on April 26 2023 dispatched received a
call about a domestic disorderly conduct
incident in Campbellsport Wisconsin the
caller reported her 25 year old
ex-boyfriend named Beau was pounding on
her door refusing to leave and making
threats with a possible firearm upon
reaching the scene deputies found Beau
outside the residence and he became
extremely agitated in response to their
presence
he refused to comply with their commands
and was threatening to shoot during
negotiations he admitted to having a
nine millimeter handgun concealed in his
vest due to the incident residents in
the neighborhood were either evacuated
or asked a shelter in place a perimeter
was then promptly established to confine
Beau within the front yard
pretty lit up here
let's go if we come across the street
and look from the south side
looks like we have some pretty good
cover okay
listen pizza-sized trees that we could
maybe someone can position four
I think it sucks the house is angled so
you might be on this side
the actual hands yeah
to the point
I'll switch to less lethal how do you
say do you want me to hold Leaf well
then he's right there
well he's facing away from us so if you
drill across
let's go behind us
yeah Deputy right here
Deputy right here
just so we can get eyes on work onto the
other side of this house here see what
he's doing probably gonna deploy dog
yeah kid to play doctor no but obviously
I've done it it gets soon we can work
our way this is a good spot so as soon
as we move off he's gonna go over here
we'll just keep right back here right
now see if we're in position until we
get to go with time and then we'll move
up to the corner but until now let's
take it stay here this is a good spot
because he want to send the dog so
Jesus
let's see if he gives up once he gets
his phone back and if that doesn't
happen we're gonna hit him with two less
lethals inside the dog at the same time
okay
people need Sunset well you can follow
behind us but we're gonna be slow
getting up to him yeah once once the
dog's on the bite
once it's on the bike we're supposed to
fall in behind us we take him in a
custody
will grab his arm will stabilize his
whatever
stabilize his arm
game's on
foreign
as the SWAT team approached in an
armored vehicle they utilized less
lethal rounds that made contact with him
however he fled on foot in response
canine rip was set free and successfully
sank his teeth into bow causing him to
drop his handgun
what's up
put your hands up hands up
wait
hey give us your hands
you bust your hands I I did take your
hand all right I can't do anything
here
we're good and that resist it take the
hands
and that was just
I'll tell you the hands here are you
injured at all do you have any other
weapons on you at all uh I wasn't here
but I'm fine okay uh I lost the cliff
it's somewhere in the property I don't
know you okay I'm fine are you okay yeah
good I'm okay no more guns on you though
no I swear to god dude you're good man
hey we'll work through everything okay
he's not in there but the clip's gone
you're good I don't know we're gonna
roll you on to this side we're gonna
check your waistband okay sir I want
that stuff you gotta go find it I don't
know anything or it went fine you're
good do you need an ambulance at all no
I'm all good okay
maybe it's like I don't know what a clip
let's worry about all that later okay
man
[Music]

you're good no needles no nothing no
it's not this be careful for my back
pocket my bike keys in there okay if you
please don't lose it you're good oh I
can't I can't take it anywhere then
that's the only key I got this one right
here yes I want to keep this with your
frog that's the only key I got
that
great job
everybody's good did the dog get you or
is it just yeah you're gonna go through
or just your jacket probably probably
went through dog okay I'm fine I'm used
to it
all right boss I'm really on your other
side
[Applause]
well the mag's right there so now we're
just making sure you're safe for our
safety right we don't want anything else
which arm did the dog get my left right
there your left okay by the forearm uh
for the elbow okay we'll take a look at
it other than that what hurts other than
that what hurts
where's that holster that side holster
there is no holster okay just
yes he was
all right man
and go through so you're good you ain't
even hardly believe it but yeah you
believe it all okay you want to tuck
your feet in we'll get you stood up then
okay
so bring your feet up towards your
bottom all right I'll just have you sit
normally okay
ready yeah yeah
put this one down on the ground
there we go you good any injuries at all
you feeling
your arm's not bleeding you're good then
okay
or your pencil yeah we got you
probably better go in there
let's get him in a squad car something
better and then this way he can warm up
a bit okay no no no nothing bad well
let's start walking so he can warm you
up and we'll grab all the keys in your
possessions okay sir that's fine okay
and a phone
it's a little it's a little Rip but
nothing crazy your leather's still good
well might as well
where's the bean bags hit you
okay
legs legs chest maybe okay
yep just sit down and it's confusing at
first
grabbed it
yeah unless he was trying to Rack him
man
thank God hi there guys who's gonna be
in this squad right here so he did take
one less lethal round a 37 millimeter
launcher to the left leg thog bite left
arm so warmer for you
a little yeah
[Music]
boy you want to talk a little close I
know because I pop out here yo he's
still up and the gun in his hand yeah he
got his hand like all I can see is my
red dot right on his head I'm like oh my
God the moment that thing comes anywhere
you know all you can see is like like it
looks like he's dropping it like he's
exactly he's trying to drop it yeah the
berkey's able to send the dog again let
him go brother what the [ __ ] did we talk
about before we're not bum rushing this
dude
hey he's zero to 100. yeah for sure
yeah we got the mag that's done yep
better secure all this stuff in your
squad okay the gun magazine his uh
property that was on him uh I mean that
was the best way he could have ran oh no
I hope that go on your end was there
ammo in the bag yes yes you're gonna do
a blood draw too for uh armor
intoxicated or no
probably he's going if he's going to the
hospital anyways at least we had a good
37 7 for the second chamber the bad one
no we won't deliver another round with
rip coming in and with that tree in the
way kind of went between the tree and us
all right we're on the other side yeah
