Cash when you said you pick it up I'm sorry would you pick it up uh about four hours ago um literally getting ready to go until the Bahamas on the cruise where did you buy it from qat over in Tavares yeah we're in Tavares um well that's borderline of uses and some areas over there down the road from the DMV bottom of YMCA YMCA yeah to go to track YMCA did you go to this house where'd you guys meet at uh he met me down there off of what is that road uh David Walker that's the intersection of David Walker and are crossing across there phone no I'm not gonna hit the end of this [ __ ] yeah you got no weapons not like that I don't know a little bit of weed or anything like that no you lying to me uh I'm pretty sure you just smoked Backwoods yeah no I had weave but I rolled I wrote One blood and that was pretty much everything I had left thank you just have to worry about it it might not even be any left I ain't worried about it [Music] before what's your name sir DVR who's Mr Jones uh that's my big mom we just had a baby Sunday oh congratulations thank you sir we're with the baggies I use them they'll carry out around my weed and stuff oh thank you experience mom don't want me with a whole bag so it makes it more convenient no more hey Rita Miranda just I don't know is that a little container right there yeah it's like almost oh it's like the dirt or whatever golf balls it's a golf cart that's it it was all right so you have the right teammate that's not me you're getting jealous before we ask you any further questions you got to make sure you're aware of your rights okay so you have the right to me sound refused to answer questions anything you say may be used against you in a quarter wall you have the wrecks on attorney before speaking to the police and have attorney president they have questioning nowhere in the future he cannot afford an attorney you want to be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish you decide any time to exercise these rights not answering the questions or make any statements okay do you understand each of these rights have a plan to use having those right some ideas okay you're good yeah so are you on a phone right now no all right so be real with me 100 okay Q right yeah you exist yes and you show me a message with Q I have phone number I call them I've been I've literally been calling up this entire time last time I talked to him was what time is it 7 38. all right you mind if I look at this this one all right you normally it takes you know I'll be needing rides to go a couple places you take me when I need to go good morning you say he had one for sale um he has another one sitting over in Eustis by the elementary hello hey on the side okay yeah okay you do Molly or what do you do Molly bro yeah because there's there's still sanding inside yeah or something like that who does Sarge said he thinks it's somebody's Health part that he knows it's definitely it's definitely from a country yeah well let's call mountora Country Club just a very happy Country Club oh call it a country clubs but he's gonna go check it out he's checking out on mobile oh all right take your time how about the star Chaser you got darts hello are you doing so here's the deal okay he said he just bought this at four or five o'clock in the morning um we've been getting a rash of golf cart Fest okay so that's what we're trying to figure out right now we had a little bit of Molly on this bag so we'll deal with that important we're just trying to figure out hey does uh does cute cute go by any other names that's the only name I known by you know where he stays up no every time I meet him oh no I couldn't see him or something uh every time I meet him it's always as close as possible to me mom don't like people coming to the house okay hang up and call back too bro because here's the deal man if this does turn out strong not saying it is but if it is you're in some deep water you feel me now if you bought it from Q There it doesn't say anything that you purchase anything from you besides wanting some smoke which I don't care about okay but if you got this from now if you didn't get it from cue and you got it some other place else right here just be be 100 okay it'll get you out of here a lot quicker and we go about our day we have you know we will do what we gotta do but if you didn't get this in queue now it'll be the time to tell them because I'm gonna find out one way or the other all right if you did I need you to call and you said you got this at like at the YMCA yeah all right because they have cameras there so you guys should be on camera right no not directly at the YMCA off of that the intersection of David Walker in that street right there that light right there right before you get to there is it right at the light though no not right there like when you're coming down David Walker passing the DMV okay at that light and make that left right off the intersection with it it's a couple that goes about that goes behind us all right I know they got cameras at the light and at the stores there so all right we'll double check you didn't have a golf cart go prior to getting there right no and he met you where it was at a parking lot no and uh it's like an open field