NJSA 3950.2E. Revised and effective July 1st, 2012. You have been arrested for driving while intoxicated. NJSA 39450. The law requires you to submit samples of your breath for the purpose of testing to determine alcohol content. A record of the taken of the breath samples, including the test test results, will be made. Upon your request, a copy of that record will be made available to you. After you have provided samples of your breath for testing, you have the right at your own expense to have a person or physician of your own selection take independent samples of your breath, blood, or urine for independent testing. If you refuse to provide samples in your breath, you'll be issued a separate summon for the refusal. A court may find you guilty of both refusal and driving while intoxicated. If a court finds you guilty of the refusal, you will be subject to various penalties, including license revocation of up to 20 years, a fine of up to $2,000, installation of ignition interlock, and referral to an intoxicated drivers resource center. These penalties may be in addition to penalties imposed by the court for any other offense of which you are found guilty. You have no legal right to have an attorney, physician, or anyone else present for the purpose of taking breath samples. You have no legal right to refuse to give or delay giving samples of your breath. Any response for you from you that is ambiguous or conditional in any respect to my request that you provide breath samples will be treated as a refusal to submit to breath testing. Even if you agree to take the test, but then do not follow my instructions, do not properly perform the test, or do not provide sufficient breath samples. I will charge you with refusal to submit the breath testing. I repeat, the law requires you to submit breath samples. Sorry, I I'll read it again. I will I repeat, the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing. Will you submit the samples of your breath? >> Yes. >> Okay. Watch your arms. Florida has a DR and they have somebody to work the test. I mean, they don't have a DR. They have somebody to work the the box. Cuz I got to take a photo of her when I get back. >> Go back to headquarters. >> Now you have to take photos of them. >> Says who? I was just told we take quarters. >> Well, we'll do when we get the headquarters. >> Let's just go get the box done first. Even if she blows a zero, we can call DR and have them be at our headquarters if we have to so we're not tied up in Sparta. Then we can all help and bust it out. Yep. >> All right. You know what? Let me uh let me look at her eyes real quick. See if um I got fluttering real quick. All right. Just do me a favor. Look at me and close your eyes. Okay, thank you. One year. >> But um Oh god. >> No, he's just he's just going to ask your insurance information. I wasn't able to grab. It's in your phone. >> Oh my um car insurance. >> Yeah, the car insurance. Yeah, right. >> Yeah, it's on her phone. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah, that's why. >> See, you kept snoozing. >> I'll be back. I'm sorry. I didn't want to unlock the phone. That's why. >> I'll be back. Okay, no problem. >> I be careful. >> All right. I remember you had the the >> Yeah. No, it um How do I use it? >> First concern about the eye. Okay. So, Metro, >> what do you need? The number. >> Yeah, I was just >> Right. Okay. >> No, you don't have to send it anywhere. I'll just see it directly from your phone. >> Right. No, I'm just opening the app. >> Yep. It's already open. So, if you hit exit >> right there. >> Okay. >> Perfect. And I'll just zoom right in. If you can just put your phone on like >> Oh, it's right. >> Yep. on the table and I'll be able to read it right over. Okay. >> Oh, I thought that was >> No, that's it. So, I'll just zoom out just so you can see. >> Is that easy? Oh, >> just that easy. All right. >> So, this is a declaration. This is not the >> declaration. Definitely. Yeah. So, that's if you uh hit that arrow to the left. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Yep. Right there. >> Want to try one more time? >> Yes. >> Okay. Perfect. Okay. So, what you're going to click on, it's going to be insurance card. I think >> Yep, that's the one. >> I have before. >> Oh, >> retry. Maybe Wi-Fi. >> Okay. >> No, there's no Wi-Fi in there. It says your service is working. So, >> maybe if you exit out use um I don't use Wi-Fi anyway, but I believe this one or >> Nope. The insurance card document. That's the one you would need. So maybe exit our >> I have the same numbers in my cars now. >> So what's the best contact number with you? >> See if we can >> No problem. I just need your your best phone number to call you. >> Sure. I think my first name is Hie. Like >> No problem. All right. That's all I need. Like I said, just whenever you get a chance for the insurance. >> So it should load though, right? >> Correct. It should. So, what we'll do, it's not loaded. >> No, the insurance car is not metro. >> So, what we'll do right now, if you can just contact someone to come pick you up and then we'll we'll try that to fix that again. >> If you want to just call a uh a ride over. