I saw he said they pulled cuz he's saying that they allegedly tried to run into the wife while she was in a car. He didn't he didn't specify yet where they're saying she was in the car. Meditate. Kids are out here riding around on their bikes enjoying the day and next thing you know, you got three dirt bikes. Two bigger ones and then a littleer one. They're all three green. I got you. And then you've got a a four-wheeler. And the four-wheeler is now parked over here in this neighborhood. Yeah. They they said they put they put up some of their equipment already. So Mhm. And they're terrorizing the neighborhood. I mean flying up and down the street. Okay. And then come to find out that they're uh going into the park. Yeah. I'm tearing it up. Well, I call dispatch and tell them what's going on. That's right around 7:00 and they say, "Well, due to an emergency, it's probably going to take some time." I said, "Well, by the time you guys get here, it's going to be too late here." And they were fine. Okay. Well, an almost an hour goes by and then I'm talking to my fiance the whole time she's coming home from work from uh Niceville. She ends up coming from this way. Okay. Like down coming coming this way. That's it. She's coming westbound on first here. Okay. And uh I hear him yelling at her and cussing at her and and so she's in her in her car. Yeah. Okay. And she said that they they sound like something either Phil or something. So she turned around to look and next thing you know they're yelling at me. Really? So you know I'm going to go make sure that she's all right. I'm going down there protect her. There's a bunch of people down there. You know I went down there. Guess what? They're coming towards me. There was about 10 of them out there. When I called y'all, I called y'all. There was a whole bunch of hollering and yelling and they told her, "I got a gun." I got you. Okay. And so that's when I called you cuz when I heard I got a gun. Okay. Well, would you would you mind filling out a witness statement for me to uh Yeah. And that's when I got called job because 10 of them I normally would leave it alone just to see what's going on, but then when they confronted her, about 10 of them was out there confronting her and I heard one of them say, "I got a gun." I mean, there's not grounds to be shot or anything necessarily, but if you're running, you know, there's there's more to the story than what's probably we know so far. So, it was just like being told, "Go in your house. I'm getting my AR-15." I was like, "Look, I came from the city. I don't play that game." I get it. She kind of stopped and was like, "What what was that?" And then they kind of like surrounded her car talking about they were going to shoot her. Uh and then so he walked down there. He had his gun. They never pulled it. Uh and then they exchanged some words and then he walked back down here. Um neighbor over here sitting on the back of the car just said that when he walk back here he talk about they are when they're down there but I guess that did not happen. Okay. So why said the same thing except for as far as the something in her car. She did not necessarily think through anything. She said that thought she may have Okay. So, but same thing. She said they never called her husband. He came down with a gun display. Whatever. However, the kids say that they were they say that they were doing their thing and she came at them with the vehicle. Um in an attempt to hit them or whatever, but she stopped and then they were arguing and then husband walked down with you. Okay. I don't think they mentioned anything about her. No, they they 100%. So I uh when when me and you drove back out when you walk off uh multiple of them to people um however and I even clarified that I was like hey so you're saying he has told that Trump independent witness here okay he says that they've been riding their bikes 40 minutes 45 minutes up and down doing kids stuff whatever this normal. Um, she is coming westbound on this road coming by them. She stops for the reason. He sees an argument between the driver and the lady and them. Um, she ends up pouring it at them off the roadway driving towards them. She stops for hitting them. They have an argument again. Husband walks down, doesn't pull his gun, and then she backs off and sleeps. Okay. So, so why did she never come home? I don't know. She just That's why I've asked her multiple times like where, you know, where your fiance, you talking to an officer? And I was like, I was just down there. You you guys I'm very guard. Yeah, I figure we haven't made it that far. You know what I mean? Like that's what they said. So I'm getting the witness state. Yeah, I got I got I'm going to talk to these people in the back of their car, but they said that basically I'm hearing the same thing from all three parties so far except them. They said when the mail walked back down here, he said, "I'm going to step inside and get my AR. You might not want to be outside. Whatever. Yeah. Like I said, it was as far as him. He walked down there. You can see a gun. He didn't say anything. Didn't do anything. Yeah. Walk back. Do you think he didn't have it turned on? As stupid as that sounds. Yeah. Uh, as far as I mean, yeah, he's open carrying not illegal. Not legal in the circumstance. I mean, he didn't necessarily know the whole story and he seems along here with his wife down there. Yeah, but I mean now she didn't say anything about being scared and that's why she start to drive away and they were away. But that when I heard I got a gun, it stopped. Let's get out of and hit her. Yeah, I had a ghost to I was watching her. I watched the children. I'm older. I've been here 30 years. I watched my children run by and when I heard I got I think I talked to you before. I actually used to be the mailman on this road. Yeah. Yeah. I've been here 