right we're the community policing officers on the officer assigned to this area so we have a legal authorization letter from the owner Greystone Capital Investments to trespass any loitering or anything like that also we have a city ordinance that prohibits lodging in a motor vehicle of any type outside of a designated Campground all right it's an arrestable ordinance so you're committing a probable cause that you're committing a crime in my presence so I had the right to detain you arrest you anything like that the other thing too is this vehicle is going it's going to get towed so you can either call for something or but it will be towed from the property you can't Camp here you're gonna be here for weeks it was over here yesterday when I needed to go down to Target all right and I loaded some stuff into it to take the cart back but you can see why it's not a good idea for people to just Lodge and stuff we've already committing littering and all this stuff also this is a high crime area filled with drugs all right so uh I just need your ID and then you basically are gonna have two choices with this thing if you're going to tow it yourself repair it and or you know we'll have the owner tow it out of here okay off their property um I went there I tried to call the management company yesterday I couldn't find their information correct could you provide it for me yeah get your ID and then we'll we'll handle that okay you can let me know who to contact yeah okay would you like to uh see the broken steering column no because it's irrelevant it looks like you it looks like you've been at other places too based on the sign up front right yeah driver in Publix Home Depot so it looks like you kind of go around what happened was I just like to show you if I can since I've already got it torn down here it's the uh right there the the the column that comes in and goes up to the steering box but it's like if you want to look at it you can it's a it's a it's about I'm listening yeah yeah I mean online listening there's something I have some defects in my personality I'm not sure what it is but I'm aware of it and I uh when I speak somehow the words come out obnoxious you haven't come off obnoxious at all you're very articulate and I understand you want them to explain this to us but like he said it's irrelevant because of the infractions that you're already and do you have uh your ID that's let's work on that first um yes before I get it I'd just like to ask you one more thing yes go ahead you need is it it's true or not it just I'm just wanting to get this as a technicality because I'm curious I'm I'm a student of the way the law works okay and if I'm not sleeping in the vehicle which I I haven't done okay is it still an offense to be inside the vehicle if you're not lodging if I'm working on getting it out this vehicle was here yesterday yes okay so yeah my sister lives in Pinellas Park I went up there you know and I came here to finish making phone calls well it's still an abandoned vehicle on five o'clock how's it abandoned if I move it you were over there with your sister you said yeah because I'm not trying to uh you know what I I mean because this is getting us nowhere and then we'll just deal with this yeah I'll call Dave you're gonna have to find a company big enough there you go all right so yeah yeah um so you were just stopping by on your own accord nobody complain this is my area I'm responsible for it okay so no it's uh Jeffrey Bailey he's got a Florida ID so let me look him up real quick foreign okay [Music] all right all right main functions is to make sure the city and the property owners are getting the service that they desire all right Miss really good and dispose of that cigarette for me okay so that's a good on the ground am I going to jail yeah so throw the cigarette onto the ground now now okay yes sir great but um all right turn around for me what did I do well I explained it to you okay no I I just stay right where you're at oh [ __ ] okay would you give me a chance to call my roadside Towing to get it out of here well you got trespassed but last night from 7-Eleven drinking and okay I was over there filming sir okay all right that's great and the thing of it is okay oh boy you really did [ __ ] your pants all right because when I went because when you told me that have a seat you said that I realized that I was gonna have much bigger problems if I just don't go ahead and tell it if I the reason I didn't want to tow it and I wanted to well you didn't seem to you know what I mean you didn't you see you didn't seem to understand and then the fact that you're out getting trespass in this area explain to him about the trespass and then you said you're not lodging and you you know we woke you up and you clearly are lodging all your possessions are here you have no address in the city of Pinellas Park anymore yeah so that's all prime official evidence that you are lodging in your motor vehicle I have a seat on the ground there yeah if I could just if I could just explain just just one thing when it gets code everything inside you know rocks back and forth and everything and I've just got so much [Applause] and get out of here yeah I would avoid having to tell it because it's such a small part that's all and I want to apologize for uh you don't need to you didn't do anything to upset me
