custom party okay at where uh near the uh we're here in car water near the uh Ed hotel we in the EDH Hotel okay in the back backyard the Asel in the disc so you did not see anybody hitting anybody no nothing like that whatsoever no did you hear anybody sound like they were getting hit no okay so you're merely in the shower just hearing things yeah and it doesn't make sense to you no is that correct yeah but when I I in in my in the half on of my shower uh they both enter the the the bathroom and Tim says to me Jose I I cannot I I don't know what excuse me sorry I don't know what to do your brother start hitting me I don't know there she he Rees my Shir off that's what he says about your brother but you didn't see it no no I don't see it okay all right let's go back in here if you just wanted to get back here and stuff and I think he felt embarrassed that you know he got that wasted in front of his brother cuz he's here visiting from Puerto Rico okay and then we were in the room and then he just started getting express it with me and just being n what does that mean cuz I I don't know how to explain that right when somebody if somebody were to ask me so you guys get back in the room you engage in an argument is that my understanding yeah is it about the ID no it was about he said that I was sitting on the bed and he said that you know because the whole you know when we left the bar I was asking him cuz he was stumbling you know here and there over the streets and stuff and I said do you need any help and he said no I'm fine and then we got in here and I said do you need me help and he said no I'm fine and then I was sitting there and he said I always help you and you never help me and I said I I asked you if you needed any help and you said no and then he got in my face and then we just started arguing and then he just started bringing up stuff about my parents and that my parents don't respect me and all the stuff and okay because we work together and we work for my parents and he just started saying nasty stuff and then we just started just pushing each other and then he pushed me on the bed in my shirt ribs and then I was pushing him off of me he pushed you on which bed he pushed me on this B and then I was pushing him off of me and I was like you read my shirt we just spent $140 on this shirt at the at the place do you know who pushed who first like how did it happen or was it kind of simultaneous I would it happened so quickly I'm not putting the blame I don't want anything to happen to him okay I'm not putting the blame on anything I just didn't I didn't want any of this to happen I just want sure so you guys started pushing each other and then he pushed you down onto this bed here is are any words being exchanged at that point that you can call it just saying I'm done with you I'm done with all this and just kep saying stuff like that and what else happened I honestly can't even it just it just kept going that because I I thought he was just going to just stop he wouldn't stop and then I ran into the bathroom and I was like please help me your brother's just being out of control how did your shirt rip when he threw me on the bed I don't know how it ripped he just threw me on the bed and we were just I was pushing him off of me and I don't it just it just snapped and then I started yelling that you ripped my shirt because we just bought it today and it ended up being 140 bucks and I was so aggravated that you know it was 140 bucks for a t-shirt do you have any injuries I mean not that I not that I really know of I mean we do you mind just taking a second to look yourself over and let me know what you believe is related to tonight's events I I don't want to put anything on I don't want anything to happen I understand and that's fine I still have to document it though I can't just walk away without acknowledging it I mean probably like just I mean that marks there was marks you mind if I take some photos of that I don't know it hurts kind of in this area anything else just kind of do a once over make sure that nothing feels odd or off or no nothing really feels on Bice my shirt got ripped look at your left bicep that's old that's oh it with this scar here I know this is we I'm shirt R do you have any other all right your anything else that you cany okay do you need any medical no okay um I just I've never been in this situation he's never acted like this and I think it was because he was embarrassed that you know his I mean it definitely seems like and he just kind of just attacked me and I was just kind of like you know like standing up for myself like why are you being like like why are you attacking me like that like why are you coming at me saying that I didn't help you when the whole night I I I mean you heard me but I kept saying do you need any help the whole night and he was stumbling and then he was like no and I didn't want to embarrass him in front of him you know what I mean like cuz if you do that to somebody they'll feel like you're embarrassing them so I didn't want to embarrass him so I just wanted to just kind of keep it cool and then he just got aggressive with me and it just it went from Zer to 100 and I just tried to stop it um and did you witness any of this no I wasn't the about taking a bath the whole time did you hear anything or were you was it like drawn out by water or did you actually no I hear when when they start yelling I IE and what did you hear the I I hear the words that they say that uh you don't deserve me I done with this would you be able to make out who it was or was it kind of just a mash of different things no no the he he was speaking first okay and then my brother was spoke second P he he was spoke and yelling and then they both yelling okay and that's all you know yeah okay and then did he enter the bathroom to get you and what did he say help me uh that your brother started acting crazy he's never been like this okay that's yeah did he say that they got in an altercation of any kind no what's your name didn't happen on this bed uh yes okay um do you want to change out your shirt so we can go talk outside okay
