[Music] Lastly, male, let me say this. I'm more disappointed at the black leadership. Dog murder scene over here. Throw a deep cross street. LG get a cop. What's up? couldn't get it out there. Just the longer he citizen there makes me more, you know, nervous of this community, the black elected leadership. I'm disappointed of some of the blacks that are up here today for the wrong reasons. None of them are up here fighting because the black lady, black leadership is raising taxes. The worst mistake that the black community made, and myself included, and Mr. B included and everybody fought with me was thinking that having a black majority council would make a difference and all it has done is cause destruction and are raising taxes. Everybody that's sitting on this council has the majority to make a difference. Look just like me. Come from the same neck of the woods I came from and they're going to do their own people like this. And I say what God says and the Bible says the real Bible and not the European version. How can you love your brother who you can see and you say you love God who you cannot see? And that is what they're demonstrating here tonight. On September 16th, after a heated conversation at the city of Lake City Council meeting, local community activist Sylvester Warren, who was upset with the homeless community sleeping on the park benches in his neighborhood, decided to take matters into his own hands and remove them. What you are about to watch is what happened the following day after he was caught on surveillance video. [Music] Bye-bye. [Applause] Pete, you already called for a 1070. I did. Okay. Still in there. Yeah, I see it's on. I just want to make sure he wasn't in there either. Like Isn't that still Vanessa mama's house right there? That's still Vanessa's mama right right here next to you. Got one over there walked out the back that's making a phone call now too. See? Um I guess I'm going to try to knock on Vanessa Mama's house. But is that my house? Yeah, that's where Vanessa's mama lives. Oh yeah, we can try. I mean try it just to see. So we're waiting on tow truck. Which tow truck's coming? I think she said gems. Gems. Truck's hot. It's not been here long. So, I don't I don't remember there being any other vehicles than this was here. Right. This is normally cuz that Buick's not been around in a while, has it? What's going on? What the hell is going on? We just need to talk to him. Okay. Kevin. Kevin. Okay. All right. He's in authority. He's in authority D cross street. Okay. Do what now? He doesn't know. I'm coming. You see this camera? with you right now. Right now cameras and he's on the phone right now. He made him come up and explain what's going on. Uh D Johnson came out. And you should make contact with him, but we can still go through the seizure process. Okay. All right. All right. Sounds good. till we serve him. Then we have Okay. All right. All right. Sounds good. All right. Can you tell anything about that? If it's web bait, like cloud storage or I don't know if you'd have the capability of like remote wiping it or how that how that works. traffic. Who's this coming in? 254 1034. Can you come? Hey, he's trying to make 225 on my PX. Okay. Yeah, he So, he he tried to call me. That's why I I didn't answer it the first time and he called me back and I was like, "Well, [ __ ] maybe I should go just go ahead and answer it." Um, but if he's on the phone with Andy, that's fine. But he was trying to he was blowing my cell phone up. So, I guess I guess uh I'll give it a few minutes and I'll try to call him here again or I'll call him back here in just a second. Are you with Andy? Oh, okay. Oh, okay. Oh, okay. Okay. All right. All right. Well, uh, just let me know if I need to reach out back out to him on my PX and I'll talk to him that way or you can come out one too. I'm sorry. Is that again? There's also a see 108 213 17 28 Ironwood drive. Okay. Just the longer he sits in there makes me more, you know, nervous. Huh. Not yet. I mean, we're son of a gun. Okay. It just makes me nervous with him, you know. You know what I mean? Like and then two, I don't know who he's caught on top because we're getting quite a bit of traffic. This, you know, Jacone is usually not this populated. I'm sorry. Say it again. Yeah. I mean, it's not going to it's not going to go away. So, you know, so um but I was expecting probably a 15 to 30 minute ETA on this tow truck. So, we're going to be here a minute waiting on this tow truck. I would hope so. I just the longer we sitting here. Did I lose you? Yeah, I got you. How did How did he seem How did he seem on the phone? Okay. It's just making me nervous him sitting in the house. I don't know