getting it I'm getting in uh yeah if you can start on it what's uh what do you value the phone at uh, 1400 that's all right um You Be want to do a swore statement yeah most definitely okay most definitely yeah all right let me uh I got your info got a card if you need it to that work yeah work too hard stuff like this man at least we're able to get it back just being honest yeah cuz when she went in there made contact with the guy in the blue she literally walked in the middle of a whole bunch of kids so I'm just like at this point I'm like please you guys hurry up driver license on you yes most most definitely I was like please you guys hurry up before something happens she was in the middle of a whole bunch of kids on the basketball court going crazy what youing yeah I mean I thought you going to do the property but I'll do it it's fine yeah all right so let right from the beginning run me through everything that step over all right go ahead just go ahead and start okay so uh see young lady at the light um which light um 45th and uh Australian okay uh roll the window down you know we just chitchatting um asked if I get the number you know we just talking I said hey put your number in my phone did like this here's my phone she literally pulled off with it so I went right behind her follow behind her um she pulled off a little bit on the right we're going south on Australia she pulled a little bit off on the right near the park so I jumped on the truck I said hey I need my phone she's like I'm not giving you your phone she pulls off darts past the light um there was a white vanan in the right lane right in front of her she tried to kind of merge over to the left lane but she cut it too close and she sideswipe the um white van at that point the white van pulled over to the right uh she kept going as she got closer towards Gaines Park she turned into Gaines Park and of course parked right here um at this point I didn't have my phone on me so I couldn't call the police officers I weighed down a couple people and I said hey if I can just get your phone um I weighed down a couple people hey can you call 911 and call 911 someone eventually call 911 and of course you guys showed up on the scene in the meantime she um walked inside of I don't know what Center this is but she walked inside the center um and she made contact with the young gentleman in the blue um on the basketball court okay so you did lose sight of her I never lost sight of her but when she walked inside when she walked inside of here that's when I lost sight you lost sight of her okay um all right what kind of phone did you have iPhone 14 Max Pro Max what color black okay uh in what intersection did you hand your phone over to her to put her number in 45th in Australia okay and then you followed her here uh at what point did you at any point tell her give your phone back or anything like that we p p over I said hey give me my phone what are you doing here or somewhere else no it was when we were on Australian heading south right before that first light and there's a part right right before the first light we pulled over there like kind of like a little side park you pull over like 15th I don't know the street exactly okay but I know it's right in front of that first light and there's like a park there and there's like a little part you can kind of like pull over on she pulled over on that and I pulled over right behind her I said hey I need my phone she's like I'm not giving you your phone darts off and when she darted off white white van was right in front of her she tried to kind of cut like cut switch lanes but she didn't gauge it right and wind up hitting the white white thing right in the back that's why she has damage to the right side of her front and I'm pretty sure you guys get a call sometime with a white van with the left bumper should be D it okay um what do you value the phone at about 14400 with case okay and you want to press charges yes okay and the female that you saw us out here talking to is that her that is her yeah okay can you describe what she was wearing uh gray pants looks I think it was a black top um looks like
