hitting and punching the older sister stated that the at that point in time the younger sister that she got out of breath younger sister pushed her down to the floor where she was able to punch her in the mouth then the younger sister went over to the kitchen grabbed a knife and stated that I'm going to I'm going to show you respect and you're going to respect me and while she had the knife in her hand the sister then stated that that the older sister she went to her room grabb the phone and said I'm calling the police and that's what she called for police the uh younger sister stated that they had the same verbal altercation but that the older s that they had a small little scrimmage but the older sister went to the kitchen grabbed the knife started threatening her with the knife telling her that she was going to cut her in pieces the boyfriend who was on scene went and stripped the knife away from the older sister and then they began fighting and then that's where they fought and they went to the and they ended up uh fighting the boyfriend story which when we got on scene the younger sister was already already walking out she was leing to her job so she was already like across the street walking off and the boyfriend was still on S with the older sister so the older so the boyfriend and the younger sister didn't really have time like they were always separated so they didn't have time to how do you say develop a story exactly cooperate that's what I going say cooperate the boyfriend story is that she the younger sister started arguing with her telling her why didn't you take me to work and started telling her stuff about uh her boyfriend they started going at it he told them to like Hey try to settle down he tried to get in the middle which the older sister stated and he St at that point the older sister pushed the younger sister and then the younger sister pushed back he said hey I'm not going to punch in the face cuz she's not even none of them are my she's not my girl anymore none of them are my are my family so I'm not going to get hit in the face for nobody so he said that he moved out of the way that they went at a little bit and that the older sister got upset went to the kitchen grabbed the knife told her I'm I'm going to Beck your ATT to which I'm going to cut you in pieces he went he said he's not going to let nobody get stabbed uh in the house so he went and took away the knife from her and then he said that that's when they started fighting again and they went down to the floor where the rest where the scrimish ended where then the B just ended up getting up gave the phone and calling for police so the older sister saying the younger sister got the knife and the younger sister saying the older sister got the knife the only one that I have that can distinguish the stories is going to be the baby daddy and he's stating that the older sister is the one that got the knife with the young one correct correct but he's my only distinguishing factor and I already had them run like I pulled them both individually back into the house to run a playby playay exactly of how the fight occurred and how everything occurred my plot hole in this story is the only one that I think I could find is that if the if the older sister stating that she got her down to a Flor punch her in the mouth so if the younger sisters already winning the fight why would she go to the kitchen to grab the knife and tell her watch what's going to happen I'm going to show you respect if she's already on top of her and winning the fight why would she go again out of her way to go grab the knife the story on the from the baby daddy and the other one is that the older sister went and got the knife and then made the threats so if the older sister gra being the knife after being beat up would make more sense because she already got her she already got whooped so now she needs to go and get the weapon to basically show Authority but that would that would corroborate the boyfriend story you got it you got it I can't use him because he's not an independent wi okay so did you ask both of them what knife was used oh should know exactly all three of them know the knife because remember all three of them saw the knife so she's stting it's the steak knife and she went directly before the older sister even said it bleed from her lips so if the younger sister's on top beating her up why would the younger sister who already has done dominance go to the kitchen and grab a knife when she's winning does she have any no she has the bu but the they both said that they fought to the down to the floor so we know that they F to the floor and they continued hitting but why would somebody who's already winning the fight go and grab a weapon how is it her story is that the boyfriend's story is that after they fought the older sister went and grabbed the knife which would Mak s she already she said she was losing somebody who's losing the fight would go and grab the knife and make with the knife that's that's that's the one he it's her story it's he corroborates her story and the thing is that the problem is I can't use him as a witness start but when he was when we got out he was here with the older sister cuz she was already gone so he didn't have time to corroborate a story with the babyy you can get um to get ready for 4 hours to go to work usually I work night shift not day shift okay so today was a little different okay so you you schedule today's from 800 to what time 8: to 9:30 8:00 to 9:30 at knife goes like that and then he went and he grabbed the knife so when he grabbed the knife like ramble he the sister started fighting they started ding it out again and they went down to the floor and they were fighting on the floor well he won and he got them and he was able to separate them again the older sister C but his first day War when I got onene he goes I haven't left my job yet because the older sister's lying like to the police who stopped her over there on the corner I I we've already recognize but it wasen they stopped her and him no he stay onene with she one and the first thing she said was my sister what he said my sister for yeah so listen you've been trying the best and they both say that that she have the night um is she telling everything that happen probably not but in yeah but in this case they both are saying that you has night correct but since he's the baby daddy to her we're not able to use the stat no you can use it you can use it because in this case I that I gave him the conflicting stories and he says we're not able to use it so what is he going what is it recommending for for us to he says to run it by DV one more time but that
