No. I took I took I took things to book the breathaly. That's the first thing they made me do when I got to the jail house to 3030. They said you refused and then they suspended your license for 6 months. You you've been suspended since November. Your license suspended. You have three previous convictions and then the most recent one is for refusal to submit for reference DUI which makes it a felony. No, because my public defender my public defender So, did they read you um implied consent? Do you remember them reading you implied consent to where they let you know that if you if you refuse to submit then you're going to suspend your license for a year? I didn't I did not love um Uh, it was a 2.0. 2.0. Yeah. A 2 or a 2.0. The 2.0. I think you'd be dead. Yeah. But all I did was just walk to the car. Okay. That was it.