what he has in there. And um I've got more people come out in Doug's house across the street watching. I've got vehicles pulling up back there. It's just um 30 minutes left. Okay. Okay. Works for me. All right, man. All right, man. So, he is uh flat out refusing to come outside. He's inside. Um he knows the truck's fixing to be towed. Um, but it's making me nervous him being in there. I don't know what I don't I don't like the longer we're out here, the more he's in there. I don't I don't I don't I know there's been information that there are zeros inside the house. Um, so Chief Miles is going to call him back, tell him that, hey, once the trucks out of there, they're they can clear and then if you would like to, you can meet him at the station. Now, whether he meets us up there or not, basically he's refused to come out of the house. She told Andy he's not coming out. Um and the longer I stand out here and he's in there, the more nervous I'm starting to get. Um starting to get a lot of traffic. You know, I don't know if you've noticed this over here. Um but uh they're going to make a phone call to him back. Tell him they've already told him the truck's being towed. Um and then once the truck's out of here, they're going to tell him that if he'd like to, he can meet us at the department to talk things over. Andy said he sounds more nervous than anything, which that don't make me feel that much better. So, um, nervous people do nervous thing. Yeah. Um, so, but he he confirmed he's in the house. He's just refusing to come out and without a without a warrant in hand, we don't have enough boot door. So, the warrant's just for him, not the house, right? Yeah. Yeah. So, we got a warrant for the truck, but if we had an arrest warrant, we'd boot the door, go in, but without that arrest warrant in hand. We've got we've got PC, but we don't have if I've seen him go in the house, but I figured once he learned his ride was fixing to be towed, he would come out and kind of get confrontational with it. I think it sounds more like on the phone. He knows he's he knows he's going to take a ride. So California [Music] right now. If you need a dip, you need a dip that um so he's not going to he's not going to be CS. We're going to have to get the warrant. That's fine. So, we'll do that. Um, if you want to come in earlier tomorrow, too, fine with it. Um, if he doesn't turn himself into the PD tonight, which I don't think he is, we'll work at getting a a arrest warrant in the morning. And I can do it tonight. We can wait till tomorrow. That's fine. Go home. It is I'll let make that call, but I think they'll probably say just pick it back up in the morning. And this is kind wish that we could have got a war in hand before we came over here. Yeah. Just gives us more leeway leeway here. 826 to be 97. So since we know we still don't leave the search warrant or the So the the search warrant we'd have to we'll have to leave the return. Does that make sense? Like so once we Yeah. So we haven't executed the warrant yet. Once we execute the warrant then we'll we'll make a copy readably available for him. Um the seizure stuff we have to be able to serve him with it. Like we have to hand deliver that to him. How you go? Oh, so he's wanting to come up with his lawyer present. Okay. So, that that'll be it tomorrow. Yeah. So, that was going to bring me to my next question. I think tomorrow. I think once we get this truck out of here, locked up, secured, we'll probably reapproach the walking the charges through in the morning. Is that something chief wants us to take care of tonight or we probably good just to pick it up in the morning? Okay. Okay. What's up, Okay. Can they stop a lawful search warrant? No. Okay. All right. Yes. Okay. All right. Yeah. is the only thing we're really needing out of there, unless there's a bench in the back seat, which I don't think there is, is the uh is the dash c is the camera. Yeah. But the the next problem we're going to probably have to force entry into the truck. I don't have a big easy. I think it's locked. Okay. All right. So, all right. Sounds good. All right, man. Yes, sir. All right. All right. Want to do the search mark tonight? Yeah. Um, so he's going to wait for his attorney, then he's going to talk to us. Yeah, he's inside. Um, so it's probably not a bad idea just to go ahead and do a quick search. Not It's not going to take us I mean, we're looking for basically the dash cam, but we can still look for other evidence of the crime. Yeah. Um, my daddy calling me police around here. What's going on? I'm sleep. Hey, Vanessa calling me. Hey, how are you? I've been knocking on the My daddy down there calling me acting crazy. I don't even know