Okay. So, why you have red? You just >> watch your step. Watch your step. Go ahead. Have a seat right here. Watch your step. There you go. Lift up your hands. >> Okay. We're leaving right now. >> Okay. Where's my phone? >> Your phone's with your property. >> Okay. What's my property? You locked my doors? >> Yes. It's all >> okay. They didn't touch my stuff. They didn't take my purse, my money, nothing. Okay. Cuz I have rights. >> Whatever whatever you had on you is going with you and you will retrieve when you're released. >> Okay. Thank you. >> So, what happened? It's so crazy cuz I went to a Dollar Tree store, a dollar general on on what you call it, and they just need a little bit of evidence to I don't know if they're listening to us, but >> I don't care. Yeah, it's so stupid. It's just ridiculous. And the woman took a picture of my car and they're accusing me of stealing a bank a a fan that was broken that was wrong merchandise was put in a box. Okay. >> That's so stupid. >> I used a lady's card to order my kids food because we're homeless. >> You use a what? a lady's credit card to order my kids food because >> Oh, >> we don't have any food and we're homeless. >> Oh, no. >> My kids got to see me. So, >> isn't that sad? They came to my place. I should never open the door and and they tell me to turn around and they put the handcuffs on. >> But you had to have stepped outside. Did you step outside? >> Yeah, I did. That's why. Right. So, if I had stepped out, they could arrest me. I should have never stepped outside my door. But then they're always going to come looking for me, right? >> Mhm. >> Yeah. >> Cuz they have a morb obviously. >> Oh, is that what that is? Oh, they had a more for my arrest over a stupid fan. If I would have known this, I would have just said, "Here, take the fan. I'm off the $22 that I paid for it." You know what I'm saying? They're trying to accuse me for theft. >> That's what mine is. So, are they So, why did they put you in this thing? Because they thought that you >> It's transport. It's It transports us from here to the jail. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, I know. And then you stay for a night and you go to court in the morning, right? >> Is this a misdemeanor or is it supposed to be a felony? It's a mis I don't know >> because I have a receipt. I mean, it doesn't even matter cuz they put the wrong fan in the box of mine and the woman like she knew like she had like she goes, "Was the box open?" I said, "No." I mean, obviously they they returned it, put it in a different box. >> So, you made it home with the van and everything. >> Well, it's my fan. I paid for it. Do you know what I'm saying? >> Yeah. >> And I didn't know this was going to happen. This is so crazy. You know what I'm saying? But this woman took a picture of the back of my car. I didn't know. I mean, I was thinking, okay, I'm going to take out this my car. I bought this fan, right? I didn't think they were, okay, so I figured the cops are going to chase me down for a fan, but she must have called the police station, had it on camera. I mean, it's like, okay, they have pictures. They have pictures that I bought the fan that day. Okay, that Sunday. It's on my debit card, okay? The box and everything. Okay. But they're going to make it look like I went I went and took another fan and put it in there. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> To get money back for $22. I mean, it's just ridiculous. >> That's the first time I've ever been in trouble. So, I'm hoping. >> But, I mean, my stuff is like falsely accused. Okay. Just like a lady, they wanted the front house where I live, so she scratched her arm. So, it's all false accusations. >> You know what I'm saying? is falsely accusing me just like those other, you know what I'm saying? So, in the end, they wiped it clean. And Rick Bradshaw knows me. I pay a lot of money to all these different organizations. Okay? I wrote letters to them. I've written letters to Obama. President Trump knows me. I've taken pictures of them. So, they're trying to they're going to try and beef up some EV, you know, make me look bad. It's just like it's so stupid. But at the end of the day, it's about your soul. It doesn't matter what humans do to you. It's about getting to heaven. Okay. So, >> I just want to go home to my kids. >> How many kids do you have? >> Four. >> So, what happened now? You you you were in a house. You went into a house. I >> was I was staying with my friend for the night. >> You're staying with your friend? >> I was. Yeah. For the night and they just showed up there. >> Oh. So, Oh, but I'm saying you you took a card and you charged it. >> No, I just took the numbers and ordered a pizza. >> Oh, I see. So, it was your friend's card? >> No, it was some some lady's card >> and she lived there. >> No, some lady I cleaned for this was like a month ago. >> Oh, I see. >> So, she get she has a right to press charges. >> Yeah, of course. >> Yeah. I mean, you just horrible. >> You confess it. Yeah, >> I did. But I did. I did. >> Yeah. Yeah. But me, I'm falsely accused. Okay. And honestly, if I would have had another way to feed them, I would have done it. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. God forgives you for, you know, as long as you confess your sin and say, you know, Jesus, please forgive me. You know what I'm saying? Cuz he knows that, you know, are you a widow? Are were you married? >> No, they actually just uh brought my fiance here for the same thing. They took us both. So, I had to have my brothers go pick up my kids. So my kids my kids are without both of us. >> I know. I was thinking this is weird. Why are they knocking on my door? >> You know what I mean? >> I just want to get to the jail, get processed, and wake up and go to court. Hopefully they happen. >> Well, it's kind of like, oh, it's up to the judge. He decides. >> I've never been in trouble before. >> Have you ever been to jail? Never. I've never been in trouble before. Ever. Never been in trouble. >> So, how did you become homeless? >> Um, I lost my job and then I lost the house we were living in and then I lost my car. And then >> you lost your house cuz you what? you lost your job first and then um >> and then I couldn't pay rent so we got evicted and then I had to our car and then we were sleeping in the car and then sometimes sleeping at like his grandma's or his mom's and then we lost our car so I was just staying with a friend for a little bit. >> What was your job? Um, I was a waitress at Pure Eight serving tables. >> Pure Eight? Where is that at? Fort Lauderdale. >> Um, up until Military. >> Oh, really? >> Mhm. >> So out there. So basically, it's so funny cuz I yelled, "Jesus, Jesus, help me." So the whole neighborhood heard it. They know I'm a Christian and they feel bad now. The people upstairs probably really feel bad for me, >> you know, cuz they were harassing me. It's kind of interesting cuz >> [clears throat] >> the more I get um persecuted, the more glory I have in heaven. So, it's actually to my benefit for the next life because that's eternity. This life is like a blink of an eye. You can live a [clears throat] a thousand years, sweetheart, as long as you go to Jesus. You know, cuz I said, you know what? I can preach in in jail. I can preach in jail like Paul did. You know what I'm saying? Because they were innocent just like I'm innocent. You know what I mean? And um no matter what man does to you, they could kill you, cut your head off. Your spirit, you're a spirit with a soul and a body. You still have a spirit man. And that can go to heaven if you confess your sins to Jesus. So Jesus put me here so I can preach to the people in jail. Because the last time, you know, because of my anointing, people are jealous of me. And you know, I'm white. The girl was black. She was jealous, right? And I said, "You're prejudice and I'm a child of God and you're going to hell for what?" you know, but but long story short, I should have kept my mouth shut and just said, "Here, take the fan. It's a material object. I don't need it." But now, this is for God's glory. So, I go to jail and I preach the gospel cuz they can't muzzle you in jail. And that's with Paul and that. They prayed so loud that night in jail that their shackles were removed. All I did was pray in that that car. I was actually anointing. I'm actually anointing this place right now. Okay? Okay? Cuz in the spirit realm, see, they don't care. The fallen angels, [clears throat] the holy angels, they're all around. There's millions of them around me. And [clears throat] and the thing is in the spirit realm, they don't care how much money you have. They don't care if you're poor, rich, you live on Palm Beach Island. They just want to know if you're sealed because it all starts in supernatural, right? But God probably want me to go to jail to preach the word cuz I said, you know, I haven't been like Paul, like persecuted. I was saying this the other day cuz he went to jail and this one guy was on the radio saying, you know, I'm a Christian. I went to jail. I'm like, I don't think you went to jail cuz you're not preaching the true gospel. I mean he I think I don't know why if he really went to jail that preacher because I know the Chinese they go to jail and they don't like Christians you know the government so it's going to get worse they're going to enforce the mark of the beast and you you think this is bad they just take you they're going to put people on trucks I saw in a vision this was u back in the '9s they put us on trucks because my friends were in the militia and they kept saying, you know, the government's corrupt and they're going to do the new world order and they are in the future. The Bible's going to come true. So the the people that aren't that don't go up when Jesus comes back in the spirit cuz they're going to cuz you're a spirit with a soul and a body. So if you sleep I'll just give you an example about your eternity and time and spirit realm. If you sleep 10 hours it feels you wake up it feels like a minute because there's there's no time in eternity. So your God formed all the souls together and then he formed the the Holy Spirit conceived all of us in your mother's womb because she didn't physically make you. It was made in the spirit realm. So you're a spirit with his own body. So that's why these witches can fly over to Africa with her spirit body and they work for Satan with the fallen angels. Well, long story short, in the end times, you know, when the trumpet blows, I mean, I'm I've seen Prince Michael. He's He's big. He's bigger than the earth. I've seen a demon like I can see you. I mean, they're real. They're in the spirit. I've been up to heaven. My soul's up in heaven. All the feathers were over me. All the holy angels are over me. And the defected, they're spawn angels. And I'm working with them now because I don't want them to go to hell cuz they they're supposed to. So anyways, it's so funny. So long story short, um if you don't go up with the trumpet, then you have to confess your sins. I mean, God's going to do tribulation on the earth for like seven years, the prophets are going to come back, Elijah and the other one, and and even the angels are going to preach the gospel. And if people don't confess their sins, you