want her to hurt herself I didn't want her to knock anything over in our room okay she started crying and getting very belligerent so I just left it alone I let her walk outside because I I am exhausted I am very exhausted I have had very stressful month at work and she knows about this and I have told her about it so why are you driving with her right now she wanted me to take her home okay and at this point I'm just trying to have a conversation with her okay how much of it you had to drink tonight I'm sober at the moment you can even do breath breath lier Army if you would like to okay so you're driving home to work where she live that way down the road but at the moment like I said I was just trying to have a conversation with her that she lives the opposite direction that she wants to go home and you're not taking her home you see why that's a problem and then she tried to get out of the car back there and then you continue driving you see that's also a dangerous thing and very huge cause for concern for us I do actually okay so you blowing the horn her trying to jump out you taking off with her trying to jump off jump out these are all things that I started taking off because she opened the door so that way the door would be forced to be closed so she tried to leave the vehicle and you wouldn't while I was already just normally going the speed limit okay facts are facts okay she's trying to exit the vehicle and she wants to go home you're not taking your home she tries to exit the vehicle then you take off so she can't exit the vehicle these are all causes for concern and I do understand that and I say that all make sense to you now it does her mother has physically abused her I I don't care about any of that cuz now here you are basically kidnapping her literally kidnapping her and falsely imprisoning her okay that's my problem okay all right M so just for right now you're going to be the all right well he worked through all this cuz false imprisonment and kidnapping pretty serious on have a seat okay 12 he dropped the those details in the call for me please okay like call H well she's at his house she gets super drunk he won't doesn't back there when he was coming out that's when she opened the door to try to get out and he didn't want to get out and that's when he sped up there for the door closed and not to let her out that's blowing his horn at the a group of cops he couldn't have been in a safer place to get out of the car and he blew his horn at us but then he took off to keep you from getting out of the car you see why route do you generally take when you go from your house to her house honestly honestly uh well that's back there so you usually take Betty lane or Highland you usually take Highland to get to take her home but this time you wanted to talk to her so that's why you're taking a long route yes sir okay and when she tried when you came past us why were you honking your horn out of the FID of Rage like I said she kicked my dashboard and so I got angry back and then she opened the door and then what I sped up so that way the door would close so she wouldn't hurt herself trying to get out of the big moving vehicle okay so when she opened the door and you were all basically stopped and then you took off again so if you could just stay stopped she would have gotten out of the car and there's a group of cops that you just blew your horn in is there a reason that you didn't want her getting out with us I was not aware that there were cops in the area and then on top of that um I don't believe that I was basically stopped I believe I was going about 25 M hour now at the time that you wound up her her door open you were blowing your horn you stopped her door open then you you took off again that's why we're so concerning I don't believe that I was stop fair enough but at the end of the day do you understand this I you're want to talk about semantics if somebody's trying to get out of your car do you think that you should speed up or you should just stop so that they don't get hurt what makes more sense I was going to say cuz let's put it this way right like I said I didn't know there were cops in the area I didn't realize that you guys were in the area so of course if I did and I let her off on the side of the road and you saw her there you'd be able to pick her up and take her home yeah so if somebody wants to exit your vehicle you should let them leave I should let them leave okay does not make sense it does I just you understand what that's concerning for us it does I do yes sir cuz we call that false imprisonment and I do understand that do you understand why it was concerning for me no not really because at the end of the day if somebody wants to get out of your car and you're not allowing them to you can there's a thousand things you can do you can let them out and call 911 because emergency services this is what we're for you can stop call phone a family found a friend whatever you got to do there's a thousand things to do that are the right thing but falsely imprisoning somebody is the wrong thing I also do not have a phone and if I were to ask she does it's at her phone if I were to ask for her for her phone to call 911 or something so where's your wallet and your phone and all your stuff my wallet is currently back at the house because I left the house in a fit of rage that's what you said earlier no no that was when I honk the hor just I guess more so in a frenzy would be a better term not particularly in a rage just trying to get the over with okay hang out for a second yes sir how bad what do you mean how bad it's looking should end it in 543 yes how bad is looking for what for you I mean it's a felony charge so it's not good yeah like I said if somebody tries to get out of your car you should 100% let them and if you think that they're having some kind of a an issue that needs professional help then you should call 911 and seek that cuz as you can see you're not a paramedic you're not a cop you're not equipped to do these things that we are correct1 KF and if somebody doesn't want to be in the car with you or somebody doesn't want to spend time with you you shouldn't force them to do so you should let them out so that they could be an adult and make adult decisions if they're not in a mental state where they can do that then you're not the professional that should make that determination and force them to stay in a position that they don't want to be in