what the hell going on. I've been knocking on the door for the past 20 minutes. I'm tired. [ __ ] I I get it. I've been ringing a doorbell. Everything else need to talk to Sylvester. I know. I don't know where he's inside. He's making phone calls. I mean, why you think he inside? Why you block me? Cuz he done told us he's inside. Sylvester told you was he inside? I ain't got nothing to do with know my dog. I told you why we're here. We're needing to talk Sylvester. And so y'all need y'all need to talk to him or y'all been going to arrest me? What y'all going to do? Well, we need to we need to talk to Sylvester in person. And if he would like to come outside and talk to us. This don't look like no conversation. He ain't even here. But uh I can move my car. Yeah, I'm Yeah, cuz this don't look like no conversation cuz if you trying to talk to Sylvester, y'all should have told him. Okay, we're here late at night. We we're in plane clothes. So, I did bring somebody in uniform with me so they know that we're obviously the police. Okay, there there's there's a process to I understand what you're saying. But when you talk about a conversation, number one, you you follow him to loads and you ask I didn't follow him to Lowe's. How y'all end up at Lowe's? We know where he I mean, y'all know you just want to say you know where he is. We knew we knew where he was at. Okay. So, if he at Lowe's and then y'all going to Lowe's, why y'all had a conversation at Lowe's? I didn't go to Lowe's. I really had no conversation at the police department today. He won't meet me at the police department. Okay, he'll meet you at the police department. I have him there. What time? What time you need to be there? That would be great. Okay, let me call him and then we'll We've been trying to do this since last night and he cussed and yelled at me if we didn't tell him this last night. Try to do that to him at Lowe's. You following y'all go to Lowe's and tell him y'all want to have So, I'm trying to do it here at his house and it's still a problem. You got none of that goddamn police over here. My people calling me thinking that we damn doing something. I got I got a I got a uniform and my detective that's working the case. It don't matter. What I'm saying is it appears like we got a whole god dog on murder scene over here. Okay. Well, I've got a patrol car, a marked unit, so they know it's the police and then Okay. So, we know it's the police. But let me ask you this. So, why does if you and him having a conversation, he already know who you are. So, why we got 100 people? He's working the case. It's his case. Okay. So, if it's he you're calling. No. If you are working the case, then what? We got only 50 other people for uniform. But are are you gonna are you willing? So you said you're going to get him and bring him up to the police department. We'll go to the police. Wait a minute. I need his attorney cuz y'all doing too much. All right. Well, we're waiting on the tow truck. Once the tow truck gets for what? That's my truck. No, it's register Sylvester. What you going to take the truck for? We have a search warrant for the truck. So the truck's going with us. And you can't you can't get anything out of the truck. I ain't got no goddamn keys for the truck. I got truck keys for my car. I'm telling you. That's why we're here. Going right here. Like, what y'all going to do with the truck? I mean, ain't [ __ ] in the damn truck. Okay. What y'all think? I mean, what you looking for in the truck? That's what my search warrants for. And sorry, but he's an adult. I can't explain the nature of the case to you. I can explain it to him, but not to you. He He's an adult. He's over 18. Tell him to call you. I need I need him in person. Who? Okay. So, anybody can call me on the phone and say, "I'm this person, that person." God. Come on now. I mean, I'm just I'm just being real. I'm just being I ain't trying to get I ain't trying to get tied up in nothing like, "Oh, I you didn't talk to me on the phone. That was somebody else." Been down that road before. I ain't trying to do it again. All right. Well, so So, look. So, if you talk about a conversation, you got a police car here. You got one there. Here, here. You got two right there. One right there. What? How you going to have a conversation? What is this about? Me and him's going to have a conversation here. Like, this is just You and him going to have a conversation. So, what all this for? But you know the way we do things now like I'm I'm that that's that's our tactics. So I will tell you this I do not have an arrest warrant in hand for him. I have a search warrant. So if he didn't do nothing to get arrested. Okay. Well that's fine. Well