30 years. I got all the children. But she was riding her bike and her brother's riding bike. So I was getting nervous cuz they were flying. But then when they threw something at the mama car and she stopped and then 10 of them ran up on her and I heard her saying, "Why you throw up and and all this?" Then I heard I got a gun and that's what Okay, I'm done. I'm calling the police. If I had any more questions, I I'll let you know. Thank you though. Something um I have the only person I have not talked to is her, the fiance in the car that Spry has been talking to. But I've got basically the I've got a witness here, witness there, the male party involved. Um what are they saying happened? Basically, they're all basically saying the same thing. They're they're saying she was coming down the road in her car coming home from work. Yes. But prior to that, the four-wheelers up and down the street almost hit these two children here and a child over here. Um they said females coming down the road and her car. I mean, both this witness and him have said that the fiance said she thought something was thrown at her. I haven't talked to the witness yet. He said she did not say it was thrown at her. I don't know. She was very unclear as if she didn't know if they had thrown something or something. Why were they just randomly? I don't I don't know. Or after she stopped. This was from from what they're saying as she was driving. Yes. That what got her to stop. Yeah. And then they they're saying that car got surrounded by eight to nine juveniles or whatever, you know, you know, suspects. Uh they threatened to Was she all down there when this happened? No, she said she was sitting on her porch. So this happened way over there and they are witnesses from up here. She They're saying it happened basically where our cars are at like Well, that's her car right there. That's the car. Her car is the one with the lights on it right there. Okay. The the silver SUV female. Yes. So yeah, they're saying it happened basically right here. Um I have a better witness that has a statement here. Yeah. Yeah, he said he's out of independent witness, but what you're independent of it will say. So, couple of kids rode by on dirt bikes and a four-wheeler, then a white SUV, came up the street and stopped where the kids were. He said that there was no reason that he could tell that she stopped. Um, then they started to argue. Uh, then she sped off, did a Uturn, uh, and went straight towards them. Um, put the brakes on and went in reverse. And then they the kids start yelling at her. And then I assume she backed up into there somewhere and her husband walks down with a gun in his waistband. Yeah. And she said the guy said that he had his hand kind of like this on it but never did anything. Yeah. And the gun's still in his waistband right now. Oh yeah. Well, I talked to Cross about that. He said Yeah. He sure was. That's open carry. That's Well, we we talked about that. Yeah. But he said this, you know, whatever. right now. But if we test 15 his wife, we we better do it down there and then get out of here. But yeah, their their story is he say he came out with his gun. So he he said that when this all happened, right, they surrounded the car. He said again, he said they threw something at her car. That's why she stopped. How did they know something got thrown at her car? Cuz I guess he was on the I don't know if he was on the phone. So she she told him that. Yeah. And then I think he's good, dude. Yeah, he's fine. I mean, you look down and see 15 people around your wife. Absolutely. I But he said he walked down here. What got us to that point? Yeah. Yeah. He He said he walked down here. They had some words. He He said he never pulled his gun. Said he never said necessarily he was going to shoot anyone. He just said, "I'm going to defend my family." Do anything with the gun. Um he doesn't want to. This witness over here did say that when he walked back, he advised him to go inside. He was using his AR-15. Uh yeah, again I mean if he had done that that would have changed things but but he didn't but apparently he did not have that happen. So okay well so I was actually on my way up here to be like hey so who has like what what do we have so we can figure out who's taking the case and let's bring a sign your case number. Yeah that's fine. Um so are we 105 and her? I mean if he says he's an independent witness all all three of my witnesses say saying exactly the same thing. We're getting affidavit and we can say what's down there. Yeah, I'm doing that. That one. Yeah. Well, what I'm saying is everything that they're telling us matches that. Okay. My guess story. Yeah. And apparently there were other people down there just watching and we're trying to find out supposedly somebody had their phone out and recorded all this like watching the kids and just happened to be recording when the other stuff happened. Okay. Um we haven't found that person yet, but everything they're saying matches this witness's statement. I mean, if that's the case, I mean, this is an affidavit. So, that's I mean, that's going to be act or if the attempt wasn't the attempted battery, right? It wasn't just a threat. Maybe it was like the attempt. What did she did? So, my first impression was she sped off in in fear, but again, that's not necessary. Go talk to her real quick. But that's that's what I'm getting gathering from these people. And then he's standing there and he's stepping away. He's saying he wasn't trying to walk away, but like he's actively moving around. So, I detang him. Yeah. And then everybody lost their mind. And mom came up. She's But once once they all calmed down, cuz that's why that whatever the elder fell is, I was like, "Hey, can I talk to you oneonone?" He's like, "Yeah." I explained. He's like, "Oh, y'all chill out and go down there." So, yeah. But now