found that the woman
causing the disturbance was Lauren the
same woman from the earlier incident
when the police arrived they spoke with
the man at the scene who explained that
Lauren had been arguing with some other
officers over the phone about her
cousin's incident seeing that her
behavior was worsening they proceeded to
arrest her but like any typical Karen
she did not comply

Bianca resisted fiercely causing the
officer to cam to fall to the ground
momentarily despite being ordered to
stop she continued to resist forcing the
police to use Force to subdue and
handcuff her afterward the woman began
to play the victim resistance during
arrest is covered under R
97602 this law pertains to actions that
obstruct hinder or deliberately make it
difficult for a police officer or any
other public official to carry out their
official duties such conduct is
considered a gross misdemeanor with
potential penalties including fines and

oh now I'm again oh man one more time

stand up now why are you pressing
down that doesn't mean put your hands on
me I don't have the police warned that
if Bianca tried to remove her hands from
the handcuffs she could be subdued with
a taser nevertheless Bianca complained
about back pain and insisted that she
did not resist when informed that she
would be arrested for obstruction of
justice Bianca continued to object
asserting that she had no intention of
resisting which car just put her in this
one no I didn't refuse anything yeah I
don't have to do anything that anything
at all we we need a search go ahead okay
can you face the flag what do you want

everything will go with you though
that's crazy my I have dogs at the house
dogs I have animals I have animals I

you over this flag and then we're going
to search you and then we're going to go

do from what I got yeah you can't tell
me what I was trying and not trying to
and you're stepping on my toes oh I love
you I love you I love you God don't like
ug God don't like ugly swing your feet
in God don't like ugly eventually Bianca
was escorted to the patrol car during
which she maintained that she had done
nothing wrong while also complaining
about the search and expressing personal
concerns Bianca was then placed in the
vehicle while the police finished taking
witness statements they called for a
manager to the display car area out in
the parking lot I heard some shouting
and I walked over to the member um
loading her groceries in her car and I
was approaching her and that she knows
the truth at that point I told her that
I was there to help her she still told
me to get the F back and that was when
she pulled out a gun and set it on top
of the car and at that point I called
the is she holding it
no oh she's holding it who she sa that
mist where did she get that it's in a it
looks like it's in a Holst it's but
still it doesn't matter she didn't even
see she did like a David
Copperfield she should she just messed
up her life I know we have to we have to
watch just show the receipt you pay for
it just show the receipt we uh it's l
Costco policy when I go to Costco I I
don't care everybody it's not a big deal
no it's one of those things that you
kind of know it's known everyone leaving
literally shows their receip and half
the time they don't even really they
just like cool like big asss like TV
right that's the only thing really
looking out for it was clear that
Bianca's actions had complicated her
situation and that simply complying with
the store's basic rule of showing a
receipt could have prevented the
escalation upon reviewing the
surveillance footage a detective
discovered that during the incident the
woman's gun remained in its holster and
was not pointed directly at the
employees initially report the detective
concluded that the woman might have used
it to scare others rather than intending
to carry out an actual
attack however this action still
violates Washington state law under
rw. one.
270 as it could be considered a
threatening or frightening act towards
others this is classified as a gross
misdemeanor and could lead to hire
charges if the severity
increases ultimately Bianca was charged
with felony assault with a firearm but
the detective suggested that the charge
should be reduced it was also noted that
after a background check no criminal
record was found for Bianca she had a
concealed carry permit and was employed
by King County Bianca's story serves as
a clear reminder of the serious
consequences that Reckless actions and
non-compliance with the law can bring
simply acting responsibly and following
a basic rule like presenting a receipt
could have prevented the situation from
escalating respecting the law on public
officials is how we protect our own
safety and that of the community
maintaining peace and Trust in society
you remember being woken up this morning
yes when
you he'll be gone in a while so you want
to see my text messages just relax okay

you according to the woman she hadn't
slept in 24 hours and dozed off while
while waiting for gas money from a
friend however the police were
suspicious and eventually discovered
that she was not the actual owner of the
car so you're not the resturant owner
not at the moment no what do you mean
not at the moment they
well he went to jail a couple days ago