then if he didn't do nothing to get arrested you come out and have that conversation and we can get this cleared up. He not him. Okay. Well wherever Sylvester is miss I mean where wherever he may be. Okay. He's not he's not in the house. Fine. Whatever. No. Yeah. Just like Paul be here and I be gone with my sister or going with my mama. He not here. Okay. I'm going to let you have that one. Fine. He's not He's not He's not yet cuz I'm like when they calling me, I'm trying to make sure he all right. Okay, that's fine. But if he's not willing to have the conversation in person, you know, whenever he whenever he wants conversation, I tell him he need to have a He didn't have a conversation with me last night. He cussed me. He cussed at me all night. He need to have his attorney. Well, then fine. Bring his attorney. probably be uh a little fluttered too and cuss you too if you I'm I'm should be cussing. It was me and him last night. It was two of us. If I'm at Lowe's and you trying to question me about something while I'm at Lowe's, you know how I approached it. Hey, Mr. Warren, how are you doing tonight? And that that's that's a that's automatic. I'm coming at him aggressive. So come on now. I mean, I'm not playing the games with him. I'm just asking him to come out and have a conversation with me. If he doesn't want to do that, that's fine. We still have a procedure that we're fixing to do now. So your procedure is to talk to you at Lowe's. Yeah. Anywhere I can find you instead of saying there's a it's a public place. I I have just as much right to be there as you do. Nobody said you had a Okay. Well, I can have a conversation. You going to do an investigation at Lowe's? I can have a conversation in the parking lot. So what's the So y'all got to search? What you going to find in the truth? What y'all looking for? Well, that's that's the basis of our search point. I'll be more than happy to explain it to Sylvester. Is it going to be easier for him to get it from the back or front? And it ain't nothing in there. So, I don't want to come back with no drugs, no nothing. Y'all going to try to pin on him. I know. Cuz that's that's how we do things. Come on now. I ain't never I ain't never done no mess like that. Don't don't talk about Don't put that on me. ain't never done when you say a conversation, but you got 99 police officers for a conversation. I tried to have a conversation with him last night. So why why why we can't schedule one with the attorney press? Y'all don't have one tomorrow, but now y'all want to take the man truck. We we have a lawful ride to take the truck. We're still taking the truck tonight to do a lot of stuff. We can still We got We got a warrant signed by the judge, okay, to to search that vehicle for what? For investigative purposes. I'm not going to go into what we're looking for now. Come on. I'll explain it to him all day long. If he wants to meet me at the police department, by all means, he meet me at the police department with his attorney. If that's what he wants to do, I I had I try to give him a chance last night at 8:00. Well, then we can do it tomorrow. We could have did this in We could have did this this morning. We could have done this last night. We had this conversation this morning. We could have done it last night. M. I know you said he's not here. Um the vehicle appears to be locked. Are you able to uh give us access to the keys? Cuz if not, he's going to drag it and that could damage the vehicle. And y'all going to be responsible because I don't know why y'all going to drag the vehicle. If if he not here, his keys not here. I don't have no these my keys. This to my little ass car. I don't have his keys. I went in the house earlier. That's fine. All right. [Music] [Music] call if we want to be that way. I have a if that truck was parked on your property with the search warrant that I have signed by a judge, I can come on to your property and do it. And I ain't trying to be nasty with you, Vaness. I ain't but I'm just telling you I'm not I'm not bombarding your property. I'm not doing all that. I'm trying to be respectful. You said listen you saying you're not running my property. I'm not. You haven't camped out around my on my property. There there's certain tactics that we do. Yes, you're you're you're absolutely correct. All right, I'll work on that if you'll do this. Will you hold the light? Yeah. Am I allowed to help you? Yeah, you got a flashlight. You can see. Uh, yeah. He's not in there yet. He is now. Yeah. Direct him. Um, towards the uh the door more. All right. Uh, back back a little bit. There you go. Trying to shut the battery off. Trying to kill the Yeah, I need something better in case ain't