know, I've lied, stone, whatever. Even these people have to confess their sins and doing a saint wrong. Okay, all of them right now have formed a soul tie with me. Okay, I can break that ungodly soul tie even with that other girl. But because of my anointing too, it's hard for me to even pray for some of these people cuz in the Old Testament, see God. Okay, Moses, you've heard of Moses, right? >> Yeah. I go to church once. >> Yeah. Okay. He was anointed. Okay. He fasted 40 days, 40 nights. He didn't eat or drink. I've done that, too. I've done six days without eating or drinking. I don't even take, you know, I was in jail once. I don't even take their food. It's so gross, right? I could fast in there and, you know, so long story short, um, you know, they're going to enforce the mark of the beast. They're going to put people on trucks and bring them to other places. So uncomfortable. >> I know. But says and they're going to force the mark of the beast. But if you don't, then you they kill you. But I would just say, "Kill me." Because if you get the mark of the beast, you can't go to heaven. People are going to be in torment and hell for eternity. You know that for eternity. So who cares what humans can do to your body? You know, put you in chains, kill you, worry about your soul because your soul's for eternity in the spirit realm >> and so is your spirit. You know what I'm saying? I just want my babies. >> So, how old are they? >> 97 3 and two. >> 9 73 and two. Oh, I know. They're probably freaking out right now. So, were they with you? I don't Were you in the house at your friend's? Oh, I see. And then this place that you clean for, she said something about a month ago and then they came after you for that. Now >> you weren't even thinking of You weren't even thinking about it, right? >> Uh-huh. >> No, I wasn't thinking about it at all. It was a pizza. >> Oh, yeah. You didn't think much. See, that's the thing. People put a lot into material objects. You know what I'm saying? >> And I mean, I felt bad. I did. Yeah, >> my kids needed to eat. >> Yeah, you had good intentions to help your children. So, the lady was really rich. So, how did you get I don't get How did you get her credit card number? >> It was just her card was just sitting on her counter and I just wrote it down. >> Were you cleaning for her? >> Yeah. >> Oh, I see. So, she's really rich. >> Yeah. >> So, why isn't she Why didn't she offer you food or help you out? I mean, she had they usually don't. >> She wasn't sure. She was like stuck up and >> because God's gonna ask us one day, did you feed them when they were hungry? Did you help help feed them? >> And that's the thing. I always help people because >> Yeah, I know. I feed the homeless on the street. I've taken a lot of people into my place and helped them cuz Yeah, you want to fear God, not man. But at the same time, but at the same time, you don't want to steal because that's that's a sin. You know what I'm saying? >> Right after I did it, I said prayer. I went to church and >> you confessed your sin that you stole. Yeah. >> I just wish they would start driving so I can get this [ __ ] >> So, how long have you been sitting in this this white thing, this van? I just got put in here right before you, but I've been sitting at a cop car since like 7:00. >> No way. I don't even know what mine was like 9:00. I think it was No, I looked at the clock. I was sewing my thing for tomorrow for work. They're probably wondering since he got showing up. That's weird. But they had to lock my door so then they'd have my keys to lock it, right? >> Oh, >> cuz when I went outside, they handcuffed something in your property. >> Oh, my car. my key. So, they can't ransack my place and go through it, right? They're not allowed to go through my stuff, right? >> No. >> Well, >> no, I just I just I you know, I have a vivid imagination, so I'm just like, >> so whatever that girl made lies about, the more she lies and makes stuff up. >> Mhm. >> You know what I mean? Cuz I'll hear it tomorrow in court, the farther she is in hell in the pit. Cuz she actually will be >> Well, they brought you here. They didn't invest like questioning. >> No, nothing. They just said, "Did you go to father Family Dollar today or yesterday?" And I said, "No, I didn't go yesterday. I didn't go. I was home all day. I worked and I came home." And that's what I did because it um I came home. I was tired and I just took a took a long bath for 3 hours, read the Bible for like 3 hours and got up and you know, and that was it. I didn't go to Family Dollar yesterday. I was home. >> Well, the camera footage there show >> it shows Sunday and it shows me buying the the merchandise and her opening it. They probably won't show that part. They'll try to cover all it up. You know what I'm saying? They'll try, you know, she'll try to make it out like I just came in there and stole and conf and whatever. She'll make up some beat. You know what I'm saying? Because see, they need what do they call it? What's that kind of evidence? >> Probable cause. >> Yeah, probable cause. Like what's my probable cause to steal fan? >> Well, they would I had to have found a probable cause to come arrest you. >> Maybe because I touched her cuz I wanted to leave and take my merchandise that I bought. That's why they arrested me. I don't know. >> Like they could say that I was arrested because of uh what would they call it? um attempt to harm a personality. >> How long did they give you your charges? >> No, they didn't tell me anything. They just asked me, "Were you born in Elizabeth, New Where were you born?" I said, "New Jersey." They said, "What city?" I