window in his house in the back over at uh 1325 or 24 I believe okay and then he was in this and then your what's your address did he do anything at your house no I just was coming downstairs cuz I I heard that he was having problems and I didn't want him to uh do anything into my vehicle cuz it was over near the house he went into so I went and I realized that this guy's something [ __ ] WR with them I need to call the cops all right he's on something probably said do you have you don't have your idea with you do you no man I don't have hi yeah so tell me what I I was sitting there listening to music the gate was not open okay um I leave my side door open and this man walked in sweating going don't really quite remember he said something like somebody told me to come to your house or something like that this was after he went into his property followed him around the block so you was they called it in no Sam called Because by the time I got down the block Sam had watched him will go into his property okay and where's your property at right there 1327 okay and your your property is here right here okay and he was inside in your property yeah through my kitchen into my dining room he was trying to get in through the back door he entered your dining room well yeah I go through the kitchen and the next room is my dining room where I was sitting I Len right right so he actually came in the house oh yeah okay do by chance do you have identification I'm CU I have to do a report oh um so we just want to make sure cuz we're going to obviously take him to jail my car so meet you at your house okay okay um so they're like yeah they he all everybody's like um we just went down the side of the uh side of this property so I go down there's an open door like it's a exterior door on the side of the house it's open swings out towards us and approach announce lady's like who are you looking for and she comes out and then he follows her out and she's like yeah I don't know who he is she was just like way too call him um so I thought she might have known him do he live here she's like no ordered him down he got down all right Matthew Matthew Summers he told me his name yeah I send it to you and then um so we got to talk to her and find out to if there's anything damage anything in her house um anything that he did in her house what he did when he walked in um he walked into Van's um yard as well the guy in the white on the bike okay and he lives over literally the house right next to the the foot Bridge um Ley is going to check with the otherly gentleman that had the dog he lives and he was trying to like rip his shutters off or something so we might have damage there the guy in the blue is a good witness to pretty much everything so you want to gather their information I'm going to check with UL too but V is we've got him an arm ass and it talking to I believe yeah I think he went back there to talk to the old lady um that is whose house that he walked out of that I saw him walk out of okay so possibly criminal mischief and criminal mischief possibly at the old man's house one of them one of the people threatened to shoot him I don't know who um whichever any he was apparently jumping on cars or something was he and he was jumping on cars yeah he jumped up on top of his red Jeep right here okay started talking to a wall over there cop9 sorry talking to a wall wall copard goes I'm home and he closes in and walks into her place so yeah you want to just get a statement from he just he was just a winess witness absolutely you what I would do because I I'm a little bit of a if I press charge so he just you'd have to deal with the court system um you know you got a um refusal to prosecute form with you say again you have refusal to prute form can you grab one so he's just going to grab a form and it just states that um you don't want to pursue charges um you just have you sign that it's just a very basic two line again I you whatevers or whatever it is don't do it again that's up to you and that's and look so we operate off a probable cause right the state the state attorneys they would be the ones to have to prove the case in the court they may ple it out they'll talk to you you'd be the victim I should press Char but I'll tell you know what to do Court going you don't have to do nothing later on I don't have to do nothing I've been the victim of a crime and you don't even hear about it sometimes they'll call you I'll press charges for trespassing okay I'll take your advice all right that's um she got stuck on the piece of wood of the frame so it was like kind of a difficult thing to like open and deal with so and where did he go all the way back into door yeah so I came down here um I basically just held right here and US police come on out she comes out and she's like who are you looking for like I could hear her as she's coming out who are you looking for I'm like Qs please come between now and then um they may have something he may have other history i' be surprised if he didn't right so my point is though is that it could it there's variables to and it could change the