back then well for do you see what I'm saying though yeah all right this doesn't sound right you don't go to open field at five o'clock four o'clock am I a legit golf cart I don't know about weed and stuff from okay but even still you buy it from your weed man and then he shows up with a damn golf cart what do you think try and get him in touch so we can figure this out man so you guys don't miss your boat okay foreign [Music] here you got phone numbers I know like huh you got the numbers back in the world that the the carts in front of them huh hello um I need this number I'm trying to get in contact with him I know it was like three five two eight four three thank you all right I thought you said you had his number April YouTube as soon as you find his number let me know I have the one number that uh that I've been calling from he changed numbers up on you yes I'm more of a secondary number okay all right welcome to me real quick man performance [Music] I'm trying to be as 100 but as respectful as I can at this point okay I'm sure you're giving me is not true okay it's not true and if the minute you can be a man and admit that to me we can start moving forward with this process brother so I want you to be 100. all right where did you get the ball card at okay so yes please so the same guy okay all right that's it for you um he mentioned that he had another I was hoping where in Houston did you get that um I'm pretty sure it's still running but didn't even look like it ain't been used anymore okay where's that though um off of Bay Street I had the keys and everything to it anyway just down there it was just sitting there I mean the keys work it's the only only one how far is it by the park or was it by the police station where where are we talking about by the nursing okay all right give me a second hop on in real quick you're not in trouble yet I'll let me talk I gotta talk to my boys all right just hang tight by the nursing home uh close to Orange Avenue yeah okay were you on Orange Avenue at all this morning okay so you went from your house to there is that where you're supposed to go pick it up at yeah okay all right give me one second turkey went over there gift again so he was over here hey just keep keep an eye on him he's kind of lighter and stuff you want me to take him out all right just keep an eye on him I just got talked let me ask you this how'd you pay for it if you never saw Q today Hey cuz when did you pay him he came up um to where the hell is that was at I was at a friend's house so you went there so did you pay before or after you feed him before that's how I got the keys so he gave you the keys yeah there was no keys in there prior to no okay so we gave you the keys and then he said it's over there at the dealership okay do you remember what the dealership looked like it was kind of dark um it was it was like two or three other ones out in front as well didn't look like a dealership or like a tow yard almost look like a I like a combination like they work on like junk cars or damaged cars it's like a mechanic shop yeah do you know where orange is yeah it's before Orange it's right so if you're going towards Umatilla okay so if you're coming off of orange and get to that take a left yeah you gotta make that left on the beach how many blocks you're gonna come up has through the first light then it's gonna be on the right hand side if you come through that first light after you make that left on baits coming off of orange um it's gonna be on the right hand side I want to say it's about two three blocks up you lost me where was the golf cart at okay so if you're coming off of orange yeah you're gonna make that left onto bang bang yep after that first light it's about like two three blocks up it sits up on the right hand side um okay yeah like that's where it was in front of that one with the blue garage door it had like a bunch of like okay in one second all right so he said uh Bay Street blue garage door a couple blocks past Lakeshore on the left in that A1 that's is that anyone no it's the copper business like a toad with Roger past Lakeshore let's hope he was walking that way past like four on the left there's a couple blocks blue garage door be real with me okay go ahead 10-12 be 100 feet um oh it is because that dealership that he's got it from is missing a golf cart that didn't not sell I said it went to the voicemail yeah either you or me in there where was this parked at work Echo 13 for myself the quantity face in the street or Bay Street or the other side okay so it's unified more pace of Bay Street why go remove my next one he said it exactly where they said it was parked he said he said that's where he said he picked it up at sometimes enough you know Hey listen that story went from over here to over there enough is enough and bro shoots me straight away yeah for GTA so what was promising about the 21 so it was up and County was uh working at 21. oh so they said this isn't the same one the top yeah there you know what golfer golf place he changed the story to he met with you prior to like four o'clock in the morning at his friend's house he said go pick up the golf cart at this location which is the golf cart place right here yeah so he