[Music] we run through this again oh we're in a tent hey we're sleeping you two were sleeping I was sick okay she literally had a flashlight in her hand and walked right up and just started spraying right she meaning Elena okay yeah I saw her she opened a tent she didn't open the tent she didn't open this she had the like the flat part down and she just literally so it was the tent was open yeah you're saying it's green the screen was open the cat was closed but the screen part was oh okay so you could see her through let's call it an open window yeah and she sprayed you guys through that screen portion with an unknown substance that's now burning oh yeah do you want us to have EMS coming at least I don't take a look I mean I don't need it I mean it'll be something for the record I mean if you need to think of be smart uh I if you were sprayed with a chemical agent it's burning yeah I would definitely yeah yeah I guess I'm ready we're gonna have it we're gonna have them come out and check you guys out anyway they might give you something to decontaminate it or or what not is all this redness all this from it my stomach and face is worse on the forehead and all that you know on his eyes where are you she got my eyes really good in my chest I was sitting up so yeah EMS will come take a look at you we'll get you decontaminated and then if you guys want to write statements uh or at least I mean you guys can write statements too that you were sleeping and you were woken up whatever to your skin burning and if you want to write a statement saying what you know what you just told us that's that's fine the neighbors aren't freaking out no we need to wait here because this is where EMS is coming you said you have a no victim pun she has no victim contact she makes me and two other people so and she's contacting Andrea too I tried getting Andrew his ass to come out here and talk to you guys too so that ain't working out too well let me see here now take your pick man because this is a all these numbers this is her picking to be her uh there's every weird number you really gotta talk to her bro this is something you know and she's been she's getting ridiculous I mean and I did talk to her I was trying to make it okay like you know look man this [ __ ] will work to [ __ ] out or something we'll get rightly figured out I tried being coaster man and then this is like it makes for him so it's my ass man just keeps coming who's this number no idea text now you don't know who this text note but if you flip out of there it goes to another one there's I mean she texts now I block every number she hits me with you know it's over it doesn't it sounds like somebody else because they're referring to Elena she does that that's kind of her whole thing you'll see here I'll show you another one so that these real thieves horror now you know yeah that's Elena [ __ ] right there you already know something about the girl I had to stay in here oh I actually keep track of them man there's too many and there's a bunch more and why she's speaking third person because she doesn't want to have a new contact with me you know okay isn't even here and wasn't going to be but Kenny was worth all yours I'm Airbnb for so Kennedy character character is one of his first time what's the next what's that next one boss you know what you're going to do next you know my whole [ __ ] tense ramp [ __ ] I only had a little bit of [ __ ] I was when is she gonna wrestling what was the day oh goodness I'm gonna say two weeks ago give or take I don't know what I'm saying but you'll see right after that day this year all right just give me one so I'm gonna look up the date it happened July 23rd of Craigslist at least 30-day thing right so it's okay toilet two weeks I'm saying you know and this is her I mean another number I mean over and over and over what did you come to the house for yeah that's why can't you just relax a little to scare me so much I lost forever through this drug and it's killing me that you're gone I miss you so much my body aches for you oh my God Elena too why does it say Elena too because she had called me so many text now numbers this was the new permanent number I think try to see go ahead let's try to see if you're just looking forward if you see it 26 19. but you'll see if she says fine they're locked up so if she got my condensed red-handed right there but that one was showing all my shoes everything she ain't looking as [ __ ] that came before Hotel what's up with you sending that message man I don't even know this that's just me being a dumbass not long ago was that before she got arrested this was um 23rd yeah that's me being a dumbass be [ __ ] you know she'll [ __ ] with me [ __ ] me so I'll be like I'll try to talk I'm getting off that stuff right I'm trying man it's not out here ain't really got an option to get it you know you don't really have it anywhere so what was there the whole house everywhere it's [ __ ] everywhere you stay away from that man I'm trying man and it ain't helped me none it today hey you're like a whole different person when you're off the door I'm telling you what man I'm telling you what it's a big difference though it's you're like two it's like two different people talking to yeah man I'm telling you what it just it's just crazy everything's been crazy and it's like a like a coping mechanism you know with all this chaos I got nowhere to live it it's just a bunch of [ __ ] huh I just broke my three-wheeler I flew over the handlebars why have you been texting her back I don't know