license what does that matter go and
step out for me okay step out go and
step out please talk to me we are but we
need you to step out not extra talking
about Alberto
no said
you the woman admitted that the car was
not hers and explained that a friend had
asked her to hold on to it while he was
out of town despite searching through
her bag she couldn't find any
identification unable to to verify her
identity the police asked her to step
out of the car to investigate further
right now there's a report from back on
the 19th of this car being stolen on the
19th from the man that went to jail that
told me to drive no you cannot arrest me
for this far I was given this you want
to see my text messages just relax okay
right now you're being DET figure out
what's going on with this who was the
19 the owner of this vehicle who is the
other how do you know I met
him I met him while back
okay although the woman claimed that she
had just been handed the car the
officers had sufficient evidence that
the vehicle had been stolen earlier and
proceeded to detain her for further
investigation they then conducted a
search of the suspect's car Florida's
car theft laws are outlined in section
812.014 of the Florida Statutes car
theft is considered a part of Terror
theft and can be penalized at various
levels based on the value of the stolen
vehicle if the theft involves the use of
force or threats it may be classified as
carjacking which carries harur or
penalties
damn freaking meth pipes can you find in

responsible for anything as I say it was
mine yes you did oh I did I I say
someone told me to hold on to it while
okay if you're driving it you have
possession of means everything within
said vehicle police call the officer
strangely when the police searched her
bag they found several $100 bills
completely disproving her claim that she
was waiting for a friend to pay her the
woman then demanded that the police call
a superior officer as they continued to
search the car they also discovered meth
pipes if you will be quiet read these so
you can understand your your right I
don't understand what I mean arrested

you committed a crime by having crap in
your vehicle that you shouldn't have in
there was watching and if they you are a
CI you're a pretty crappy CI cuz you're
not supposed to tell us you're a CI I
didn't tell you the words in my
mouth when the police read her rights
the woman didn't want to listen and
instead insulted the officer saying that
the officer she knew was far superior to
him her arrogant and disrespectful
attitude only made the situation more
tense the police had to restrain
themselves to prevent the situation from
escalating in this situation the woman
could be charged with obstructing or
resisting without violence under Section
843 through two of the Florida Statutes
this law stipulates that anyone who
willfully and without violence obstructs
resists or interferes with law
enforcement officer in the lawful
execution of their duties may be charged
with a misdemeanor the penalties for
this offense can include fines and
imprisonment Dam have you I'm not even

the owner we get seiz it for safekeeping
to return to said owner let me call LT
real quick see if he wants us to seiz it
or if he just wants us to CH I would
take pictures of it of everything and
take pictures of the ammo is that what
you
do that way on my body cam where it came
out of okay I mean that's took you
arrest for possession of drug
paraphernalia and possession of ammo by
convicted felon well that was under
illegal search sir no yes sir I'm sorry
you cannot touch that vehicle if you're
not if
I I need to talk to that
guy not wanting to waste more time
dealing with the woman the officer
informed her that she was under arrest
for drug and ammunition possession as
expected the woman immediately became
Furious ref refusing to believe she was
being arrested and blaming the police
for conducting an illegal
search it should be noted that under
section
901.151 of the Florida Statutes police
are allowed to search a vehicle without
a warrant if they have Reasonable
Suspicion or probable cause for example
if the police smell drugs or see illegal
items through the car windows they have
the right to search the vehicle without
the owner's consent
the woman was ultimately charged with a
misdemeanor for possessing drad
paraphernalia and a felony for illegal
weapon possession with bail set at
$111,000 although accused of car theft
she was not charged with theft and it
was unclear if she had any arrangement
with the vehicle's owner this incident
highlights the importance of complying
with the law and the risks associated
with il Leal Behavior it also emphasizes
the need to follow police instructions
and seek legal assistance when necessary
the severe consequences for such
violations reaffirm that the law will be
strictly enforced to protect the
