Do you know? >> Um, >> can you do me a favor? Can you grab me his uh cell phone number? >> Yeah. What's up? >> No. And we just we just got to talk to uh we just got to talk to him real quick. >> Is everything okay about mama? >> Yeah, everything's okay. Everything's okay. How old are you? your >> um my birthday's tomorrow. I'm going to be 16. >> You're going to be 16? All right. Where do you know where mom is right now? >> Um no. >> No. Did she leave? >> Yeah. She was like going for a walk or something. >> She was going for a walk. How is her demeanor? She okay or what happened? >> She's been a little out of the ordinary lately. She's been going through a lot. She's divorcing my stepdad and stuff. So, >> Okay. Do you know if she's like diagnosed with anything? Um >> or take any does like any type of narcotics or anything like that? >> No. No. Um she has a medical card for like marijuana and that's it. >> And she's like super against like drugs and alcohol and stuff because of her family. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Um >> what's your first name? >> Hey. Uh so I'm 1012 with the juvenile, her daughter and her daughter's friend that's here. She's 16. No, she said I guess stepdad stays here as well, but he's out at work. Uh, I'm going to try. She didn't know the name of it. Let me Okay. Uh, you want me to tell daughter that or or just tell that to stepdad? Okay. Um, what are And if he asks, what are the charges? Just resisting or >> Hello. >> Hi. Sorry to bug you while you're at work, but there's a police officer here and he wanted me to call you. What happened? >> Hello. This is Officer Mitchell with the Pal Bay Police Department. How you doing? >> I'm doing best I can. >> Okay. So, um, who what who's the female that lives here? Is that your girlfriend, wife, ex-wife? Who is she to you? >> That is my that is my wife. >> That's your wife. Okay. Um, >> yeah. We just recently separated. >> Okay. Okay. So this this >> I'm still living there for the next couple weeks until I can move out. >> Okay. So this is this is what we have. So we got a call from a couple houses down from a neighbor that they seen her, you know, trying to pull on her front door and on the car door handle and stuff. They don't want to pursue charges for like attempted burglary, but um while officers are were out with her, they were conducting a you know a loitering and prowling investigation and uh she started resisting officers. So, uh, she she's going to jail tonight for the minimum resisting and then most likely loitering and prowling. Um, yeah. So, since the since, uh, the juvenile is here alone with her with her friend and stuff, I just wanted to make sure that a that's okay. Or if you were on your way back or I don't know what time you get off work. >> I'm at work. I'm going to be leaving in about an hour or so. Is that okay? >> Yeah. Yeah, that that's fine. Um, we just want to make sure that since she is still, you know, a juvenile that we got to we got to at least let you know and uh that she'll be here at the house if that's okay for you guys. >> Okay. Do I have to uh pick her up out of jail or how how does that work? >> So, she she's going to get arrested on those at least the minimum. All I know right now is just the resistant officers without violence and uh most likely loitering and prowling. So, she'll she'll go up to the Var County Jail on those two charges. They're both misdemeanors. Um, >> county jail. >> Yes, up in Coco. >> Okay. >> Um, and then she could get bonded out that way. But, um, do you know, >> can I do it tonight or do I have to go there tomorrow? >> Um, so you could go there tonight. It's going to be a while before she even gets up there. Um, but you could probably try and contact like a bonds company or whatever and just let them know, hey, you know, she's she's getting arrested. She's not up at the jail yet, but these are her charges and you know they they'll be able to help you out on that part. But do you know does she real quick does she take any like is she diagnosed with anything that you know of or if she takes any type of narcotics? >> She's not diagnosed with anything. I know she has mental health issues. She does not want to go see a therapist. She probably should be on meds, but she is not prescribed. >> Okay. So, you know, so she does have mental health issues in the past. You just don't know what it is or >> Yeah. I'm not I'm not exactly sure. The past few days has been rough for her because of the breakup between her and I. >> Okay. Yeah. Cuz I guess when officers were talking to her, she's like sweating profusely. She's got she had no idea where she was at. So that's why we were, you know, asking that as well and stuff. >> Yeah. Uh do you