you know I'm not sure what the questions were or if it took me time to leave them alone or stopping I don't know what they would what they say at halftime has this been going on since the 23rd you've been texting her on her Elena two number yeah you don't know why you've been texting her back I don't even know if if what it depends on what it's referencing to I guess I guess if I needed but you know it'd be probably something I don't even know man I think it's foggy I don't know I don't even wide texture what about but even like half the time I know it's her on a lot of the occasions I don't even know it's her I'm not figured out right away real really she has 500 different number text now numbers saying I stole her boyfriend's bike and [ __ ] I [ __ ] I told him man you don't understand candy this candy guy has been over here and took my grandfather's bow tried taking my kayak I don't even know his last name to report anything but Stephanie will be back tomorrow to help me get this [ __ ] checked up he moved out of here so what do you want us to do about the kayak I mean I'd like to have back because it's really my my only thing I got to do you know drugs or [ __ ] go fishing here I gotta move tomorrow yeah she told me on the phone she didn't want to type it she called me today and said I got your kayak and I'll get back to you soon get my [ __ ] back from Stephanie Stephanie's in Fort Lauderdale man I don't [ __ ] know what you want to do about that you know he's gonna do with me but this is one of the numbers this is one of the numbers this one this all these are her text now numbers and I'll block them I'm gonna archive them uh like this James had my card patience from Penn oh that was that was one job actually see what I'm saying she's got so many numbers she kissed me from I don't know I never know what's what we'll get to press charges on like two I mean I just wanted to go get help man any day I just want to get them [ __ ] out of there and get off that [ __ ] too and once you praise the um brand new 250. how much do you think it is now probably 200. to me it's worth that hundred million 500. give me one second boss uh I haven't heard that ringtone in a while I had to wait till I said leave me alone what's up okay um I guess Elena him been talking and she got arrested for that battery in the woods whenever she pepper sprayed them all yeah but they've been talking they she's been texting him and he's been responding he's just been talking to each other okay and I guess she came here today and stole his kayak to his tent side over here across the street from Froggers he did have a kayak we did see it yesterday I could confirm that he did have a car how can we prove that she took it he told me that she called him up he doesn't have any text but he said that she called him up saying that I took your kayak but you need to give me my stuff that Stephanie took that's when he took her stuff yeah and he so she took his oh it's just pity Patty I assume that kayak doesn't have a serial number or anything and if it does he doesn't know it no he doesn't not he he said he just recently got it I think he said he he told me he traded it he traded one of his items for that item thank you he got in the kayaking trade you're saying yeah okay and but you're saying all this no victim contact or he was initiating conversation with her as well yeah they were both they're speaking to each other yes they were speaking to each other since that 23rd I asked him why he's been texting her back he's like I don't he couldn't give me appreciated all the talker he initiated some as well C is initiated every time yeah that's what it looks like and he gave me it's a his number says Elena says Elena too and he gave me the phone number and one of the phone number Max is a phone number in her name file right would still be no victim contact order but you can't contact the party yeah I know and she it says Elena too but she uses third person I don't get that foreign person and he's not yeah um I mean we obviously we're gonna write it up because it's a stolen kayak as well did you go by her place over there on Charlotte to see if the kayak's there no I haven't gone there yet you want me to ask come 57 to go there or you want me to just go over there on 57. I mean you can just estimate to drive they're driving okay could we 10 15 years for the no Victory contactor that his new girlfriend stole her [ __ ] doesn't mean she can now go steal his shoe exactly and hold it was Ransom exactly um so could we 10 15 her for the no victim contact orders it's been contacting him I mean it's time hard with text because all I gotta say is yeah that's my phone number that's my phone but I didn't type that I probably got a hold of myself true so it's kind of difficult I mean it's hard to 100 prove did she do it yeah I mean we're fairly confident she did but is it out of the realm of possibility that she lost her phone and somebody was texting I mean is it out of the realm that um it wasn't actually her doings I mean very slightly he's been replying back on top of it you know they've been having a mutual conversation back and forth I mean I don't see why the I don't see how the state would really want to move on that some of it is mutual some of it's just Elena being Elena right saying a whole bunch of nonsense that's all she knows is nonsense exactly you want me just photograph the text messages just to change collect everything as evidence find out if the kayak's even over there and if she's willing to talk I mean if she straight up