around 10:54 p.m. patrolman Taylor dormis with the Red Bank Police Department observed a 2018 landan Rover being driven erratically he activated his emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop and the driver pulled over on Riverside Avenue near Allen Place he made contact with the 26-year-old driver of the Land Rover who was identified as Juliana hey how you doing Red Bank police I see your driver's license I gu there's a car in Park oh yeah the car's in park this is a rental my car got SE on 2 weeks ago so it's a rental yeah it's okay s do you have the registration insurance for the car
