hello so what's going on so I've had the kids full time he was supposed to be 50 50. um we agreed to him watching the kids on Saturday and then I usually pick him up to Sundays yeah I guess he's been drinking because I got on the phone with him he was he was like swearing his words um and he's just been like threatening me all day saying like once I go pick up the kids like he's gonna put his hands on me um won't stop calling me like he's just like wait till I see you so I'm just not comfortable with going by myself sure to pick up the kids um and just because like also uh I have to take them to court too because of like the first training order dropping um so I just want to like notate if he is drunk okay um but I'm just trying um how many kids are we getting two two yeah okay I'll follow you and then we'll go up together [Music] and what's his name Jose anybody else live here with him besides his brother okay does he own any weapons or anything no they took it away from him hello Jose let's take a seat bud we're just gonna get the kids oh we're gonna get the kids yeah we'll get the kids but yeah don't look like it's getting conditioned to get the kids so yeah I'm pissed time for she's supposed to be at four o'clock okay what time is it now what time do you see now are you complaining about spending more time with your kids no I'm not no I'm not what time is it now listen she's supposed to be here at four o'clock what time is it now officer what time is it now either be quiet and get your other kid or we're gonna have an issue get the other kid and she's coming just relax don't tell me to relax she's supposed to be up hey don't tell me to relax all right if you're complaining about spending extra time with your kid no that's not that's that's not okay listen I don't really care I'm here to get the kids okay that's what we're doing we're getting the kid it's cool listen don't tell me to relax ever there you go okay when your brother is very intoxicated recorded you okay bud look their diapers are full no shoes yeah I just bought them you'll see [Music] do you have to get some visitation right now no is that typically since the restraining order dropped okay bud yeah I'm blocking him he wants to see them anyways he only gets like one day with them not even because he's supposed to pick them up uh on Saturdays in the morning but he doesn't pick them up till like six we never agree to any time today let me you load them I'm gonna get you a case number that way because it's on body Cam that way if you want to take that to court yeah just the way he you know and then just the condition of them and all right let me do that for you and you have a lawyer I'm assuming yeah I'm working on that uh so that's the case number and that's the case number that the video is going to be under and just so when you go to court if you need it um that way they can at least see exactly what I've been dealing with because we all cover it up and try to act like he's the perfect dad but that's what how he acts yeah all right so thank you yep have a safe night exactly