like I talked to mom and dad, they both understand. And then they his grandma looked at him said, "I don't care. The police is here. If you disrespect him, I will punch you square in the chest right now." I was like, "Oh my god, you have to talk to her." Uh man is going to talk to her one more time and then I guess what is she saying that these folks might stop her and harass her? Yeah, pretty much. [Music] Yeah. All I have three two witnesses and the male party involved down there. All basically saying identical things. She was coming home from work. The kids had already had just got done almost running over their the the two 10-year-olds in the road on their bicycles uh that are his and her I guess kids. And uh she was coming home. She's they're saying that she said while they were on the phone together driving that she thought something might have hit her car, like they threw something at her. So, she stopped. When the second she stopped, they kind of flooded the car, started yelling at her that they were going to shoot her and things like that. And then I guess he walked down, but she's not saying that. No. And no one no one down here is saying that. Well, I went down farther. I got well uh maybe 10:15 or right are we in agreements on 105 or does anybody have any quality that no witness I mean but I I mean without without say this particular witness I would say no but if he's if he's saying yeah she swerved in them cuz I asked him down there I was like did she like drive off speedily being afraid and he didn't really say yes or no he just so so I think Sounds like it's two or three on both sides of this. They're they're coinciding signals with the one independent police. Yes. So when the uh her husband still has questions and they're on the phone right now security they're on the phone like I said. But they were going that way and they kept trying to like pop wheelies or whatever. And I was already on the far side of the road. And then like they were still coming at me and I'm like, "Shit, what do I do?" Then I had my window down. I said, "Dude, watch out where you're going." And he was like, "Fuck you, stupid ass white [ __ ] I'll [ __ ] shoot you." I said, "You ain't shooting nobody, dumbass." Okay. And then all of them started coming from like the first, I don't know, six houses, like that whole first six houses right there. And they all start coming out towards my car. And then, you know, I heard something like ting off my car. And I was like, "What the hell was that?" Like, "Did I leave my cup up there?" And so I turned around to look and then all of them were like coming at my car. They had the whole road blocked and they're yelling, "I'm going to [ __ ] shoot you, you stupid ass white bitch." And other kid was like, "My mom's going to [ __ ] whoop your ass. And if we don't shoot you, she's going to [ __ ] shoot you." And I'm like, "What the [ __ ] 911." Okay. And then they all started coming. And then my fianceé come down here and he stood there, you know, and they all just started coming towards him. And then they started getting on their phones doing whatever they were doing. And dispatch told me to stay where I was sitting. Which I was sitting like over here on that side of the road. And then um I kept telling dispatch like, "Look, they've got a backpack. They are passing it back and forth to each other. They're being sneaky. They're putting stuff in their pockets and they're yelling stuff." I said, "They're going in these houses." There was a Ford pickup truck with like a trailer over here. And um I said they're hiding [ __ ] And then finally she said that she was going to get an ETA on whoever the first officer was supposed to be coming and she was like, "Well, they're at um 85 and 90." I said, "Okay, well they better hurry because like these fools are like coming at us still." And then um she said they were on Bracken and the next thing we know we heard all the sirens and they all of a sudden were like running into houses into the vehicle. You could tell they were hiding [ __ ] and then all they were just sitting there trying to yell at us and then there was like three or four of them still down there and they took off down there and I don't know who was in the four-door like car that you guys have but you know kind of cornered them and then it was like whoever was giving you all help. That's when they started yelling back uh you know, shut up, you dumb point [ __ ] You know, I'm about to shoot you. I found him. You know, my boys going to shoot you. Whatever. And she said she continued on. She heard something like tink tink tink and she thought she's like, "Oh [ __ ] did I leave my cup on or you know cup or whatever on top of the car and she turned around right here and went back and then when she went back they all came at her again and that's that's when she called 911 and her husband came down. Ask her if she ever went Did you recognize her?" Not yet. That's what that's what I wanted to ask you if she used to mention that earlier or if she just just now added it or I know she mentioned that she turned back but I would randize her and ask her that specifically. Yeah, I'm going to random ask her if she or she landed at him or you know like did you like when you turned around did you were you just going back to your cup at a normal speed or you know that kind of drip. Like I'm only one person I understand unarmed at that. So, what as far as your original altercation, right, you yelled at them through the window um for slowing down or whatever and then they came up and then you just you you drove on, correct? After they came up and then you turned around like I was coming towards my house and I swerved to miss one and told him like, "Hey, like watch out, you know, like I'm not trying to hit you." And then they started yelling and cussing at me and then I heard something ting and I just