you got to see from our point of view right like they're still missing $900 something doll the manager says that each battery that was refunded that money was in your pocket five separate times which totals up to the $900 so there's give me a second so there's the surveillance that they have and you admitted to it in your statement what's going on man what's that what I think you for me I guess happened what they say they lost provincial people and uh we was doing refs and I was taking like if I do a person for it's it's a certain customer he come here on the regular for some reason he always pick me to do a ref so I got used to him coming so I kept do the re for the battery but sometimes she will come out instead of him waiting for me to get him the money back he'll be like hey man I'm going to put my battery in the car just bring me the money and I told him straight up like it'll look just as crazy if I go in the rest you get money with with the receipt and just walk out the door so I put it in my pocket he would give me a $5 $10 tip every time you come and that's was that and I told him they would show they show cameras of me putting it in my pocket on inside the store but I'm like well what's the picture of me outside the store once I leave well we can't show you that or we don't have that so I'm like well that's only the one side of the FZ but I told them man I y'all doing they doing their job it's it's it's no hard feeling that's why I'm not even I'm not running nowhere I'm not to make myself look like a suspect that's why when you pull it up I gave you my he's installing his own battery so they see see me getting the money putting it in my pocket but they inside the store but they don't show me on the same cameras whatever pictures they got giving the customer the refund and the receipt and it always been the same person they know the person information name and all that but so I'm like well how you show me inside the store but you don't show me when I come right here or you know wherever he SP he always spk either or why why you don't what damn what you was home yeah you call me I'm I thought you was at work but they don't they don't they don't they don't show me outside the store giving them uh customer his money or his with his receipt back to them with his receipt and then on top of that every refund regardless of what it is if it could be a piece of candy every refund that is done a a manager have to put their code in a regular crew member which what I am I can't do no refunds regardless of what it is without a manager putting that code in and improving it so whatever they they had a sit down with the manager before I got here but as I come in the manager walking out of the door so then he's like uh where where we seen where this man where they could tell me too much cuz it's somebody else I'm just moving cu the sun of my ey because it's somebody else personal information so they was like well we see her on one of the one of the cameras we see her giving um she she did the F but she put something to the side and give you the rest I'm like well so so what what are you asking me everything can can nothing be done in this store without a manager verifying it I don't see y'all calling the police off H so what's the difference what's the difference between me and her because if I was doing something wrong that basically mean two two can play that game because it takes two people to complete one transaction to ref so why is it just me and not her throwing her under the bus not saying she doing something have to put their code there so no transa have been done without somebody putting a code in so so the person purchas the stuff you would come back try to he he would return uh he would um do battery returns he may come like this nothing new he knew that the store manager know that like this person doing this is is nothing new but they see her taking money and they see me coming out here but you see me in the store but what about me outside like you only show me half of the picture it's if it's a whole book stop showing me two pages and not all you know what I'm saying I mean but still like at the end of the day what what's the benefit of bringing the money out here that and and that's the same thing I said I should have been smarter than that because if I'm doing a refund why you ain't person would come in for a refund he'd give him the refund money and he would just put it in his pocket instead of so a customer would come in like for example a battery went out on their car they came in and they thought they had the battery on the warranty so in reality we're just supposed to give him a different battery yeah so he wouldn't give him a he would give him a different battery but not running through the system and would do a return like let's say if you came in and said hey I don't I don't want your battery and M going to go to advance yeah so just give me my money back so in reality he should have gave him the money back but what he did he let him take our battery and then pocket the money okay poet the money for about um that we can prove uh about 900 bucks okay so I talked to him and this is a Q&A that I deal with him question and answer he signed it dated it um or he you know kind of BS the kind of story told me but um video doesn't lie the money put in his pocket and then he claims at somebody outside and give that person the money did you confront him about the uh about taking the money like in his pocket and say he put in my pocket but then he would and you give them a new battery and they walk away where's the money that's only under warranty swap that's only under warranty swap so you can if your battery under warranty you can either get a warranty swap for a new battery or you can get a full refund either or it's whichever one YouTu but if you don't no longer want that battery cuz it's a piece of [ __ ] battery most people going to want their money back like we so they get a refund and then they go and buy a different they can but not that's that's just up to them but that's that's an option but you have an option to get a warranty swap for a new battery or if you realize Auto Zone batteries is a piece of [ __ ] you get to full refund and go to Walmart and buy whatever you do whatever whatever you choose to do with the money so it's either or but you said he was coming out here to put a new battery in the car so he must have purchased one from here under warranty yeah because for anything to be retired you either got to have a receipt or warranty so once I go once you bring me your battery and it's a knowledge that your battery is under warranty and can be swapped out return that's the only way we can go to the next process then where does the money come from like where what if you're swapping out batteries there's no money in in battery if we swapping out battery get but my point is that if he came in and he got his battery and he got a new battery because he was putting it in the car like you said so he swapped out a battery the dude that always come out he always get a full refund and he will act like he's coming out to swap his battery or do something else instead of him standing to the register and getting his money we're not just talking about one occasion we're talking about different occasion where he he's not just purchasing or returning the battery his other items also so it's not it's never way he was he just doing batteries and batteries only sometime he was switching up sometimes he would do this sometimes he would do that but two or three different occasions instead of him waiting not always but instead of him waiting on the register he will come out to the vehicle for whatever reason and have me bring it out I should have fail for that I should have did that and I I'm own up like I've been owning up to I shouldn't have did that that okay it wrong on my behalf but at the end of the day you showing me one video but you're not showing me the other so I I don't I don't know okay I don't know I well he just told me I said I I don't really understand where the money comes into place like just it's you know I just don't understand it um like if someone comes in with a battery hands you the battery and they want an exchange then you give them a new battery whereas what is the money and then um he said sometimes people just get returns and I was like but you said that he came out here to install his new battery so he must have like I just don't know where there's money involved right so like explain it to me and he um he said that he returned a bunch of other stuff too and so he was bringing it out to him and let me backtrack a minute he was like oh he didn't get another battery um and I said but you said he was installing it oh he was pretending to install it confused if you think he's I think he's trying to F I don't know I don't know I mean I don't know if they'll be too happy with oring charges something that but he's going to fire him right now and he wants us stairs I'm sure I don't know I'll call last because you don't do you have that tells me um cash for transactions and that's how I was able to was all batteries or was it a variety of things it was all batteries but that I have on video I know there other other stuff happen still out $900 something doll yeah that what I was telling her $900 no the $900 that they came up with for the amount was the amount of total returns that was done within whatever time for the period they calculate that's where the $900 $931 right so he was asking me okay whatever he gave you a tip or whatever how much didn't tow up to I couldn't how much didn't tow up to I couldn't come up with a the manager put their code in verify and print it out it's nothing I can do financially without being approved in not just physically but visually verified it just ain't well it doesn't look like you refund to be done why what you said but for any refund to be done you have to go through St procedures from a all the way to Z I get yeah those procedures weren't happening is what I'm saying okay I'm saying like he came in with the old battery requested a refund you gave him the new battery without doing any of the procedures on the computer or eating or needing any type of manager approval and