mind giving all the information to my stepdaughter? Her name >> Yeah. So, I can um I'll call my uh I'll call the sergeant here that's working and stuff, but it it usually comes better uh from you know juveniles hearing it from at least you or >> in the back. So, but yeah, I mean I I can tell her and stuff. Um but real quick, what can you spell your last name for me? Okay. Yeah, I I I could update her and stuff, but um so you'll be back you'll be off in about an hour and be back here around then or so. Yeah. And then I I would have to find her out tonight or does I have to do it all tomorrow? >> You could uh either way. I mean, you could try and call up and do it tonight, but it won't be it it'll be a while before she even gets up there. So, um most likely tomorrow morning, but whenever she gets up there, she'll be able to make phone calls. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry for all the trouble. >> No, no, no. Sorry at all. Like I said, we just have to contact a legal guardian or parent or someone that's >> and fill all that in. Okay. >> Okay. I appreciate the call. >> No problem. You want me to get the phone back? You want to talk to your stepdaughter real quick? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'll get the phone back to her once. >> You can film you. >> Okay. All right. So, usually they fill it in and stuff and whatever, but mom just got into a little bit of trouble and stuff, so she's >> No, you don't have to sugarcoat it. >> Yeah. She just littering and prowling and resisting officers and stuff. She was, I guess, a few houses down trying to pull on a random front door and vehicle doors and stuff. So, >> we just got to go from there. Okay. >> Okay. >> Are you going to be you guys going to be fine till he gets back home? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Well, if you guys need anything, just give us a call. Okay. >> Thank you. >> All right. You're welcome. going to cooperate. >> No. >> Huh? >> No. >> No, you're not. All righty. Step out. Please score. Score. Please get score. Lift your right foot up for me, please. So, thank you. Next one. [Music] Stand up and walk. [Music] Stand up. >> Sit up. >> Stand up. 271. Contact the hospital. See if they can bring out a wheelchair. She's still resisting. >> That way you don't have to walk. Thank you. >> It don't matter. It's going to happen. >> No, thank you. >> All right. Feet up. Got it. Straight up. All right, fine. >> If they get ran over, they get ran over. >> Yeah, sit forward. Said sit forward. Put your hand on your back. >> Then comply. That is plain and simple. >> I am complying the best way that I can. You are not complying. We are asking you to do something and you are not doing it. >> Understood. You're going to walk. Walk. Slow steps. Slow steps. There we go. Keep walking. Walk. >> Okay. Walk. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Are you going to comply? Yeah. >> Are you going to comply? Yes. Good. Stand up. Walk. Almost to the car and then you can sit down. >> Keep walking. >> Keep walking. >> Keep walking. >> Keep walking. >> Do not grab my arm. Understood? Oh, >> do not. Do I make myself clear? >> Yeah. >> Stand up now. >> Walk. This is unacceptable. >> Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. >> I said walk, so walk. >> I got to figure it out. >> Have a seat. >> Put your feet in. Put your feet in the car now. >> No reason to be this difficult. >> She's causing an issue that's just direct. She going to be good. >> No, she's she's going to be a direct. We just we haven't even been able to finish the 923. So, is she going to be a problem if we bring her inside? >> Are you going to be okay sitting inside while we do the paperwork, or do you want to just go to the jail? >> I'll just go to the jail. >> Just go to the jail. Okay. I guess you're going to be typing in uh I'll drive >> or you could sit in the car and work on it and print everything out and then >> just don't even bring her inside. Just do everything right here and print all out and he grabs it and you guys go right to that point. No, I have the email from PCSO cuz I just sent my email my 9.3 up >> the email from PCSO >> cuz I had Emily direct mine and I sent my 9.3 directly to their email instead of but it's up to you man. Put him I have the best kid in the world. >> H >> I have the best kid in the world. >> That's good. >> That's good. >> Can we take them off? >> They'll come off inside. >> Yeah, they take them off inside. >> Sooner you get inside, the sooner they come off. >> I'm glad we get to that. Ready? [Music] Small steps. Walk over to that door. No way they can come off. >> Small steps. >> Over here. >> You got force or accident? >> Yeah. Force dropping away. force.