said, "Elizabeth, >> did they leave your race?" >> No, nothing. They just said I said, "What are you doing?" I said, "You're arresting me?" And they said, "No, we'll we can arrest you, but if you keep it up and then they just put me in the back of the thing." Somebody else is sitting here. >> Yeah. No, it's very chains in the front. Well, at least I have another story to tell. I'm a storyteller. Half the, you know, the other deputy sheriffs like me cuz they know me, you know what I mean? They know my smile, you know? I'm a Christian. I give them heaven flyers. I give out heaven flyers to the deputy sheriffs, you know, and stuff like that. But they treat me wrong, you know, just like, you know, don't put on blue scrubs. >> Well, actually, I was wearing green. I was sewing up green stuff cuz I'm a home health. I was a home health care last year. And um it's funny cuz Well, well, I need a phone. They have to I have I don't know anyone's memorized, but they have to give me numbers to call. What if I don't remember a number? What about my cell phone? How do I >> You should have asked for them before they put you back here. >> What >> numbers on your phone? >> Oh, shoot. >> So, how am I going to get out of jail? Cuz I need to have a number. >> Anybody's number? I don't I mean nothing's memorized. >> I don't know. They let me write down my brother's numbers. >> See, it happened so fast. They want to talk to me and and tell me. >> See, someone said some cops that are [ __ ] some cops that are nice. >> I know. So, I don't you know, I don't know. I You know, who am I going to call? Well, how many times have you been arrested? >> Well, that one time it was up was dropped. >> So then the judge might let you out in the morning. >> Yeah, cuz they said I'm going to be released. >> Well, they don't know that. >> No, I'm saying in the supernatural they told me that. They said everything's fine. You'll be released. So, >> I wish I knew that. I mean, well, the thing is it's like they give you a right to talk. You get a person with you, a lawyer or whatever, and then you say what happened and then they state what was happening. No, but if the woman says, "Oh, she touched me." Can they say that I tried to attack her or something? >> Oh, she tried to do keep you in the store. >> No, I was just saying I'm leaving. I'm taking my fan. I bought it. you know, either are you gonna give me a credit for this or not? And you're not even gonna give me a credit. You think I stole, you know, like she's just like like, you know, like she's trying to accuse me. And I'm like, no, this this is wrong merchandise in a box. Okay. I just bought this an hour ago. >> Well, so you bought a fan and the wrong fan was >> in the box. Yeah. Someone returned it cuz when that white guy opened up the other box, the other fan was dirty, too. And the guy at Family Dollar on um what you call it, I said, "Are you guys affiliated with them?" Because I want to write a Google review what they did to me. And they go, "That store is very disorganized." Like they don't they don't keep their merchandise right. >> Why are we not going yet? Like what the >> So So anyways, I mean I've never stolen in my life. Okay. Me either. >> I mean, it's I've never stolen like where I mean as a child, a teenager, but I'm not, you know, you do that, but I never stole like as an adult like, "Oh, I have to steal this." I would never do that. In fact, I leave the store. I pay for stuff and I leave it behind actually cuz I'm evangelizing to people. I evangelize in that store even. >> I gave them stuff to save their soul, you know. And on the prayer, it actually says, "I confess my sins. I lied and stole." It says that right on the prayer. They could Google me actually if you know they they'd see me evangelizing. I mean that they'd see the prayer. You know what I'm saying? >> It's it's like ironic. Is that another part to the van or not? Is that another >> Yeah, those are men on that side. >> Oh, interesting. And they slam it real loud cuz you have to shut it. >> It's got to be men on that side. >> See, I get claustrophobic sometimes. >> I have really bad anxiety. >> Yeah. And so when they handcuff you, it's like, you know, you're trapped. You know what I mean? Like, and I get claustrophobic and they stuck you in this little thing. Oh, was that? Yeah. >> No, don't talk to them. Why would you want to talk to them? >> I don't know. I wonder what they're in there for. >> Oh, you can actually hear them on the other side. >> I don't know. If I would have known this, I would have just left the fan and just left because, you know what I mean? But then at the same time, she still would have probably took a picture of my car and arrested me without the fan. You know what I'm saying? If I took off, she could have still done that cuz she would make a lie up and say I took the fan. >> Well, there has to be some type of proof or evidence or something. Oh, it's on it's in my PNC account that I bought it. You get what I'm saying? It was wrong merchandise. >> They can't go in. Even if they took my wallet and took my car, they still can't do that. That that would be theft out of my house. >> Mhm. You have a person who's in your house? >> Yeah. >> And they didn't even let you put shoes on. >> No, I just Yeah. Is Is that bad or what? >> That's horrible. So, they should have said, "Go get your shoes. You're going to jail?" >> No, >> I don't get it. You know what? >> They told me, "Turn around. We want to see your back." And I thought it was I didn't know what that was about. I turned around. They handcuffed me. And that was very deceitful, wasn't it? They didn't remember right or nothing. I think my