right so you're the owner of the vehicle yeah okay so here's we got two options right you give us consent to search that vehicle which I already see everything through the window all I want is that box the hinin box with the the gas the paint the paper towels in it right we'll take the box as evidence we leave the car for you here if not we're going to have to get a search warrant on the car which means we're going to have it towed back to the station it may take two days before you get your car back you know cuz they got to get search War it's got to signed by the judge we got to go through the whole process so but you as the owner you can give me consent to get that to go in that car and get that box that I want cuz he's going to jail regardless we the officer watched him commit
