a monroe county deputy was conducting
traffic enforcement in key largo florida
the deputy observed a white chrysler
traveling 108 miles per hour in the
posted 45 mile per hour zone
the deputy activated his emergency
lights and attempted a traffic stop
however the chrysler showed no signs of
stopping

they began to drive recklessly through
traffic and accelerated over 110 miles
per hour
eventually the chrysler pulled over and
the deputy ordered the driver out of the
car

the driver was later identified as 26
year old donovan rojas
