argue I'll work on your guys all right so let's see those life jackets one for everyone on board please typ for throwable one there fire extinguisher paddle take a look at the fire signature first a I have one jacket two jacket and then throwable is do not have a throwable okay but throwable I don't need until 16t right yeah you need a throwable um how much you had to drink today uh those are all mine I had about four beers four beers okay four beers that's throughout the period from 11:00 till now you got a horn whistle yep okay perfect and then let me see that joint right there you that's actually mine I have a medical card for that okay but for a medical card this has to be in a medical container unopen correct I'm not aware yes sir that's how it has to be all right so few violations here right yep no wake or awakeing and awake Reckless watch where we're going and no throwable yep um you got a couple bottles up there you mind putting them in the back as well of course all right boss I'm going to have you hop on my boat real quick course take a seat put this on over your head for me okay if I'm arrested can I call someone real quick y you're not arrested yet I'm just going to check your eyes oh okay then we'll go for okay usually when you tell me you know I got you just go ahead take a seat that's fine you want to check your eyes yep so what I want you to do you're going to focus on tip my pen okay move your eyes your eyes only don't move your head got it over here sorry all right going to go up okay all right stay right there for me all right we're going to have to do another test for me okay okay I promise I'm not drunk I'm just [ __ ] stupid all right well we're just going to go through these you're good all right so you're going to make a fist with both hands extend your index finger and turn your palms forward like this oh index finger oh sorry yep there you go okay when I say begin you're going to tilt your head back to about a 45° angle and close your eyes like this yeah okay okay when I tell you touch the tip of your nose with the tip of your index finger immediately and turn it to your side okay so the fingertip is the very tip here yep see it oh sorry see it yep fingertip this is the pad this side side and the nail we want the fingertip okay so when I say right you must touch your right index finger to your right nose when I say left you must touch your left index finger to your nose do you understand yes okay I'm going to demonstrate real quick so like this right yep left yep okay yep do you understand yes okay begin left do I put it back when I touch sorry yep okay right you bring it back okay left right right left okay you put your hands down next one is going to be the Palm Pat pal P yep okay you're going to place your hands Palm to Palm one hand up and one hand down it's going to be like this okay remain in this position while explaining the task do you understand yes when I tell you to begin turn the top hand over and count out loud one then turn the hand back over and count out loud two counting only when the hands make contact like this one two one two okay repeat this speed up as you go and do do not stop until told do so just one two though right yep okay sorry so again repeat this speed up as you go and do not stop until told okay make sure to keep your hands and fingers parallel each pet like this one two do you understand yes begin one two one two one two one two one speed up two 1 two one two one 2 one two two 1 two one two one two one two one so for this one you're going to make fist with both hands place your left fist at the center of your chest and your right fist against your left fist like this okay y r in this position while explaining the tasks okay do you understand yes when I say begin you must perform four tasks the first is to count out loud from one to four while you move your fist in a steplike fashion making contact between your fists at each step one two three four the second task is to memorize the position of your fists after you have counted to four clap your hands three times and return your fist to the memorized position okay so one two 3 four not done yet sorry third task is to move your fist in a step-like fashion in reverse order count it out loud from five to eight and returning your left fist to your chest 5 6 7 8 oh okay that makes sense fourth task is to open your hands with your palms down and place them in your lap okay do you understand yes okay begin 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 I believe that was correct all right man so at this time I'm going to place you underr
