you seem me come by this for years of being here right next thing that happens like okay it's in this car my brother is bringing it back and I say all right fine let me get the basket then they arrive there's all this [ __ ] bad blood so I'm like I'm like I say Hey listen let me get my basket see how you [ __ ] told me if you're going give me the basket she says I'll give it to you when I feel like it and you know I'm like no listen you took my [ __ ] without telling me I'd like mying basket back please give me my [ __ ] basket and they're playing this game guy brings it out I'm like listen take your towels out of this you guys have been played a whole lot of [ __ ] games just give me my [ __ ] basket and I need I have to move on with my [ __ ] day at which point this guy's holding the basket any more money and that was um but the whole thing today was uh I came home I had to go somewhere to wash my clothes because my son who broke my brand new washer bought another one a coule couple of years ago and because they're leaving but I have no idea when they're leaving they're supposed to be out by the 10th cuz that's what it said grab it from you when I come outside sorry and um and I came home and I asked because we're supposed to all forfeit that driveway and when I came out and it's always the same thing Mario always has his car down by the front and nobody else can so I came in and I said would you please move your car you've got half he goes what for and I said because you have half the driveway and then he goes shut up shut up just shut up I said stop talking to me like that and um you know I have four Sons he's the youngest and another guy no Mario is not my nobody he's my son's friend who I allowed to start living here I think 2 3 years ago but he got he's the one telling you to shut up yes and and I said just move the car I said nobody can fit in here and my girlfriend told we already have fees because of the parking situation here because they don't allow us to park on the sidewalk or not sidewalk on the road the road or even in the parking spots don't ask me why doesn't make sense to me but so we've been putting all four cars in but anyways these two are supposed to be out I haven't gotten any money and can't wash my clothes here I'm being verbally abused here um I just turned 69 I don't need this all my children are respectful except for this one and we tried to get the B you know I had to go my girlfriends wash my towels every single one of them because they used them but I couldn't wash them so I came back and uh my oldest son went to uh go get some bags up there and he came back and Jord I told Jordan I said I'll give your basket it's back so I'm getting other things out and I said just a minute your brother's going to get cuz it's too heavy yeah and he wouldn't wait he started pulling on the bag uh the basket with my son and and I said just stop we want to get the you know it's the usual it's like bickering kind of yeah and I said stop we want to get want to get it in here and put and he uh you know grabbed it and it came up flew up and hit my head and there any marks or anything I don't know but it's I had this water bottle on it because it's you know it hurts it's obviously a bump there well I mean and I just you know I want the B I want them out of here I mean I don't know I I've heard that there's a 3-day um add ex me was he the other your other son they were f with the basket yeah he was caring it in for me so with was that like an accidental because you guys wereing on the basket type I didn't even have the he Jordan the two of them it yeah and he was caring it in and Jordan grabbed it and and and Jeremy said just a second let me get it in so I can you know just same thing I'm saying to correct there's no talking to him he's would you say that the basket hitting me was an accident like probably but he shouldn't have been bring stuff and I mean it wasn't just once it was like three or four times in start then they all went on the ground you know M all the towels yeah all the towels went on the ground so he had to pick them up and he brought them in here without the basket I mean we're talking about basket so question what do you want us to do I want I want to know how I can get them both out of there's just like Mario hasn't even spoken to me once since you know this stuff came and today was the first time I just knocked on his door and asked him his car because it he had half mhm you know we got four cars here well it sounds like you said you're in the eviction process already yeah I mean that's but I can we get them out sooner the sheriff's offic going to have to evict them out once it goes through like they get served you or no well I served him the paper that I made out I got the form right off the no so you'll have to physically go down to the courthouse and file a eviction notice with I had to buy a pack of yes yes you fill that out you turn it in judge signs it Sheriff's Office will come out here and they will serve that to them so until then the eviction process is not even getting started K correct so once you they get served they have those ample time to get out right um what if there is abusiveness like this I mean this is not abuse this is just the way he speaks to me is the first it's a disrespect because your house and what we're going to do I'm going to bring them in here and we're going to have a little pile wall here and this is how it's going to be cuz your's your rule your house or they not they can leave that's what we're going to do for you as far as yeah as far as smoking out there I'm allergic to smoke and Mario has never smoked ever I don't know when he took that up but the last couple of days I'd walk out there and he was smoking by his car and you know that now and here's another thing they they what is it they jack up the air condition so it's so cold we get in here it's like they're running up the everything and like they went out there they left the door open all the time and and my son who has the garage a two-car garage if you look in there it's jumped up we've been asking him get this stuff out of there you can't even park a car not even one car in there yeah so unfortunately like I I do hear you and I know it's bickering and disrespect and not going to fly but as far as legally there's nothing that we're going to be able to help you with as far as what I'm hearing so far so so now I do know in that packet it had a 3day eviction the way it works you have to read that P packet thoroughly you have to fill it out right thoroughly WR information then turn it in judge reviews it then he approves it he'll give you a letter he approves it once it gets approved then you'll have the sheriff's office will come out and they will serve the eviction notice to whoever you put on that packet I think last time I check it was like 50 bucks you had to pay or something like that um 100 I'm not sure but you go get approved to get served and then they don't leave by that time then they come here and they literally tell them you got to leave and whatever is here can be thrown in the trash or they can take whatever they can M you know while they're here but you have to get that process going it sounds to me that you having issue with your son who's being very disrespectful bringing un more disrespectful friends to the house so that's the issue that we're having is a civil issue and just it's ongoing right and this what happens when you let friends and family you know I'm always yeah I'm always allowed you know give people the benefit of the doubt and let them do nice my my father was a probate judge for 21 years so so you know I was raised like you know you know but some kids you know they just you can do your best and they just turn out sometime a little bad or they just not on the right s sentence right but what we're going to do for you we're going to have a little paw with them
