judge to see if uh if their family member or friend uh meets the Marchman act criteria a judge will have to sign it it's for anybody who abuses any um substances right if he can't make that decision for himself then she would petition and if the judge says okay the criteria meets she'd sign it and he would have to go to um to a facility to get treated for alcohol you know alcohol Stu like that is getting to be so much more especially people are scared yeah especially if it's getting out of control may want to consider that just to help him out a little bit cuz he may not be able to say hey I
