off my porch and the mom said you day to protect it because you've been standing in front of your house so I stepped off my porch okay little sisters came back the girl is the girl in the black shirt yeah and then that's when y'all pulled up and the mom came towards me she was like I don't know if you happen to know but I'm grown I was like I'm grown too and when she came up she came back up at me it was like I spit on you and y'all was just walking up to the porch and I was like I spit on me then and then that's when she um got close to the door I stepped back and I was going to step back in the house but she kicked me so I kicked me back at that time y'all had her all right and that's when all this started okay do you want to press charges for the battery yes I do okay do you have any
