her dry spray shirt and all that stuff and then he got to be mirandize and question him as well he told me he was just looking for somebody to get him some help or something I don't know but you took the bicycle off my porch wasn't nobody there he came into your house yeah he in the back and he made the back right here because he couldn't drive it and then um you're gonna sign it down here he got prosecuted he got a stash him down here somewhere I told him he had a big old box of stuff he was carrying he put it over there on the side of it so when they told that house down came in late so brief me on what happened okay I told my husband I said he had a box of stuff and he hadn't been through my yard because I watched him I told my husband I say he came through the yard I was folding clothes on the porch okay he got that bike and he dropped that bike that cause he couldn't write he couldn't ride it okay so he had he had a big box of stuff I told him I said he got a box of stuff he I don't know what's in it but he dropped the Box around here I don't know what's in that box but he dropped it but when I act my son asked him man why you on my mama porch he said he was looking for help for somebody to call for help for him but you took the bike off the porch yeah you wouldn't you wouldn't ask me for no help you saw the car was gone that's why you went on that porch because he hadn't walked he hadn't came through the yard already so he was waiting for the car to be gone he was waiting because he was waiting so you think he was just waiting so he could steal the bike I think he would just I think he was just looking around picking up whatever because he got a box of stuff around the corner around him yeah and then he see what he did I called my son I called my son and then um because he had went all the way across the highway and put on that shirt he got on and came back and walked all the way around here by the time I was calling the police and following him okay and then when I came up he walking like he trying to hide his face right here my mom told me I hadn't seen him already a few days ago he's been walking around here the last couple days never seen him before you know what I'm saying yeah and like my grandma beard written man yeah my mama in that house that's why Mom she's sick but she take care of myself so he's just walking around yeah or whatever I don't know what I don't know what's wrong with him or whatever on the porch man that bike it was on there when I left this house an hour or two ago that bike was on the porch you were on the porch and got that bike that mean you could have went in this house and did anything to my grandma or anybody that's in here and God forbid if I would cop y'all to be going to jail right now you understand homies and I was like no you didn't want any [ __ ] mama's bike and then next thing I know I lose him I come back around the corner he's biking back towards me again and he starts running and I start [ __ ] running across his ass and he comes over here and [ __ ] I tripped I slipped trying to like you come out and then he got over the top of me he was like in the country in the [ __ ] face and something I was kind of thing I'm like dude you talk to me talk to me and he didn't want to talk to me and you guys pulled up and here I am I get to ask him if he knows me you wouldn't tell me no answer okay so I have some cake water where because they said that you walked over here yeah did you take the bicycle no bicycle okay no because they're saying that you took the bicycle from exercise I'm not stupid man Okay so you Rodney you were walking which way were you walking you walking this way I was walking that way and then I looked around on this side road there and came back up this road so you just made a big U I did a big U and he like I lost him in you and then he came back towards and he wants to turn around and was coming back at me again okay so you're saying that you put these on for those messes with that like so you took them down to the ground yeah they directed him and redirected him to the ground as uh I was going to detain him yeah I grabbed his arm and as I please and then when I when I come up on the bike huh I might get some gloves and I'm gonna transport them es all over his legs huh getting them all right um getting them for burglary oh yeah she put 300 but since it was in birth and with it happening during a burglary it makes it 100 value for the felony so it's burglary and then Grand Theft