fianc's behind me. >> Why? Cuz they Was he there at the house? >> Not at the house. I was cleaning up, but because he was >> No, I mean the house where you got arrested. I should have got rid of those fans as far as cuz they kept falling. I mean, cuz they were cursed objects. You know what I mean? I wonder if they the cops take pictures of my place. Would they do that or no? Did >> they do that while you were there? >> I don't know. I'm just saying. I said, "Is my place going to be locked up? Where's my phone?" You know what I'm saying? But they'd have to go through my place to find my key, right? I wonder if Donna went down and helped me out. Oh god. Come on, bro. So they could See all of this? Bang. Oh, they have you in a metal thing, too. >> Yeah, it wraps all the way around. >> So, normally they just bring in a cop car over there, wouldn't they? >> They That's why they bring you here to like interrogate you. >> Yeah. Well, the whole neighborhood, >> babe. Hey, bae. Bae bae. G >> GitH. >> Yeah. >> Hey >> bae. Who got the kids? >> Jay got the kids. >> Is Poppy okay? Yeah, he's asleep. I've been asleep. >> Did you give him all of our stuff? >> No, >> they kept >> took off. He took off. He checked my >> They kept my phone as evidence. >> I told you so much. Everybody, >> it's it's about it's about K. >> Oh, hell no. >> Bae, >> what? >> It's about K Street. >> I know. >> No, Ryan told me not to talk to them without a lawyer. >> Yeah. I said I tell them what's going to happen. I told I said you know what just never I don't know who call me up. I don't got no Dustin. >> Just who? >> I got Dustin's number. >> That's the same number as I got. >> Me up. >> Don't worry. >> I will. >> Both of us. We both get nothing. Yeah. Well, in the >> Yeah, but in the morning >> when we go to court about that, might as well get out today. The best thing is to get out tonight and not have to go perseverance. Perseverance, they'll try to [ __ ] you. >> So, how do you get out tonight? >> So, how are we how is that? How are we going to get out tonight? You better tell your brother. >> Mine's 1600. >> $1,600. >> Yes. I got >> grand or 16 grand. >> It No, it's 16. It's like 25 grand. >> So, all you got to do is pay for 25. >> Okay. I got uh the me >> I got the credit card [ __ ] [ __ ] gun. I don't give a [ __ ] about no gun. >> Me either. >> But they're charging me with it. Anybody got my information? >> She's trying to say it came from my IP address on my phone. >> I told him. So, do you talk to the person in the in the jail to get out? >> No, not in the court. >> That's the only way you can release, right? >> You got one charge. >> I got a fraud charge for some [ __ ] account that I don't own. >> That's it. >> That's it. >> Well, I have like six. >> So, you need to copy your gun and tell them to post me out so I can pay for the kids. Bro, they're char they're charging me with the the the the firearm. That crazy. They call search at my mom's house and look stupid ass. I told her I said, "Let me know how to search for me." >> Babe, I can't. >> Huh? >> I can't do this. >> Yeah, you can. I tell you I'll do that for us. >> Justelle was here. >> I know. >> He was with her, >> bro. And Ta Ta got banned up at Jazelle's house, too. You heard me. >> Bae. >> Bae. >> Tika. >> Huh? >> Ryan's girlfriend. >> Yeah. >> She got arrested at Jazelle's house, too. Hey, >> what? >> Tell your brother I only got one fraud charge. >> Listen, they'll let you out on no more. I'm not trying to wait that on what his own >> meaning. Yeah, but >> you got to understand, >> bro. I don't I don't trust >> I >> bae I don't tr bae I don't trust >> I don't trust >> don't trust her >> no >> she was in here she was inside the house >> yeah but she was inside >> G >> she was inside keeping it up with in the front. >> Yeah, they let her ride in the front. >> And when Ryan's girlfriend got charged with the armed robbery, they picked her up at Jelle's house. Come on. Take me to the jail already. Like, >> I've been sitting here since I left. Yes. Back up. That's why they kept asking me if I knew him because they were like, "Oh, you know him? You know him? How about each other? >> They kept asking me if I knew you. >> Well, when he get Justin, >> he's coming to get both of us. >> 2500. >> Listen, he can have my whole 750. I should have walked down. >> Thank god I'm not that far when she started taking too long. >> I didn't I unlocked it when they kept my phone. >> What happened? >> They kept my phone so I had to unlock it. >> You didn't have to lock it. She don't remember the pin. That's why I didn't put the code when they were like, "Oh, you put the code right here and get the number." I said, "Yeah, I said a warrant for that." iPhones do not give a warrant for personal information. Do not unlock. >> She already had it plugged She had it plugged up to the computer doing it. Huh? >> She had it plugged up to the computer and unlocked it on her own. >> They can't do that. >> iPhone. >> Okay. >> And if they do that, >> well, she did it. She can't she can't do none of that [ __ ] that she fell on that phone without without a cold and without investigator. >> Investigator. >> She has my phone. >> So it's different than the cops. You mean sheriff? >> Apple does not help. >> So she came before after. I don't get it. >> No, I that's why I had to come here to talk to her. Oh, >> are Aubrey and Jeffrey okay? >> He didn't set you up. They had He had no choice. >> He set you up. >> He had no choice. Because they told they told him they said if you want to get the kids then you have to have him come outside. And then they told him as soon as they see your face grab you. If