Yeah, happy happy New Year. You too. Hello. Hi, how are you? Another call us? No, it's it's I'm Bonnie I'm asset protection with Walgreens. So, um I have a team member that admitted to stealing $1,150 in cash. Um she was doing it over a short like 5 days. Um reloading her chime financial reload cards um and shorting the register. Like $100 to $200 different registers throughout the the um store. So, 1150 obviously substantial amount. Um full admission, it's all on video. I have every single transaction on video, so I have 1150 on video. I would I definitely need a copy of the video. Um Do you have a axon community? Yeah, I know I can send it to you. Some Some Some Walgreens they don't have it they still do the old school way. Give us the thing. >> can't do it, but I can send it. Okay. Okay. Yeah, and I have them all and it's an easy Do you have a your My email. Go for it. Yeah, just make sure your information. And do you want to see any of the video before you Yeah, I just need to see this need to see one. Do you have your like a card or something or is that driver's license or I have cards in my car right here. I need a license cuz I don't have my um Do you have my business cards here? Probably not. I have a I should probably refill my I just don't know what I bring in. All right. Good. How are you? I just need to make sure you're okay. Where did you have to come from? Oh, I was just on there to jog. It's typical that I don't get you guys at the back of the like You never get anything. Well, it just depends if it's depends on what's going on. Today wasn't as crazy as other days. What's your phone number? Do you mean my email? Yes. Do we have her information? Um I have her The name, Mia Jackson, M I A J A C K S O N M I A M I A and Jackson J A C Okay. Date of birth? Um, I can't get it. So there's no active store manager here right now. That's why I took the pictures taking during this time thinking nobody was going to see it. Do you have people central? You can pull up people central. Yes. Can you do it on this terminal? Although I don't think I'll have access to their information. Oh, you're Oh, I can't get Just the internet here doesn't like 119497 What What's that the sheet you gave me? It's right here. Hopefully Oh, okay. Yeah, please don't lose I mean I got copies already. Look at that. I was doing copies because I didn't have a computer in there. And then she was living out of her car. Okay. Then her mom is in going her dad is in Fort Pierce, her sister is which is a best friend is in Delray and So this was a couple of days of her short and register. Yeah, so Yeah, she's here. Where's she at? In the back there. All right, so Yes. So these are all the transactions. It's just $200, $100, $200, two just pop up at different registers. And then So for instance, this might >> I mean it's easy for us. So, for instance, this one, she 12 18, she reloaded so she'll scan her phone. How many? And then um this will pop out. So, she already scanned her phone. Let me get to the one that's got a lot So, what is she doing? She's taking She reloads it onto her um Where's the Where's the Is she Is she taking money out of the On her phone. She's got a barcode. Okay. And it reloads to her personal Chime account. So, she has all the Chime transactions. She That's where she got all the Chime That's what I just That's what I'm confused with. So, I know you can So, it's like relocating it I don't know what you call it. You're having like a card. But, where's the money coming from the like from the register? Like you're taking the $20 So, she's saying like She doesn't actually touch any money. It shorts the register. It's a >> see. So, she's like It's a transaction that went through, but it doesn't go through. So, it's like a cash cash transaction that someone's going to put on their Chime card, but She gave me $200. >> Yeah, but she didn't put the 200 bucks in. She just Okay. Okay. Still goes through. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Um she was doing it on the register that $200 Yeah. Okay. All right, then I'll give it a I just have to know the mode of it is, do you? >> Yeah. Yeah, I mean it was only like 6 days. It was just different registers. Um And how did you guys notice that every night the register was short? So, no. I'm I'm corporate, so I'm not even local. And the one of the team members like I think something's going on. So, I said, "Let me look at it." I got that call last night and I started pulling videos and I was like, "Okay, this a little more than Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, and there's no active store manager here, so she's smart. She worked at CVS previously. I tried to see where she was like over there. Um But, yeah, she knew. What is it then? Okay. Um all right, so this one to her phone was I might have already missed it. And these cameras are No, that's fine. As long as I As long as I don't have to see anybody. She I said I don't know what Well, how she was doing it. This one um she took $100 cash out of what they gave and put it She just put it on the register. She'll put it in her pocket. I have That's the only one she did cash. The rest are all reloads. So this isn't a bad example I'm going to give you. Oh, she took cash in that one? Just that one time. How much was it? And this is um her phone. So she had her phone out. So that one was just a customer giving her cash. The other one was like she wasn't even a customer. She was just saying like a customer handed her $200 for a load onto their >> Correct. And what was the cash transaction? How much was the Which one was that? Um each one I have them actually like I can give you all of them. You can even You can email me that. That would be great. >> Yeah, I can give you all the transactions. Like I have all the transactions separately saved. Perfect. Yeah, okay. Yeah, but that's the same thing every single time. It's just she'll just ring it and then So she'll scan her phone. So she This is hers. That's her phone. She scans it at the register. So that just scanned it. And she's going to put it in her pocket. And the way I know that the transaction obviously shows up in the back office, but then you'll see the receipt printout, too. And then she just tosses it. She checks it and then prints it out. I mean, there's obviously nobody there. She's done. She puts her phone down and then she takes the next customer. So it's She has the same number every single time. Minus the $100 cash one. Um and I caught that just by accident. Cuz it was a hard one to catch. And that's it. What was the date of the $100 cash one? Uh I'm sorry. What was the date on the $100 cash one? The $100 cash one, I have it Oh yeah, you can just send it to me. It's $1,100 and something bucks. And I do have $1,150 on video, so. The um $100 cash was the $100 under the register was on the 28th. That was $100 cash. The rest were all We should do like different terminal numbers. I can make this make sense for you. Cuz right now it's my language, so. Yeah. Well, what is the date of it? So, the highlighted ones are the ones I have on video. That's what equals $1,150. And it And it doesn't have the date though at all. Yeah, they do. 27th, 71 is our photo register, $200. 25th, $200. Um 26th, $200. This one was $150 on one register and $100 on another register. All right, yeah. I can get a copy of that. Good afternoon. I'm Officer Walsh. You don't have an idea on you, do you?