going to have no size. Looks like it. [Music] What's up? [Music] This is a real probably answer. Hello. Let me get a copy that one. What's up? Let me get a copy. Yeah, I'm going to need to see you, man. I mean, tell me where to meet you. Um, you come right up to the gate. To the pound gate right now. You at the gate? You at the pound gate now? Yeah, at the pound gate. All right. We'll be out there in just a minute. Wait, which gate are you at, Sylvester? I'm at the first one. Soon as it was where y'all right before y'all got to where y'all unlock my doors and my horn was ringing them back up. So go back. So if that is that you where the headlights are at? Yeah. Go back to the first entrance, man. And we'll meet you down there. To the main entrance? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The the first the first entry way into the barn. Yeah. The main entrance is the one everybody going in the morning. Yeah. Yes, sir. Yeah. We'll meet you down there. All right. Um, we don't need a warrant no more. In the process of still being, huh? Yeah. So, this this is the uh the notice of seizure. The truck's going to be seized. um the search warrant. Once we're completed with the search of the truck, we'll uh we'll deliver a copy of the inventory return of what we took out of the vehicle. This is a notice of intent to seize the property. Um there will be a arbitrary hearing within 10 days. You'll be notified of the hearing. Um but this we have to submit this along with a copy of our report and documents to the city attorney within 10 days of delivering it to you. So, it to be delivered to the city attorney by tomorrow. Okay. Um, the search warrant, like I said, once the inventory returns completed, once we've completed our search of your vehicle, we're done with it, a copy of that along with the uh copy of the warrant will be will be provided to you. So, what is this? Is this who who authorized this? Th this is a notice of intent. And so we can do that based upon Florida state statute with a vehicle or anything used in the commission of a felony is up for for seizure. Um and this and it's explained under that statute. Um so as of now that's the process that we're going through with it. So we're going through the seizure process. The search warrant is completely different from the seizure. Once the search warrant's done and we've we've But y'all already popped the door. So y'all have a search warrant. We have a search warrant. Yeah. Where's the copy of it at? We we we do not provide that over until the inventory returns done, but we can do you have a copy of it with you? We can read it to you. So, we'll we'll gladly read you the warrant. So, under what act has I own several trucks. At what point has my truck been in So, as I was trying as I was trying to explain last night and try to get ahead of this, your vehicle was captured on camera in the commission of a felony with the the park benches are valued at $2,800 a piece. Okay. So coupled by times four, that's roughly a little over 10 grand. Um, so that constitutes grand theft, which is a felony in the state of Florida. That vehicle we use in the commission of that crime. Therefore, we have the right to seize said vehicle or go through the process of seizing the vehicle. You'll have your hearing in 10 days to um argue your side of it or however that's going to work. It'll be and that's that's a separate issue from the criminal side of the investigation. That's going to be a civil civil hearing that will be held within 10 days of notice to you. He has a copy of the search warrant. Like I said, once I mean, we'll we'll read the search warrant to you once we're done with it because there's an inventory and return section part where we've got a document physically everything that we took when we take out of that vehicle. Once that's done, you'll get an itemized list of what was removed from the vehicle and uh you'll have a copy of the warrant. Okay. So, in the uh circuit court of the third judicial circuit and in Columbia County, state of Florida, PL versus Warren, the third defendant, case number LCPD 24F 02 059, search warrant in the name uh and by the authority of the state of Florida, Detective Richard Kit of the Lake City Police Department, agents of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and or any of their duly constituted agents. Um witness by hand this official seal the 17th day of September. Um and it was signed by Judge Jackson um for he's the duty judge for the uh third circuit of Columbia County. And Judge Jackson being out of what? He's out of uh Lafayette County. Lafayette County. Yes. So they have a they have a duty judge um when it's after hours. Anything that happens after 