says yeah I've been contacting him then yeah I mean that's the violation of the new victim contact order okay I'll have somebody go over there and talk to her and one see if the kayak's there too okay I'll collect a statement um and then go over there and interview her what's he valuing the kayak at he said 200 bucks that's pretty pretty fast maybe burglary would it it won't be burglary because it's a tent right unless he can call that his residence I probably wasn't inside the tenant was probably outside it was but he I could come I could confirm you that he did have a kayak yesterday when we were yeah but what I'm saying is he doesn't own that land he doesn't even rent that land he's a Slaughter there so I mean in theory unless you actually truly went inside his tent I don't know how you could really put any type of burglary to it yeah she's willing to talk and let me know what they come up with okay thank you sir okay later bye were you here when she took it just advise around what time she called you exactly what happened the dino kayak has do you know the serial number it's a kind of a black and yellow mix shitty painting just down those ceiling there though this is just advise what time it happened when she called you when she took it described the kayak and how much it's worth and you'd like to press charges okay and am I able to see your phone to see the messages so I could take photos in one place you need to get a injunction on her man I tried they wouldn't give it to me they wouldn't approve it before it's kind of hard to get injunctions yeah well see that's what I was gonna do man just at least that way I wasn't trying to I just don't want to have a huge record in prison time my son still loves her it's still you know but [ __ ] I can't keep doing this because we're gonna go over there um see it's a class there it's there yeah if you can yeah she says right behind lock gate like he's trying to say We'll obviously get it just describe it as best you can and I advise how much it is she's at her residence all right yeah as far as I know I mean I don't know for sure though where else would she be somebody sent me a message saying I don't even know if it's true or [ __ ] who sent it but she's at a bed and breakfast she's getting herself a bed and breakfast in downtown yeah thank you um so she supposedly stole his kayak and possibly behind a fence can you remember that kayak from yesterday right he showed up he was just running his trip that's why I kind of that's why I kind of blew him off maybe I should have done something I don't know but just the way it sounded like he was just venting he said he doesn't want the kayak well he told me he wants to press charges today told me yesterday you didn't want to press charges either he did yeah I have a guest here oh you found him yesterday what's up man there's Elena inside [Music] trouble boss oh yeah that's all I do okay do you mind going to get her for us what's up boss hey how's it going you know where Elena's at no she said she was going out for the night too why is she why are you here and she's not I'm we're not together anymore I live here close you guys aren't together no we're split up still kinda whatever Devlin but I'm not with her anymore she's too much for me but you guys are still living in the same household yeah yeah actually there used to be another X living here too it was a saga okay that's how I can get get back on my feet and find the place okay but he don't know where she's at no she didn't tell me who she was with or I don't know if it's jealousy or what but she wouldn't tell me where or who Okay um got another question have you seen a kayak dinner no no do you mind if we look in the back area no just in the back we're not gonna go it's not my house so I really can't give you permission to do that but I I have it all very good you haven't on all right explain to you in a second have a seat sorry I just okay yeah we'll get you some shoes yeah please just tell us you have to find someone backwards please please tell me what's going on I don't I mean I just just want you to know one second ago yelled at Mike because he stole he so he so here's the thing we'll be interested for violating no victims I didn't though I really [ __ ] did it I didn't ask Hoover I didn't do it please I didn't do it Mike mellum has had my he's had my oh sorry he's had my he's had my he's my phone on my tablet all the time for a week for over a week my phone is forwarded to his to his uh sorry to his phone because I didn't want to contact Mike he comes here all the [ __ ] time and I don't even talk to him foreign it's easy to find as soon as soon as I saw Mikey and Paul it might get 70 pull up to get the one next door I got the card I left I don't I'm not doing it I really didn't do anything wrong Elena I swear to God someone read your Miranda I didn't do anything I'm not stupid I know if I go to jail I won't get out and I didn't I didn't do this Elena I really didn't do it well the last time you guys arrested me for text messages sent from my my this girl lady Amy's phone I didn't even send it cost me thirteen thousand dollars I really didn't do it I really didn't do it please sit down I really didn't do it I've been here five seconds I really didn't do it no I really didn't literally Miranda right now Parker I really didn't do it I really didn't do it I didn't do this I didn't do this Elena yeah the rights are amazing he's doing this because he stole from here no I don't understand no no no no I didn't do this I promise I'm trying to read