turned around. Turned around as in you turned your vehicle around or you just turned around to look. Like I turned to look and then I turned my car around to go see if it was my cup or not. Okay. Like not like aggressive manner. Like no nothing. Like I'm not going to lie. I've been in like two fights my whole life and I ain't trying to get whooked by a bunch of people, you know? Like I just thought it was So when when you turned around to look for your cup, when you turned your vehicle around to look for your cup, you're just at a normal speed, not a high speed or anything. I was like maybe 2 miles an hour. Like I come to a dead stop before I even turned around. Okay. So the reason I'm asking, right, is we have a witness that's saying that you aggressively accelerated at one of the the individuals. No, I definitely did not. You did not. Okay. No. Like I'm not trying to go to jail or prison. So I'm not I'm not stupid like that. All right. So after you turned around, what did what was the exchange between you and them the second time? So they were like, "What the [ __ ] you doing, you stupid ass white [ __ ] I told you I was going to [ __ ] shoot you." And I was like, "What? You're not shooting nobody." And literally what I said to them. And then all of them come at me. Multiple are telling me they're going to shoot me. They're going to kill me. My mom is going to come whoop your ass and shoot you. All this stuff. I'm like, "Nobody's shooting nobody today." Like, just wanted to see what was in the road and I'm trying to go the [ __ ] home. Like, what the hell? And then they kept doing it. And so that's when I called 911. I was like, you know, y'all are literally coming down to my house. You're going towards my car. Like, it's one thing to come at me, but when you're going down there to where my children are, that's when I'm like, freak the hell out. So, when you turn around, you you were going what? You say 15? You m So you stop again normally and then they start yelling at you, right? Yeah. Like I come turn around literally like right here in front of those press rehab signs. I turned around and I was maybe at the entrance down there and then all of them were coming at me. Okay. And they had their hands like in their pockets. They were pulling stuff out like it just And then you reversed out of there. I literally I just reversed to where was it you that first walked up to me? Yes. Yeah. So where you seen my car, that's where I reversed you. and shocked. Um, now the first exchange when you were driving by, was that was that the point where they were like, "I'm going to shoot you and stuff, too." Yeah, cuz like I swerved like into what I don't know where all the Crosby rehab employees park during the day cuz there's like no parking right here on the road. Yeah. Yeah. Like I swerved all the way that way to miss a dirt bike. And then they said they What did they say? All I said to them was, "Watch out. Be careful." And they were like, "Fuck you, stupid ass white [ __ ] I'm going to [ __ ] shoot you." Like for what? What did I even say wrong to you? All right, that's all that's all I got for now. Yeah. But the person who's here for their life is to turn around and go back to where the danger is. Well, I mean, I agree with that. The only thing I would say is if she's now letting it happen down at the entrance to the park and if she turned around right here, I wouldn't say she went she's going back to the house. I bet you. And, uh, she said that she heard like a ting ting like on the top and she's like, "Oh crap, I think I might have left my cup up there." And she stopped right right here. my mom was where the tie was at turned around to drive back down there and that's when they swarmmed her car again. But to me, if initially upon her stop before the turn around, they were like, "I'm going to kill you." Apparently what she said, "I'm going to shoot you." So, we have your we have your side of the story, we have their side of the story, and then we talked to an independent witness that uh basically gave us the the truth, you know, the middle. So, how that's how that's going to all work. One side says one thing, one side says the other thing. The truth is in the middle somewhere. That's where we're at. So when I mirandized your fiance, I asked her if she's in fear for her life. She said yes. But then she admitted that she turned around and drove back towards them. You know, typically people that are in fear of their lives don't drive back towards what was threatening them. Uh I told you to go inside, but you don't need to be out here for this. Thank you. But as far as what, you know, we're being told that she drove aggressively at them, almost hitting a couple of them, you know, both sides said different things, but the witness that gave us that statement is is where we're at. Um, you're allowed, you're authorized to go get the vehicle. It's still down there where she was. She's on her way to CJ now. Um, she'll have first appearance in the morning, probably 6:00. So, I can't get her out. Not tonight. Why in the morning? Cuz the state of Florida, she has to go before a judge. the judges sex. Are you serious? Yes, sir. Because you know, if you guys would have came out here when numerous calls would have been in effect, none of this would have taken place. None of it. I understand that. But I don't think that gives someone a right to try to run them off the road. So, I can say our traffic unit did come out to this area, said he didn't see any dirt bikes and close the call. They were set that dirt bikes and the four-wheeler were out here for over an hour. And it was a while ago that that happened. Okay. That that's that's what I heard over the radio. As far as what happened, what my traffic officer did in that regard, I don't know. Is there an officer sitting by that car? Uh, my sergeant may still be over there.