you wouldn't have stepped outside, you would have been fine. They had me in [ __ ] shackles. >> They had your your picture, my picture, and my mom. Hey, just so you know, you go in there. >> I'm prescribed anxiety medicine. Don't play with me. Damn. He was like, "Cuz that's how they're going to [ __ ] you." And she hung up on him. That's all you got to do. >> Oh, they know. They know. >> I wish I could see where we were. Oh, what the [ __ ] That hurt. Oh. Always. So they did it wrong. not reading my rights and saying arresting me. >> Yeah. >> They didn't say you have a right to be silent. Nothing. I cried out more in the morning because the the the attorney that helps me in there, the public defender, he'll tell me what they've said, the what lies they've said and all that. And then I just have to review all that, you know, tell them that this is what happened and then the judge will look at it and think this is stupid, right? Maybe >> because I've been I've never got arrested for stealing anything. >> I just had to tell the judge back >> and they let her ride in the front. house. I said the door. >> Yeah. They were like, "Oh, do you care if she keeps your kids?" I said, "I most definitely do. You call my brother right now." >> Yeah. And they were like, "Oh, you want me to stay here?" I said, "Hell no." I said, "Go." I said, "If I said, "Hell no." >> Hey, what did her what did her homeboy get arrested for? They give him no charges. >> No charges. He's got eight charges. They didn't give him any information on his charges. >> What the [ __ ] At first they were talking about being arrested for and [ __ ] fraud and a lady was just fraud I think like $100. So >> a we're here. >> I said, "Hey, what >> bae?" >> We're here. >> Okay. >> I love you. >> Hey, I love you. >> I love you, too. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> I just went over. Hey, >> what? >> But if you talk to them, my [ __ ] is cheaper. Okay. And how are you going to get me out? >> Listen, once we get out, he's already working on you. I have no job for I don't have [ __ ] >> My phone's gone. >> Yeah, pretty much. >> I love you though. >> Well, I love you. Go sit back down before I do another charge. I love you. >> [ __ ] >> I'm terrified. I was like, >> well, now you know not to trust her. 28 28 I said pretty hard. Looks like we're not here. >> No. All those speed bumps. We have to summit. Hey, I hope they don't go in M or >> you're not going to make it upstairs. >> Huh? >> You're not going to go upstairs. >> We are not going upstairs. They should have told you how much. They told me how much mine was. >> Hey, I know. I know I just lucky because it wasn't 100. It was 60. >> It was 60. Oh. And then and then she tried the she tried to tell me, "Oh, you know why you lost your car?" And I was like, "No, I don't." >> She tried to tell me, "Oh, you know why you lost your vehicle?" And I said, "No, ma'am, I don't." >> Oh my god. Oh yeah. >> I thought we were here. >> I thought we said everywhere. >> I've been sweating for the last 3 hours. >> It's hot in one car. shares the phone air conditioning. They did that on purpose, right? It's freezing in the jail. >> Uh, is it? >> Yeah. Have you ever been in jail? I was falsely accused before they put me in jail. I was freezing. But I wonder if they give you shoes. They give you shoes. >> Hey babe, they give you shoes. Do they give you shoes? Do they give you slippers or anything? >> Cuz I didn't get my shoes. >> Crocs. They gave me props. >> What's that? I'm going to call those black. Those things that are plastic. Oh, is It should take that long, right? Hey, >> what? Heat. Heat. Club me. So then you have to pay for transportation to get home. So if I they won't give me shoes. I have to walk them cuz I don't have a wallet or anything. >> Well, where do you live? >> Lakeorth Beach. Um, well, we get out at the same time. My brother will probably give you a ride home. But we'll go to court together. Yeah. But if you don't get out, this is your first time you want to get out. I did with me with the fan $22 and I had to receive. >> Well, they might give you bonds. But if I have a bond, then >> you have to pay for it. Well, I had a bond before I paid for it and then they released me. >> Yeah. >> So, I'd have to pay my money's at home, but they call them off. They give you a couple times to call the bond company and then you have somebody who would call and pay it for you. >> No, I mean, I can literally go to that bond company and pay it. They did it. I got out of jail and I went and dated it because I did good with them. I'd go with the bond company, but I can't remember the bond company. It was in It was in West Palm on Belvadier, I think. So then I just pay the bond and I get out that bond company. >> What? I'll call Ryan first. No, I'm calling Justin first cuz he's the one with the money. >> And it don't matter if she got my cash app card. Just got my cash app card. