my husband's face then she got in his face and then she started getting in my face and it looked like this to me I got my kids right there and when she went like this I didn't know what she was going to do and to be honest I put my hand down to stop it like this and uh and that's when she jumped on top of me um and then ping my hair yanking me to the ground things like that that's where the Scrabble came um and it was all of them on top of me a whole bunch of her friends I guess were there yeah a bunch of people on top yeah I kind of came up when it was in the middle of that um so you got a couple options okay I can charge her with battery on you for the fight or if you don't want to be involved in that part of it I have enough to to send her to jail for disorderly intoxication and a couple of other things drug yeah so your call Totally your call I mean she's going to go to jail tonight regardless okay um so if you just want if you're if you're satisfied with the fact that she's going to go to jail tonight and you know she's not going to get out tonight uh that's fine but if you want to be a victim you know a technical victim and and I charge her with battery you know then