goes there [Music] foreign just like you did yeah his number you know what I'm saying it just doesn't make sense yes they wanted possibly okay because there's no one there yet and then no one's gonna be there for another 30 minutes the guy explain this to the T exactly with the green thing on the back and everything or the phone like Business Center or something yeah he said it has a number on the side he can remember the nine number was but it was a he told me it was the tempo Club Car Tempo um it should have LED headlights which it does um it says he does not really sure if they're hooked up yet and then so he said all that he said he has a serial number but it's just at the business so I said all right we're just gonna need that to actually confirm so but to confirm that that what he's talking about is missing that's why I want prom together to do now before we actually 10 15 somebody and then but yet there'd be this golf cart over there you know yeah so he says this golf cart doesn't match or there's no other Golf Course like that on the lot Tesla so he's going to confirm once he confirms that that is not there I'll just go ahead and go for the charges Grand Theft Auto yeah it's been very cool that's what I'm saying because and this is why I was asking you before because his story didn't make sense right yeah on top of if you're coming from Dora Ave this and this all right because it's in your report coming from door Adam 500 why though are you coming down to the door yeah headed this way yeah he said he bought it there at 4am yeah but my thing is first was Tavarius yeah Tavares if you got it then he said he had gone over here yeah door Avenue and David Walker's where he said an open field at four or five o'clock in the morning why won't you just take the neighbor say where he was coming from he said from the place yeah originally he said I just bought it I'm on my way home I didn't stop at home okay that was already but that was from Tavares yeah well you're coming down your door and then you just bought it right you just bought it why are you stopping somewhere to sell it for cash if you just bought it oh yeah do we have a statement yeah it's a statement from them too yeah I mean because that makes sense right yeah we'll get it if you just bought something for cash why are you so quick to sell it yeah unless you've stole it and mean Quick Cash because you're going on a cruise smart all right yeah okay they're on um all right now we're getting somewhere so you met Q off over there was at a house in the street or what no uh I was over the house I met him you know a normal routine you know like they come up to people houses and all of that no more on the little bike trail right there on directly on this side of the element okay so you met him on the bike trail by the elementary school yeah he gave me a keys well you know I got you yeah all right so you took that okay and then he told you it was at Bay Street and lemon yeah so it just gave me directions to get there he said it was off of Lemon Street he said it's off of London Street so I took the bike up there I rode the bike all the way down there did you leave the bike there yeah yeah okay the bike is behind the blue dumpster on the the face of Bay Street it's on the right side of the shop if you're looking at some some left-hand side okay so if you're looking at the shop from Main Street it's on the left hand side behind blue dumpster yeah it's a blue dump system okay okay all right and then um so then you hopped in the the golf cart where was golf cart at uh the golf cart was like part like facing Bay Street um on the sidewalk um it was about three other ones out there okay how'd you know which one to get into he gave me a color but I'm like there's two sets of keys so I checked each one and that's the only one that I worked for all right all right okay so then you hopped in it Where'd you go um I went down back to my friend's house um where's your friend's house back where you bought it or where you got the keys at close it's close by there okay um I had left my little personal bag with all my personal belongings grabbed my bag and then I started making my way down this way to what where are we headed to this way uh this way I was heading to Westland to drop it off there um then I was my aunt was picking me up to Westland yeah right right down the street in there okay yeah um I was picking me up we have a cruise to the Bahamas all right man so you're going to be going to jail for Grand Theft Auto all right they don't have to enter it right over Local 48 since he's 10 15. all right oh he located his bike yeah okay but but don't worry about the bike now I'm worried about the golf cart oh bro yeah he said there was two more that he just explained everything too all right what do you say all right cool explain it to me oh so I was asking him I was like okay so you so he said it's over there on more and that's where he was hanging out with Q met up with him to buy his smoke so it wasn't it no so he said it was over there he said bye Zero by a big orange Tire you take it right good on hot water make another right he said it was by the the bike trail by Easter sites okay over there is where you make you there's like ill 