called to a hotel in Florida after
reports of a couple disturbing other
guests at the bar the following takes
place once police arrive on the scene

uh yes this gentleman called actually
the one gentleman I don't know what room
number in but I saw the one guy walk by
out by the pool my name's Russell I'm
the one called okay so my wife and I
were at the bar inside and some
individual came in and the bar refused
to serve in there was two couples they
moved one of the guys move I can
introduce you to the guy he moved down
one seat and then uh he started giving
him [ __ ] and I said hey guy just take a
breath don't worry about it and then he
came over he put his hand on the back of
my neck and he said you have a [ __ ]
problem I said I got no problem take
your hand off the back of my neck he
says don't tell me what to do and then
that's when we called you guys and then
he just kind of walked off uh well they
had to pull him off of me the the hotel
staff that gentleman was with them right
the guy that was no no no no the guy
right there wasn't he with the the
couple I think he was that's that's and
they had to pull him off of me I see the
back of your neck real push yeah well
I'm not a [ __ ] that doesn't mean
anything I understand what you're saying
trust me do you want to do anything
about this or no want to be the victim
of this so this is when I wanted I
didn't realize we were going to send
four or five you I apologize right my
brother's retired from the state AR

right you just can't walk into a bar and
do that kind of [ __ ] no understand

like and then the guy goes we have to

just spent almost $300 across the bridge
came over here with people BP them
drinks went over ask them if they could
move over one and the guy goes goes oh

like this he goes I'll bu your drinks o
like he's like you're putting your pants
on me and I'm like babe I go come over
here apparently and then he said don't
touch me and your husband said you don't
you don't tell me what to do so that's
kind of that's kind of an issue you know
whether he was joking or not that that
wasn't translated very well to the to
the other guy and that's that's why
we're here
so I don't even think he's being charged
with the battery I think it's it's more
of a disturbance like a disorderly kind
of thing so like talk to the GU which I
wish you would go talk to that guy and
see how he's aggressive well so here's
the deal it's not my husband's like he
was going to buy everybody at the whole

it's not even him it's the hotel that
that they have to go with the guy

after got to down he said okay I he
didn't seem happy about didn't say no
you know what I'm saying so if you
didn't feel comfortable you could have
said no um the guy next to him was uh
they were talk just talking they were
actually talking among cousin and wife
talking amongst himself and the guy down
below was like hey um he moved down for
you what else do you want him to do like
he kind of had an attitude the guy that
called the police so the husband just
came up to him like you you know like if
you were like to say hey but like hey
yeah it was like Hey look know that is
the problem that's he just put his hand
around with the hey but you know that
type of thing it wasn't like aggressive
it wasn't it was nothing like that
literally literally nothing like he
tried to be aggressive towards him or he
didn't try to like do anything harm to
him he just was like Hey blood you know
it's not that you know my wife just
asked for him to move down and I mean
just even me just sitting try to so like
you you're saying he was just trying to
communicate like hey we weren't being
rude yes exactly that was all it was you
know and then the guy was like well 911
and we were like oh no it didn't need to
go that far whatsoever whatsoever he
just said hey hey bud you know my wife
was just trying to ask you to move down
I smashed him in his face and put his
hands on me if I wasn't working there
was no no it wasn't nothing put your
hands on me when I'm not working I'm not
call me please I'm going handle it

literally sorry that's all that happened
so it wasn't no like arguing back and
forth there was no there was literally
no AR that's why that's why no that's
why when he did that he he said I'm call
call and that's when he he grabbed his
wife and was like hey this is what he's
doing so I think we should leave and
then that's when they were like you know
it wasn't like I think it was very taken
out of context taken out of character
very you know it's just literally just
like a six-year-old couple that just
down here hanging out just chilling H
she been drinking a little bit and
they're kind of whatever but it was just

very taken out of context that that's

same crime I think that's I have a lot
of friends I mean family and everything
I know it's tick I mean cuz I have a lot

offic I appreciate what they do but you
how often you just go around touching
people though like just cuz you want to
you don't right I'm assuming especially
when they tell you to get your hands off
me and and the issue is I'm not sure
listen I wasn't there so I don't know
but the other party is kind of say
cameras that's what the other part is
saying things like he said you see it
was second like hey just asked out and
that was it and just kept moving so let
me ask you this when when you you saw
you saw all of it right me and my
husband so when the when he when he put
his arm around the guy did the guy say

me it wasn't allow conversation to you
here it literally like hey and so when
he said something that's he's like all

walked away like this is not he didn't
apparently the guy well when he realized
that's what he wanted he was like okay

what it was I guess I guess it was said
that I think it was very the other party

that effect and it's kind of I don't
know I wasn't there I just know one side
of story and his side of the story cuz I
wasn't there so I was definitely taking
out I think that was I don't doubt
extreme I don't doubt it it seems like
it seems like it was because for me to
touch you like this and punch you be the
same equivalent side I think that's
crazy as hell I mean that's just that's
my suggestion crazy as H welcome to
Florida you know yeah crazy the the

guy say all the craziest people coming
