The resident is further described as follows. The residence is a fifth wheel style travel trailer. The trailer is white in color with a maroon pinstripe design. The visible portion displays three windows in the center fed door containing a small window. It is approximately a 1997 model. The property is listed on Swany County property appraisers website with a description. It's legal description leg 2.52 acre lots or numbers yada yada yada. Okay. And whereas the court having further found probable cause at certain property of potential evidentiary evidentiary value and further described below and herein after collectively referred to as evidentiary items is being kept in at on or about the property said evident area items being further and more part particularly described as below cell phones capable of storing receiving transmitting reporting or receiving video and audio recordings with the residents located at all of which are being kept in violation of state laws of the state of Florida to whip Florida statute 827.0 071 subsection 5 possession of child photography. Now therefore, you with such lawful assistance as may be necessary to include forensic computer analysis experts are hereby commanded in the daytime or in the night time or on Sunday as the agencies of the occasion may demand to enter and search the for said property and curlage thereof, including any vehicles and/or outbuildings thereon or any persons located on the property or within the curlage reasonably believed to be connected with a said illegal activity for evidentiary items described in this warrant. And if the same or any part of thereof be found, you are hereby authorized to seize and secure same given proper receipt thereof and delivers a complete copy of this warrant to the person in control of the premises or the absence of any person's leaving a completed copy with the items there. The items are found and making a return of your doings under this warrant within 10 days of the date hereof and you or your designated forensic analyst are further authorized to search the evidence items for the evidence of the crimes described herein. And you are directed to confirm the security of said evidentiary items.