5:00 p.m. it goes to a duty judge. Whoever that happens that duty judge happens to be is the judge that that takes over on anything after hours. Um he happened to be the one that was was on rotation. Um would you like to have a conversation with Detective Boutique so we can have some so we can air some of this this out? Do you want to you want to talk about the incident or I'm I'm I'm listen I'm willing to listen. Willing to listen. Okay. Well, I'll wait for him to come back up here cuz and again, it's his case. Okay. Um I just I'm his supervisor. So, um when he comes back up here, if he wants to explain what he's got going on, be more than happy to do that. I I feel like you pretty have a pretty well understanding of why we're here and what brought us to this point. Um, you obviously know what we're we're looking into and the incident that surrounded it. Okay, I tried to explain it last night. Um, there were some uh four total uh benches that are that were stolen city property. Um, two have been recovered. Um, and those benches, like I said earlier, are valued at about $2,800 a piece. Um, they're not cheap benches. So, when you when you add all that together, it it's obviously a felony amount. That's that's what he's looking into. Um, we've obviously done some done some investigative today. We we have we have um video evidence to support our to support our uh investigation. Um, if he wants to go into that a little bit further, that's on him. But if you want to have a conversation with him, we can arrange that up there. Or if um you're you will evidence to support it. Um, so we we applied for the search warrant. Um, and also applying for the search warrant. I also applied for one for your arrest. Okay. So, I'm going to place you in handcuffs now, sir. So, you're under arrest. I have a signed search warrant. Excuse me. I have a signed arrest warrant. We'll put this on your property. You'll get this back. Okay. Okay. Place your hand behind your back. Mr. Warren, what am I being with? Grandp is there anything on you that you want? There you go. What you want to leave here? Um earbuds maybe hang out for the time being um before I before I go into your pocket to get your wallet on you just going to stick me cut me pocket knives anything like that may cut me no but I was lied to and said that there was No warrant for my arrest. It was only a search warrant for the vehicle. Yes. So, Mr. Warren, about 45 minutes ago, there was not an active warrant for your arrest. Um, however, it was just signed. Yeah, that was that was not a lie. That was not a lie. It was not. When we were at your house, we did not have a arrest warrant in hand. You want to leave your change? I'm going to leave everything with my brother. Okay. Is there your cash in that right there? Yeah. So before before we do that, I we're going to count it in front of you and in front of him. Okay. Grand theftest. Grand. You want your uh AirPod in case? Oh yeah. What's the volume? Uh it'll be no bonds. The judge sign no bond. Sylvester, is there another one? Uh, no. I'm just Okay. You said there is cash in here. Yes. Do you know how much before we start? 50 100 2 3 40 60 80 4 20 30 50 or 450. Yeah. Is that correct? Yeah. And you said you want to turn that over to your brother? Yes. Call Lucas. Um, I don't know what that you want your phone. I I I'll let him get numbers out. Whatever if he needs a phone. I thought you said he had you had another phone. Hey, what is going to be? You want this turn over to Michael as well? Yes. Um, do you want that with left with him or you want to take that with you and leave it in your property? No. Okay. So, that's the notice of the seizure on the truck. Hold on. You good with me explaining to him? 652. Yeah. 6259. Grand theft is what they said. And they got a no bond. I call you back. They say what? Grand theft. And he have no bond is what they saying. The judge signed up on Grand. And what they say that Judge Jackson was the one signed up. He going to need this cuz in 10 days there's going to be hearing for the property. So that's his copy of the notice. Um, do you want to sign a copy of the notice? I mean, you got it. No, I'm just I'm I'm affording you the opportunity. It has a it has a spot for your signature. It's not an admission to anything. It's just stating that you were you were provided a copy of it. Do you want to sign it or Okay. Um, so that's the notice. It has the obviously the city attorney's address and stuff on there and also explains the process. Okay. So, with it says 15 days, it's going to be within 10 that he's going to have a arbitrary hearing for the property, but he'll he'll receive notice. Okay. So, that's his copy of that. I'm good. All