you your Miranda this is wrong I didn't do this this is a [ __ ] little man just Tavares police what he just did to get out of paying a hotel room at Tavares he's like he stole a bunch of money for me I don't have any proof of me he thinks I'm gonna Target I told him I had a recording of it he thinks I can run a tournament for it so this is what he did he's had control of my one of my either my phone and my tablet for over a week he he went and he sent me questions he has Mike mellow he used to be he was like Noah Mike Mike he's inside he's when they call the cops he's the only one that did this he sent the message he did the whole [ __ ] thing so he sent the messages from your phone the mic your ex boyfriend he's got kind of a good weird [ __ ] crush on him it's weird so if I if I go in there and talk to Mike and he missed it I don't know what he's going to say he's the one that called you to put me in jail because he this is what he did he took Mike he wasn't here because I don't know what else to do with him because he has those messages and he thinks he's good turn me into it for things I didn't really I really didn't [ __ ] do it I really [ __ ] didn't I I'm not stupid we did this last time I'm not stupid I really didn't do this she's saying Mike know him who's inside something this is what happened I have I have my abs I'm not kidding here I have a tablet and a tablet and iPhone I asked Mikey you'll say that probably not but you could try but listen so okay listen my police says let me tell you I had my cash app is on my it's on both days please let me talk please well you will talk in a second after he reads what he has to read hey why don't you don't listen just let her later let me speak for five seconds I'm sorry yeah the right to remain silent night let me speak oh wait let me speak anything you say may be used against you in a court of law you're the rights consultant attorney before speaking to the police and I'm turning present during question now in the future if you're not a foreign attorney won't be a point for you before any question if you wish you could decide anytime they exercise these rights not to answer any questions or make any statements do you understand each of these rights I explain to you having these rights of Mind do you wish to talk to us now yes or no I really didn't do it Mike is like my tech guy I don't you know he does all the tech stuff so okay let me explain to you and then we will we're going to talk we're talk person in person so I got messages from you like texting from what what number you know you have a no victim I know are they from my phone number why is he coming here all the time he came here the other day and he tried to stab me with the [ __ ] hand with the front yard that's James is he trespassing here yeah but no we just had a trespass but if he's having a victim conscious why he's coming to my house all the time we're going to talk to him like this is not fair I didn't do anything another question I didn't do anything what happens kayak I don't have his [ __ ] kayak no I don't have his kayak yes oh he's telling me you took it I did how am I gonna take a kayak I don't even [ __ ] swim I'm not an outdoors person at all I don't want his [ __ ] kayak the only thing he's playing to me I don't know well I really didn't [ __ ] do this I don't do this I didn't [ __ ] do this like I'm not stupid I know I'm not gonna get out I know I wouldn't do this I know not to do this you need him I didn't do this so if I go inside and ask Mike Milam that he was texting my your ex he's mad at me he's the reason why I call you he's Mike Mike mellum is the one that called me right now why is he managing that's all right yeah you can still like that Josh I said to pee so bad I just just just walked in the door one second ago you give me one second I'm like can I just step your feet in here I gotta get my phone I'm not going anywhere I understand I got a silly question yes I even using Elena's phone to text no I have not sure if I have proof I can use my phone and I she's trying to keep that on me though and like you can even vouch where you can read all the text to her to him and I have not but she had me go on her iPad to try to delete everything between her and him but I did not okay I have never used refunded message him I despise the kid despise Foster oh Elena Mikey Mike Foster yeah so I'm not gonna message him somebody despise him because he's just been nothing but trouble for her but other than now seeing after everything's happening is between them she brings it on herself and I have others that can even vouch for saying that I have never texted him okay who who else is the vouchers uh there would be uh let's call it um would it be dumb over there yeah okay but I've never messaged him I've never I don't even have how long has he been learning to stay here uh for about three weeks what happened tonight tonight because she found out I called her cops on Mikey earlier for trying to keep the door down for trying to retrieve his stuff and I gave back to his laptop that she stole from him then she got so a question anything that stuff was there kayak yeah kayaks in the bedroom it's in the bedroom yep in the bedroom what kind of what kind of kind of what kind of greenish grayish it's the only hot it's buried in there because she hit it in there it's in her bedroom yeah in her bedroom under all her clothes okay hey what's up bro hey everyone um quick question we got kayak in your bedroom not that I know do you mind if we take a look it's not my place to