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. >> I unlocked it. >> But it doesn't matter. My child support won't come until the 9th. Let her try me. She'll be here next. >> Yeah. Bond. They just put a bond like $100. Babe, are we here? Bear, we here. Yeah, >> I think we uh wait for them to ass >> call whoever get if you get to the phones before me. >> We're going to get there together at the same time. >> Yeah, you're female, >> but we [ __ ] They made me shake my bra out like 10 times. I'm like, I don't have nothing. >> I know, but I wish I did. Listen, you're going to stay in in the downstairs until after court. >> You'll stay downstairs until after court. >> No, >> that's what that's what the [ __ ] dude told me. >> He's bullshitting. They will make you go upstairs, make your [ __ ] bed, and wake you up at like 6 in the morning to talk to a public defender. >> Okay. I won't be able to sleep. I want my babies. >> Yeah. [ __ ] >> Like, I heard them all crying. Hello. So, make sure you get his number. [ __ ] >> So, do I just I have to walk that probably if I don't have my money paid cuz the last time I had money I had a wallet and I had money in it. I just got a taxi for $60 back to my house and then I went to work. >> If anything, if anything, my like cuz I'm sure I'll get out in the morning. It's my first charge. I've never been in trouble before. >> Yeah. And the other one was dropped and has nothing to do with stealing. The lady boss accused me. >> And this is a fan for >> Babe. What happened? >> You think they'll let me out on S tomorrow since it's my first charge? >> Yeah. It's not a charge. Oh, they might try to say that I caught her or something. >> Yeah, but that would be in the morning. >> Listen, that's 7 hours from now. >> Listen, >> if I can save my not first appearance. They see all my They're going to bring up all my >> You're still going to have to go even if you get out. >> No, I get a whole fort downtown. >> Do they? You don't have to go to the perseverance. >> Can you ask him if something was dropped in the past? >> Listen, the girl that I'm with, she said she got arrested in the past. It got dropped. >> But it was falsy accusing like this one. Were they >> Well, they uh in the morning or No. >> And I said, >> cuz Yeah, my bond I paid my bond and I'm good with my bond. Well, they let me out. You should have you I I should have wrote down Sean's number. >> So is that to you have the numbers so they pay you to get you out or just to pick you up? >> These are my brother's numbers to pay to get me out and pick me up. >> Oh, I see. So So the bond company I didn't have I think they they allowed me to get out and pay it and I did. I went got out of jail and I paid it. And so if I'm good with the bond company, they'll allow me probably to get out and pay it, right? >> Yeah. It's on my >> I don't have money to pay for a bond. >> I have money. It's in my account cuz they wouldn't let me go in my house. They just arrested. >> I love you. >> So either way, I'll get out on bond. >> You too. >> I mean, do most people they have a bond set? They get out on bond if they can. >> You should have a bond tonight. Yeah. Someone can pay it tonight then. Yeah. Well, I don't I don't know anyone that can pay it. I'll just have to go in the morning and pay it. >> I know that >> cuz Oh, so if it was paid tonight, you could get out right away in the morning. >> You get out anytime tonight if it's paid tonight. >> Oh, I don't have any numbers or anything. >> But this bond company trust Thank God I was arrested for because the bond company trust me and I'll pay when I get out. >> You know what I mean? Cuz either way, no matter what they say, oh, I cost it or something stupid. You know, like I touched her and moved her out of the way so I could go out the door with the fan, you know, my fan I paid cuz the receipt was left behind, right? So I still could get out, right? It was >> I still got I got >> They were trying to play. They were trying to Hey, they bae >> what happened? And I And then I told them, I said, "Why does the fault get off probation with hell?" >> I was praying I was going to see you before you talk to them so I could tell you not to say [ __ ] Why would I wait for my girlfriend? I said, "Show me my stuff." I said, "Take me. Take me." >> They don't need to call DCF. I wasn't arrested in for nothing violent. >> They were like, "Oh, we're going to do a search warrant on your mom's house to find that firearm." I said, "Well, let me know how the [ __ ] that turns out. I don't know what it [ __ ] you talking about. my mom. >> So either way they put a bond on you, you pay it, you get out, right? Yeah. It doesn't matter. So, it just depends on what the thing is and how much they want to settle it for, right? >> Some of the crime accuse you of falsely, >> bro. They had me and him. My back. >> Why your ass hurt me? >> Because I've been sitting in that other car. >> Maybe I'll sleep without my back. >> And then we get to release. Well, lucky you. >> How the [ __ ] am I going to get where? >> You're going to [ __ ] hitchhike or you're going to call Justin and tell him you need to get out so that when I get bonded out or go to court or whatever, you're there with the kids so that my kids can be there. You want to press? >> Yes. >> Do they have audio on the camera? >> I'm sure they do. I don't give a [ __ ] >> But then they can use that against you. >> What? >> When did you take it? >> When did you take it? probably like an hour. >> I'm about to lay down. >> Hey, he didn't Hey, he didn't have all that on him, right? coffee. Perfect. [snorts] Oh, you can actually get up. How far down are you? >> What about me? the same. >> I can stand. >> What? >> What about you guys? >> The 14th. >> 14th. >> Yeah. We have Poppy's birthday. >> Huh? >> Poppy's birthday. >> I know. >> Love you. >> Hey, good day. Don't do that. Don't do that. >> Is there more people, >> bro? Stop. >> What? >> I can't reach it. >> I'm not there. I'm not there. I'm not there. Oh, yeah. on the other side. >> Oh, here. >> You can't unlock it. >> Let me get that. >> So, why is it taking so long? When I The first time they just dropped me in the dropped me off the regular. >> Yeah. Deputy sheriff. Yeah. >> Yeah. And them sheriffs were being lazy as [ __ ] Calling transport, too. >> What happened? >> They were being lazy as hell. They couldn't transport