started I got up out of when he came back into the bedroom that's when I got up out of the bed to start Gathering my stuff cuz I just knew that we were going to be up all night just going back and forth and I didn't want to do that I just wanted us to both go to sleep so at what point did did he push you um I was next to the the closet so it was just me while I was gathering my stuff but were you guys conversing at the moment but you just don't remember what you said yeah we we were talking back and forth and I was just trying to get out you know cuz I did not want to argue we had been arguing for you know a little while back and forth and I just don't want to fight because I know in the morning we can talk calmly about it if we just go to sleep so now you said you were trying to
