okay so my thing is how the the female that the her the person that owns the phone is saying that she was jumped by a group of three females and she was able to identify you as one of them that's why security footage like you said you would you would see that she wasn't jumped by three females at all and that's a complete lie okay so she's got scratches on her elbow and her foot for what reason she's jumped by three people first of all um okay second of all if you were to like look at the video Cambridge um we were getting onto the elevator and the elevator was halfway closing and I decided go to my car that's all it is and I put my hand in the elevator I hopped in and she poked me with her umbrella she I mean if there's I don't know if there's video cameras in the elevator but if umbrella and it's back talk back talk back talk and then it ended into an altercation I will say that but I I will say that it looks absolutely adorable on me that I have her cell phone right it does whatever like and so I took the phone and I was thinking I was helping somebody I know this sounds so stupid right now like I know it does like I I genuinely like yes me and her had an altercation yes I'm not fond of the girl or I don't know her I've met her previously but she was very disrespectful to me in the elevator and then we got into an altercation and she didn't want to apologize or like make it feel better like anything like she just want to make it worse like she ended up instigating the situation I kept instigating the situation it just got worse from there but I did not steal her phone intentionally thinking it was hers like I I took the phone thinking I was helping somebody out like if I were to take the phone thinking it was stolen thinking it was hers like she would have found it at least turned off she would have found it with the SIM card taken out like I know how things happen you know what I'm saying like I did not intentionally steal this gross from I know this is why you guys here today like why didn't you just leave it where it was because like I said like I or give it to security I mean there was no security around first of all and second of all like I've been through it before like I've lost my phone so many times and the rarest of occasions that I've not had to buy anything from on that I just been like so thankful like thank God like they found so what was your plan gonna be if you never came here my plan would just be to have the phone and if they called it I'd answer any call that would be like do they try to use the phone no ma'am I like when you guys came to my apartment like looking for the phone I was walking my dog I had just gotten home like an hour and a half two hours later like I wasn't doing anything I had just gotten over the phone I hadn't done anything like this one like around like four hours ago well you don't want to disclose the name of your friends that were involved you know so you want to take the blame for