right, Mr. We're going to walk over to this. Hey, what you say that was Jackson? What's up? I drove myself in. Y'all told me I had a wild I tried to get you to come out and talk to us. We we asked you to meet us up at the police department and and I told Andy and I and I told Andy to tell you guys that I was coming up in the morning and and that's fine, but you showed up tonight now. I mean, so we're going to go ahead and handle it now. Yeah, I showed up tonight because Andy said to come get the warrant from you guys as far as the truck seizure. All right. As far as the uh You can go ahead and sit in. I'll explain it to you. As far as the search warrant. Yeah. Yeah. If you want to do another one though, just double check as far as the search warrant. Once we're done with that, um I deliver a copy of the copy of the warrant along with the inventory return to your uh property at the jail. Okay. Just keep calling it. We going to recognize your number. Straight. My seat belt just fell off on the other side. No, like where it stays up. All right. No, I need to remember. Hey, go ahead, LT. Uh, yeah. Yeah, he's in he's in custody. He's in the back of the car. Uh, Michael's out here, too. So, but there's We ain't got no problems. We're good. Yeah. Um, I went ahead and read the warrant for him, explained everything, and he's he's uh he's in custody. So, Blake's fixing to leave with him, and we'll be back in there in just a minute. All right. All right, what's up? Okay. Grand theft. I wasn't trying to be rude or nasty out there earlier. Grand Theft part benches. So, part [ __ ] Grand Theft. Yeah, they're Andy told me they're $2,800 a piece. Yeah. How many part [ __ ] Four. So, so why y'all how y'all think he did it? We We We have enough to to prove it. Um, so try to explain it to him, too. If he's if he wants to talk to you about it, that's that's fine. But we have We're not just going to go or I'm not I've never done it before. I'm not just going to go slap handcuffs on people before I' I've done my research, okay? We we've looked into it. There there's enough supporting evidence to to to support it. Okay. Um, so as of right now, it's just a grand theft charge. I don't know what grand I don't I don't know what that is. It's lar. It's basically theft. Um it's just the the what it's valued at is is why it bumps it up to a felony. So that's a felony. Yes, ma'am. Anything over $750. $750 is a felony. So what he got to go to first appearance? He will. Since he's out on bond on a separate charge, he has to see a first appearance judge in the morning. Now the judge can, you know, the if the judge sets bond, that's that's a but So can you give me a copy of the search warrant? I just told him when it when it's done that it'll be delivered to the jail. I thought y'all had the search one already. We do have the search one. So what you mean when it's done? Because when we take items. So I come in your house, I search your house, right? There's something no that's saying you can do it, right? All that is all that's inclusive in one packet, right? So the search warrant and inventory and return is one document. So when we're done searching and whatever we take out of his truck, we have to document. Okay? It has to be recorded. He has to know word for word what we took. So once that's done, he'll get a true copy of the warrant. Okay. Now, the search warrant. Mhm. I understand you saying the the warrant in totality. I understand that. I mean the warrant that said, "Okay, I'm going to take the truck. Can I get a copy of that?" Michael has that copy. I just gave it to Michael. Who? Oh, Pooky. Okay. Yeah, Michael Pooky. Um, so he has he has a notice of the seizure, which I was trying to explain. And I don't know if Sylvester was really understanding or or Michael was at the same time. He'll have a 10day in 10 days there will be an arbitrary hearing to seize that truck. Okay. But he'll be You already got a truck. No, no, no. To to physically take over on the truck to seize it. Well, no. I understand that. Anything you already seize the truck? No, no. We Anything used in the commission of a felony is up for seizure. Like we can seize that property and now make it ours if that makes sense. So that truck has no leans, no titles, no nothing like that. It's clear and t and it's in his name solely. Um so anything used in the commission of a felony is up for seizure. So Michael has a copy of that. The search warrant we are still working on now. just gave him the possible, but he didn't have it with him. It wasn't on his person when he got out of the truck, so we can't we can't take it. That's That's Yeah, he he definitely said what you thought he said. Yeah. She was pushing us lock.
