later when they have calmed down the
female and her husband in the orange
sweatshirt are given their notices to
appear in court so you were told to get
back several times you were being less
cooperative and you were interfering
with the what was going on that's why
you're being you about got pepper spray

you now times may change but swinging at
a cop will always be stupid hey everyone
I'm John and I appreciate you for
watching and when alcohol is involved
these fights can escalate quickly and
when I was a police officer I've seen a
lot of these types of situations the
shouting the shoving and sometimes fists
start flying and police have to act
quickly separating everyone before
anyone gets seriously hurt I responded
to a fight outside of a bar in the
Mayfair section of Philadelphia some
years ago with some other off and we
pull up and saw numerous arguments going
on at once however we noticed that one
particular guy is more aggressive than
the other people and he also has blood
on one of his fists at this point we
figure out that he had assaulted another
male inside the bar in the fight poured
outside now thankfully we were able to
locate the complaintant who was bleeding
from his nose and as we're taking the
suspect into custody he then takes a
swing at one of the officers stupid
decision now the officer wasn't hurt and
the suspect learned the Hardway not to
take a swing at a police officer he was
promptly taken into custody which
fortunately calmed down the entire
situation with this case Police pull up
to a chaotic situation and police
attempt to take a male by the arm
because he's bleeding and the male
forcefully pulls away he then hits and
kicks the officer where no man wants to
be kicked at they kicked me in the dick
now this is the dangerous part about
these calls cuz the officer is a waiting
backup and the other people with the
mail are approaching the officer now
backup arrives and the officer nearly
has to tase and pepper spray these
people and at this point all the
individuals are placed in cuffs and
detained because the scene is just chaos
but thank goodness the officer found his
mags because when officers get into
these tussles equipment can drop and
magically disappear now the other two
people that were involved received Nas a
notice to appear it is a legal document
that serves as an alternative to a
formal physical arrest in certain cases
while the NTA is not a traditional
arrest in the sense of being taken into
custody and booked at a police station
it is still a legal process that
involves the individual being accused of
committing an offense and being required
to appear in court and the male who
assaults the officer received multiple
charges maybe he'll realize how serious
the situation is when he sobers up while
the female and her husband in Orange
were given their notices to appear in
court for resisting obstructing jakori
was taken to jail and charged with
resisting obstructing and three counts
of aggravated battery on a peace officer
they are innocent unless proven guilty
in a court of law
