register come out short that evening uh the guest come trying uh to get the $100 deposit all but it doesn't ensure that she took the 100 deposit so I had to rewind the whole video so that way we can give it the money to the guest okay so she was supposed to charge that deposit she didn't and then ended up taking the money okay she did it actually what is her name Rebecca and I had a write up so the when I write her up and I had another write up that she gave it the key to the guest without asking ID ain't sh okay she a little bit of History yeah what okay so we're going to go ahead and talk there's no transaction that you did this $100 deposit for this person on this card for room whatever room it is it just shows that you took money out of the register and you did not have permission to take that money yeah there's a dep on there yeah okay well there is no deposit all right there's no transaction there's nothing to show that that deposit was even made okay all right so you are going to jail okay you're being arrested for theft of $100 from the business okay right go ahead and turn around for me do you have anything sharp on you that you know about anything at all any on your tell this officer you can p the when this judge and the state attorney reads and stuff and says Hey listen you know she said she did it but you know she's she has two kids and whatever and this the reason you know just she's never been in trouble before stuff like that then they could read that um sometimes it's better be like you know what she's sorry for what she did stuff like that she doesn't have a history of stealing thousands dollars and robbing a bank or nothing like that you know what I mean they're a little lenient um sometimes they're not um but if you want the state attorney to read that her report or for whatever reason why you did and stuff like that um just let her know maybe when she takes you to the car say Hey listen this is why I did it you know I've been living I'm trying to get my life together and I had to pay you know my rent it's not going to kick me out then I'm homeless then I can't work and stuff like that a judge and the state attorney will take those things into consideration so if you want to tell her anything just let her know when she takes you to the car and then you know it is what it is it's 100 bucks it's a misdemeanor it's no big deal but sometimes the reason why you did it could go I need you to turn around really quick you guys aren facing just bend down a little bit what bag is your on the sunflowers yes you like