sit here you are staying in a bedroom so you do have Sunset I'd rather not I just myself hey Brian sir um so here's the deal bro you're not in any trouble okay but I'm looking for a specific item in this all right I'm not here here but I'm looking for and it's it's a big item if you can lead me to it so you can get back inside and I can go about your day I'm good with it or let me look for it but I'm looking for a kayak um it's not my place to okay so okay so now you're gonna be you're gonna be held here until we figure everything out because I can't allow you in that room I am going to do what I'll do is is I'll issue uh get a search warrant okay then since I know you occupy that room and Elena whatever I find inside with that gets charged on you as long as we're clear okay uh so he's gonna stand by the door to make sure that none of this happens and uh that you guys can't because you can't go back in the room if I'm gonna go through with it and then we'll go out we'll go through there all right so just give me a second freaking oh and let her get in your ass [ __ ] up with that bro cause you're gonna get charged hey Cortez what side am I looking for I'm looking for a kayak if you can go in there and grab a kayak for me bring it out I won't even go in the house no we only it's impossible to miss man I know this is a big pile of clothes in the middle foreign there we go Cortez Yep this is it where was it at 100. and her bedroom yeah it was in her bedroom I don't steal [ __ ] okay that was in her bedroom like under her clothes hey we got it yeah we don't have no serial number but he that he gave him he described it as a black kayak um from the yeah from the no victim contact order yeah come here the kayaking food that's mine okay I all right okay so they retrieved the kayak yeah Parker says he remembers that being his kayak and then he said it was a black tire and it was in Melina quest's bedroom and the other guys decided to get it for you yeah no actually that's something you want to ask questions contact order it might be the petty theft might be up charge because exactly so what do you need to do to fight him see if she has any priors oh it's more than two yeah so one perfect fiction makes it a first degree so that's definitely something we look for two so you got I always remember don't possibly higher anyone so um we know where he stays do you have some value foreign I literally don't leave the house I don't involve myself in the [ __ ] me and my girl are trying to get out of here and you know it's hard because everybody likes to stealing [ __ ] so but just stay to yourself yeah I would you know I don't like because I don't I don't I don't put I hate drama but I'm an easy girl so see she tried to try to make you help her man yeah and I told her she looks straight tell you that she took it from Mike oh yeah because the one day like a month ago or so or whenever the first it got first record or something she wanted me it was like a month and a half two months or something like that it's been it's just she wanted me to spray paint a huge ass dick on there and [ __ ] like she just wanted to defeat that [ __ ] like I'm not I don't like telling on people you know what I'm saying but at the same time life reported like a few days ago yeah I'm gonna tell you this you can pass the word along what's going on what's going on Milena he's I sure could get really super hot Hampton a corporal if you come here for a second can you come here for a second yeah go ahead what do you want me you want how do you want me to help you Elena Elena all right you want to get checked out what do you want okay so you listen one second foreign I don't know if they can administer the medication roadside unless you have medication in your name but I'm still I don't think they love them can you all right yeah do you need EMS I don't want anything else Echo 46 pieces all right Elena did you take any drugs today no I have I have asthma I understand that but you also are a user narcotics I just want to make sure you're not really not like you said I'm not I've been trying I was playing for a whole year you either use drugs don't use drugs what I'm saying I'm not here to argue with you you're arguing about using drugs all I'm saying is you use drugs I just want to make sure you didn't use anything so when they come here and they try and administer some medication that you haven't used any substances okay nothing why are you all sweaty it's water oh what happened I'll turn the AC up there no I'm not talking about talk I just need to make sure you're you're still breathing I just you know I don't want you to pass out on me I'm not asking you any questions about the case I wouldn't know are you having a medical condition right now I ever the city to see um so you need your inhaler yeah I can't find it anywhere okay but everybody but you couldn't find it earlier either right no what I've been doing is uh I'm gonna go into the ice cooler it was weird because this whole time none of this happened a little bit earlier yeah but it didn't happen when you were fighting with the guy and came out here I just yell at him for two seconds what happened in the truck when I came home now you're talking normally see how that works on the way they'll check you out and then you'll go to the hospital and you go to jail I know I'm going to jail enough you want a hospital first we have to make sure you're healthy yes that's funny because I'll make sure I'm healthy when I get my assets well we'll make sure you're healthy when you go to jail
