what's going on man uh did she tell you what happened now what's going on uh my girlfriend I mean I'm not going to lie it was messed up on my part but she hasn't been the best person to me lately and I did end up cheating on her and I woke up this morning with her just punching me a bunch in the face where she punch in the face yeah just slapping me yeah and me she's 9 slapping or punches are a difference both both I just she I woke up and it was just her going all crazy on me and I was let see her face she was punching you said yeah not hard I mean she's like 90 lbs like I said but then just going crazy on me she hit me in the head with a a big uh um what it perfume bottle that clone bottle um but my you have a bump in your head or anything you have a bump in your head yeah a little bit right there there okay what is she doing inside I don't know right now uh she told me if I go in there that she's going to kill me but if if um I don't go in there or if I if I go in there she's going to kill me but if I leave her she's going to kill herself so it's just kind of [ __ ] away my head right now I don't know if she has a weapon she might have a knife uh is there any guns inside no I don't have guns but she said if I go in there she's St my throat and uh my roommate uh did come in um I don't think I didn't get it on video but she did um just smack me really hard in the face and then started smacking me more and my Eli watched me restrain her which I I think it's okay for me to restrain somebody but she was just going after me pretty hard so I felt like I had the restrainer I didn't one restrain her how what can you explain how you restrained her yeah just her like right here and just kind of held her down like that and I told her I was just going to hold her down so the cuz she kept on hitting me so I kind of put like I didn't touch her at all I put my knees like right here on arms and I was going here and then I called 911 like that and then and then I got up and I kind of ran out the house cuz I didn't wanted to hit me anymore she's not going to tell me that you hit her or anything like that no I never would no she have any injuries on her first no okay what you said your roommate observed all this uh yeah well my roommate Eli saw her hitting me and then I restrained her yes um I did I mean like I said I did kind of push her off of me she I mean maybe a tiny red mark But like I said there I mean I don't think there would be anything at all whatsoever no okay what's your girlfriend's name Ashlin tankersley she's from Virginia she's not from you see on the phone bunch of naked girls the person that the AJ that he was going to go hang out with last night was not an AJ um sorry his ex-girlfriend that um like a couple months ago or two months ago or whatever told everyone that she had been by him and then like told everybody that it wasn't true he's still talking to her for the past two months like on an I don't know it's really weird I did hit him yes I'm not going to lie a couple of times but why was that because I was really angry and I didn't know how to control how I felt and that's totally my fault and I okay did he hit you by any chance um no he pushed me through me a couple of times but other than that no was that after you hit him um yes okay where where where did uh where was the contact at in the bathroom okay in the master okay what happened to your leg why are you bleeding from your leg um there just one iif felt I cut it on one of the the corners of the wall can you lift your shirt a little bit more see I slid it across the corner of the wall you need paramedics for that or you're okay I'm fine okay how long have you guys been dating um I don't know um do you mean you know it's been a year 2 years 6 my car this is after you went through the phone sorry I missed it yeah this is after this at first I was I was very calm I I had to plan on what I was going to do and then I just woke up I said I I help start my car in the morning and he was like why and I said cuz I found out who K was in his phone like who he's been lying say about he we used to have a neighbor right here Ryan he got arrested you might know him um a couple weeks or like two months ago but he had this contact in his name under Ryan and he told me it was Ryan and it wasn't like for the past like 3 months it was so I was like I found out who that was and I just calmly I got up and I went to the bathroom okay you have pair of mags here they're going to come and check you out listen if you don't want to check you out you just have to find the refusal and that's it um so overall basically you find him cheating basically is that what you're trying to say um what else like okay when you hit him did he hit him where like where exactly oh I don't know a couple of times in his chest I guess I him in his face a couple of times how'd you hit him was it open hand um I don't know no okay that's fine um here do they need them for her or for him I think they're going to valate for okay while we wait for them do you do you have like pants or something you can put on some shoes so we can figure out what's going to happen the courthouse while for an injunction is she get in trouble then what's that yeah she's going to jail for domestic regardless if you want to or not Florida has a pretty I I I wasn't trying to get her in trouble I just didn't want her though well that's what happens when you call the cops man I know um so just to make sure uh you cheated on or can you tell me your story real quick yeah so I I didn't physically touch another girl she hasn't been the nicest to me lately and we've been arguing she was going to go back to Virginia on Thursday cuz she's going to Blue Ridge rock festival and we just probably weren't going to work out things through there uh this other girl I talked to I hung out with her yesterday we didn't I mean make out we just hung out and talked and then I came home and I was uh I was going to tell her in the morning and then she was just like looking through my phone at night and then I just wake up at like 5: in the morning with her just slapping and hit me and stuff and then I got up and then closed the bathroom door and then she's hit me and then when I did put a hole I mean it is my door I did put a hole through it she was not in the room when I did so she left I was very very angry I would not lay my hands on a woman obviously I did not and I just punched the door um cuz I was angry but like I said she wasn't in the room when that happened cuz I know that's a law itself if you break things in front of people um also I did restrain her which I do admit to um my roommate saw that I just uh like kind of I didn't her leg was like right there and I kind of stepped in front of her leg and went like this and then held her down and then I put my knees on her arms I wasn't putting a lot of pressure just enough to keep your arms down and I called the cops from my knees arms so all starting your bedroom led to the living room yes I didn't I didn't hit her once I didn't strike her I restrained her and she might have a little bit of bruises for me restraining her but I did not uh that's the only thing I did and it was on a memory foam matress that I restrains her on it doesn't wouldn't hurt so that hit key that's from you yeah that's from me okay yeah she she went to go get a job and uh uh first day she was there she showed up and she had that then her boss gave her a ster Mar so she quit a job in a day because of that got um any questions for me um would I be able to contact her or she'll be able to contact her mom and tell her everything she probably won't contact you or be able to contact you cuz I'm pretty sure the judge will give her a temporary protection order against or restraining order where she can't contact anything like that she'll be able to come here with law enforcement and ret for things okay so and and then I I'll get her things ready I think they mostly are kind of but okay whatever you want to do you I'm ready by the time she comes back I'm not sure whether you guys are going to stay dating or you guys are going to break up or what I know um I mean if someone hits me that's I mean that's it because I don't trust that I mean I'm not justifying her actions too but if you're going to be in a relationship and it's not an open relationship you probably shouldn't go around and I know talk 100% I'm wrong about that 100% I'm not saying what she did is right but also what you're doing is I'm saying what I said I mean I'm 100% I'm completely in the wrong for that and I do 100% admit that but regardless of what someone does striking someone's never okay but like I said yeah I full-heartedly admit that that's [ __ ] up so I wouldn't contact her either um or if she calls you from jail I wouldn't pick up any lines either that's just some recommendation um the state attorney will reaching out to you within could be weeks months and reference to what you want to do whether you want to continue with charges or you want to drop them okay okay but um that's that's it for my part all right