600 bucks he was like oh 450 is all I got you can use Keys give me the smoke tell them where the golf cart was he said I went over there dropped my bike off behind the dumpster which puppet is located um set at the golf cart yeah he said he was already so then oh you don't want this from okay step out how many shows you got on because I'm in a pair of shorts I only have two okay and is this just to hold hold it up okay [Music] we're gonna have to take that off so [Music] what about me I mean where can I do to prevent me from going there all right that's why I asked you to call Q Man I gave you guys a number I mean is there any other you were on the phone asking people for his number I had that because uh he has two numbers and I had both of them one of them was a three Finance you went to a business all right you took a golf cart that wasn't yours I gave him 450 for that and then I bought no paperwork and no paperwork right no bill of sale nothing no it was just two sets of keys I mean how can I prevent this but I mean there's really nothing you can do right now do you know Q owns that business no okay so you think it would have been smart to go to that business and take the um laugh I know he was getting ready to head towards Leesburg we I'm not sure if he made it that way if you walk in a ride no he was riding a bike not a car what kind of car you drive I was older Lincoln Navy like a lightest bluish color what kind of does that have tint no tent no tip all right have a seat so close so I mean if I could find a way to get in contact with would that prevent me from jail um you can get in contact with him right now the only way that would happen is if he come over here and tells us that he told you to go steal that golf cart and you didn't have any knowledge of it you said if I can get him to come up here I'm actually he's gonna come up here and say that he told you to steal that golf cart it's worth the try I mean I just had to do one I cannot afford this oh he said he could get him up here because don't go to jail fall through the brain free yeah sell himself out try it you can get him up here you have the types you charges that's all and my phone literally Powers instantly back on as soon as you can judge yeah yeah I got this charger it's the coin is the Corner House what is the address what was the name of this video again that morning yeah is Lauren is the Corner House at the top end not the end by little Oaks okay the other hand yeah the other is that corner house like I said there's another one like well not like not the golf cart there yeah it's like a bigger version of it what color I don't remember the color but yeah what's up awesome uh so the the guy's house on Monte Carlo it's across the street it's like a long driveway down big house Stone entrance and everything so he drove down there the guy that called the initial complainant was still asleep so he came and said you know I need to sell this to make money to pay some bills so you want to buy it he's got it all on video and a statement okay hey how much did you try to sell the golf cart for the um yeah how much do I sell it for well no I wasn't trying to buy it the dude right here on the corner I was trying to pay him to leave it there um so I can get to my aunt because the cruise but then I end up no you're trying to sell it sell it yeah when you tried to sell it how much did you try to sell it for um about the same but he asked me for what okay so you so you try to sell it for 600 dude yeah okay but not nobody like when I the one person that I did talk to we never got to uh you know the price you know oh you just asked him like you want to model anybody interested in buying one okay why would you sell it right after you bought it and no I wasn't necessarily talking about that one because I gotta say you guys exactly do you know anybody interested in my way you know anybody interested in buying oh so you're trying to flip them pretty much like buy it and sell it real quick not necessarily he gave me like a price of what he wanted for which ones he had and he was just like if I could find somebody to buy one he would break me off of course who said the [Music] okay all right so I guess she just tried selling it for the same thing he sold it to you guys no I wasn't feeling that one I was trying to you just said something you just said you're good no I said he mentioned a couple other ones that he had and he gave me the prices for he told me that if I could help him sell them apply somebody who wanted to buy them oh okay so he has a bunch of golf carts he has quite a few of them okay what else does he have oh it is um what kind of what kind of guns can I get for no you know people that buy guns I know a couple people okay who would you know right now if you needed someone to go buy to buy a gun for you where would you go thank you um are you saying like buy one for me or buy one from him like somebody who's bought yes yeah from him who's bought for me um my cousin um where he's bought two from him huh my cousins bought like two for them okay and then um a friend of his bought one as well it's like a little mini 22 okay you never bought a gun yeah can you put that stuff in The Orange Box in the left crate