us themselves. >> They have no excuse. >> The cops. >> Deputy sheriff. They have no life. >> No. You see, there's too many people. >> I Hey, I thought I said you going to put me in the little wagon. I said I said I didn't want to talk to the investigator and they were like, "Oh, well, we're going to see about that." >> You're going to see about what? >> Cuz I was like on the way to the the thing they were like, "Well, we recommend you talk to her." And I was like, "How about you just take me to the jail so I can get this over with?" >> You want to go to jail? takes a lot to make it worse. >> I said, "Well, can I make your uh your body footage?" She said, "You'll see it in court." I >> Who's going to trial? >> Huh? >> Who's going to trial? >> I'm taking the trial. >> That's the only time you'll see the body, Dan. That's what >> you won't see it in the morning. You'll only see it when you go to trial. >> I know. >> And I want a speedy truck. I want I want a 60 days trial and they better bring all the address. There's a senses that will use a phone. >> The same phone, >> huh? >> Yeah, cuz I told him it we share a phone. >> Yeah, but what is it? Not mine. >> Thanks. Thanks. >> Huh? >> No, it's on mine, [ __ ] >> I love you. I'm out. >> Love you. They can just drop it out of court. You would have to go to court. If the judge drove it out of court, you would have to go to court, right? >> Who are you? >> Yeah. They just drop it off. Say it was just what do you call it? >> What would they call it? Cuz they're supposed to give the customer the benefit of the doubt and just return the item, not accuse them of taking the item. Or they could do whatever they want, right? And try to kiss me that I stood or something. So stupid. >> Yeah, cuz if you went to return, >> but why would I return an item I stole? >> No, they're saying that you return you returned an item with the wrong thing in the box. >> Yeah, but that doesn't mean I stole it. It was in Cuz I She asked me, "Was it open when I bought it?" I said, "No, it wasn't. And if it was, I would have took it out and seen if it was broken. Cuz why would it be open? Cuz they can return items at a store and put it in the wrong box. Cuz the other one when he opened it was dirty. So that means it was used. So someone else returned a box and returned. And I think the next box was not the same thing. It was not a pool master or the same box. It was a different fan. You know what I mean? I don't know. But I know girls here are mean and I don't want to be around other girls in there. Some of them can be nice. It just depends. See, some of them are just stay away from the ones I've been there longer. You just go more to the front. They'll actually sign you a place, but sometimes you can change with the person in the style. You think, you know what I mean? Maybe we'll just get stuck together. >> Yeah, they probably do. So, they're gone now. They took them out. Why did they take them up first? We were here the first time. I don't know. But um this place is built. You see this? It's dirty over there. That's how I wrote a ton of poems about the about this jail place and how bad they are for us. Well, how they treat the people, you know what I mean? Like you're an animal. They they degrade you and make you feel less. I I take anxiety medicine like like the the 1 millig like football clinic. >> Yeah. If I didn't take any today, my anxiety just want to cry. >> I know when I first came in here, I was totally like I was confident like I am now, you know, like I knew I was going to get out and da da da. And I had the angels, even the holy angels, there is a guardian angel in your soul. So, I wasn't worried. I got out like right away, went to work before was even late. But the thing was the bladder went up and she already knew I was arrested. And I'm like, what? This is crazy. stick you in the the late the local papers and it's like you're not even like a criminal. You're not even accused yet. You're not even like gone to trial to show that you're innocent. >> Go to the paper now and just go online. >> Oh yeah, they probably stop that now cuz that's really false accusation. >> They stop the paper but people there's this Palm Beach Facebook page. >> Oh, they have that now? >> And he posted that. >> The thing is I told my grandshaw to stop doing that. that that's a civil rights problem. That's a human rights violation to put your face up unless you're >> public records. >> Oh, I see that. So, basically, but they shouldn't take your face and put it on other websites without, you know what I mean? Because that one guy was making a ton of money off of that. They just grab it off the botto maybe have a they don't even need to have it on the blog. Okay. Why should they have it on the water? It doesn't even make sense. >> When you're in jail, when you're in jail, Yes. But when you get out, it should go away. >> Yeah. But they don't do that. They keep it on there. So, anyone that Google my names on my on Google can find it. It'll show up right away. But it'll be under Sudan Casino. It might kind of go to my other ones. I don't know cuz I have other aliases. I'm a child, you know. But I told them to take it down. I didn't even pay to take it down because they're corrupt. They take the company that takes it off the blog makes all this money and then they say, "Well, to get it off our website, you got to pay like $300 a picture or whatever on all those websites." And but actually, it's another company that comes out and and says, "We'll take it off." And then the one that takes it and takes it and puts it on the website is the same company. Okay. Come on. >> Oh, you just Yeah. Hold on.
