2022 an officer from the New Richmond
Police Department in Wisconsin began
recording after some suspicion while on
patrol the officer ran the license
plates of a vehicle late at night and
found that the owner's license had been
revoked the officer's intention was to
confirm if the driver was the owner of
the revoked license however after
attempting to pull over the driver the
situation rapidly escalated

hour
stabbing on the middle of the road 100
miles per hour still sells out 107 miles
per hour still even all over the road
she just blew the stop sign at 130th and
County Road Double T still westbound on

eventually it appears the effects of the
alcohol in the suspect system begin to
take over
suspect may have been unconscious for
moments as the EMTs are on the scene
it is important to note that outside of
the suspect voicing concern for their
shoulder they received only minor
scratches from the branches while
fleeing on foot with no other injuries
later at the hospital the department was
able to get a search warrant to
determine the driver's blood alcohol
content because of this they are able to
draw a blood sample even though he
initially refused in the ambulance once
she's ready we're gonna dry your blood

about chases he supposedly got away with

the driver got pulled over there
so I took off from the passenger seat up
through the middle of Menominee and then
we got a 200 times
get away that time yep they called the
chase off danger to public over 100.

I guess if I admitted to that you
wouldn't have to do your research the
defendant in case had a cash Bond set
for 7 500
absolute sobriety was enforced for the
duration of the investigation into his
case this means he was prohibited not
just from consuming but from possessing
any alcohol Controlled Substances or any
sort of drug paraphernalia until the
case finished going through the court
system he was charged with operating
within the influence or OWI for his
ninth time in this case he was also
charged with fleeing an officer
resisting an officer operating a vehicle
with a revoked license and operating a
vehicle above the prohibited alcohol
concentration level or PAC the legal
limit is anything over .08 percent in
Wisconsin while we could not find the
specific blood alcohol content of this
suspect we believe it would likely be
over Point thirty percent at the time of
his arrest as this is the minimum
estimated amount before somebody Falls
unconscious as the defendant did on the
scene of the crash the suspect pled and
was found guilty to operating within the
influence all other charges were
dismissed for this he is sentenced to
five years in initial confinement at the
Dodge Correctional Institution in
Wisconsin along with an additional four
years of extended supervision during his
extended supervision he will be ordered
to continue following the absolute
sobriety rules throughout and is
prohibited from entering any
establishment whose primary product of
sale contains alcohol