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, your best bet. >> Your cousin picked you up last time, you said. >> Uh yeah. I don't know if he's on ship tonight. Um >> do you have a phone number? I can call him. Oh, officer Powski did um from Morristown, but um no, I don't want him picking up again. No, >> you don't want me to call him pick you up? >> No, he's going to be mad at me. Like, no. >> You want >> I'm sure he'll be happy as long as you're okay. >> Yeah, of course. No, definitely. But it's more over that I'm ashamed. You know what I mean? Like, >> but stop scoring. It's not, you know, >> I'm worried I didn't hurt anyone. I didn't kill anyone. Like, oh god, if I did. Don't look. You're looking at my eye. >> Well, I'm just worried about your eye. Your eye and your arm are pretty It's pretty good. Pretty good bruises. So, that's why I was just worried. >> Like you said, if you're if you're okay, you're okay. You know, I just like I said, I just wanted to make sure. So, but yeah, if you want to call someone to come and pick you up, uh we're just about done. I think you just have to do um you have to take do the pictures. Do I have to do this? >> Yeah. Yeah, that's I asked. >> I'm not going to be online, right? >> No. No. Nothing. >> Oh my god. Like Trumpy CNN.com. >> Listen, anything that happens in here, I promise you. Like I said, if I see you somewhere like whatever happened in here is in here. I won't even say anything about this. We're not allowed to. So, nobody would you don't there's no pictures that go out or anything. >> I know. That's what I know. But like it's so hard to like feel and like I'm going through I went through like a very I was with a guy for 5 years. I went through a extremely hard breakup abusive and who lived with me and new guy now like my life like came to shambles and then co happened. >> Yeah. Everything is totally different. >> Yeah. >> You want her to come with you now or no? >> Photo. >> Oh >> photo. >> Courtney, hold on one second. Let me just I just got to one second. I'll be right back in. All right. >> See if you can get someone to pick you up in the meantime. >> Okay. All right, Courtney, we got to just take your picture real quick and then you can come back in here. Were you able to find anybody? >> Yes, I'm doing it right now. Can you give me five minutes? >> Yeah. You are you How about you come take your picture real quick and then we'll put you back in here and you can take as long as you need. >> Are you sure you don't want like the the rescue squad just to come and check you out? Like I said, everything's confidential. So, it's up to you. If you don't want to go, you can tell them no. And you can sign >> and you can sign off if you don't want to go. >> If you don't want to go, you don't have to. But like, you know, my my boss is in here and they he even said the same thing. Like, we're just worried that, you know, you don't like I don't know. >> Concussion. >> Yeah. Like there's nothing, you know? >> I think >> Well, at the hospital, they'll do they'll do like a cat scan, you know, a CAT scan or like an MRI. >> Hospital. Yeah. Yeah, you can't really do that in their unit. >> No. So, they would come and ask you if like I said if you want to go and if you don't want to go, you'll sign off saying you don't. But it it's up to you, you know. We're just trying to be on the safe side cuz like I said, it if it wasn't bad, then we wouldn't say anything. >> And I actually have some makeup on it, which is >> so it was a lot worse. I was seeing if she wanted the ambulance come and check her out. >> No, >> no. Yeah, like No, no, she would have to go to a hospital. >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. That's like No, they do that in the remote. Like, um I know with pharmaceut >> I'll see if I can get that. >> It's probably It's in the garage. >> All right. I'll I'll see if I can get that in the meantime. If you want see if there's somebody that can pick it or if there's someone that you want us to call, we'll I'll even call someone. >> We did. Um I No, I know. My boyfriend's probably like I don't even want to and my parents. So >> that's why I'm sure you don't you sure you don't want your cousin? Your cousin sure he'll understand like >> No, I don't want to like put him through that again. And he's like he lives up by my sister like in Hackett Town. Like they live like in the same >> Are your parents still live in town or no? Yeah. >> You want to call one of them? >> No. No. Like, why do you I'm just going to deal with this on my own. This this part of it I'm going to deal with on my own. >> All right. Well, if you call like an ex-boyfriend or something. Well, I just Oh, okay. I didn't want you to call like a boyfriend or something if like you know. >> No, I don't have my ex-boyfriend. >> All right. No, my boyfriend now like Tuesday trying to think um days that like I would spend with him and not with him and but no I don't. He knows about like the B but then he's like what the hell? Well, once I go to this program and get my [ __ ] together, like I think I'll >> You know what? It's good that you're at least you're going to go to a program and everything. No, >> that's 515. It's not like a, you know. >> Yeah, but that's why like I know you say you're embarrassed, but like, you know, stuff happen, but stuff happens. You're going, it's not like you're not doing anything about it. You're going to a program, you know, you're going to go talk to someone, you know, get some help, whatever it is you need. So, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. Stuff happens. >> You go through different things in your life, and sometimes you can't And then now like here like you feel like you're like >> I don't know. But sometimes it's so hard to like get where I am. I have a double degree like you know it's like >> but sometimes things happen in your life to make it makes you do the things that you're doing. It's not really you. It's just you sometimes people like things happen like you said you were with your last guy for 5 years. He was abusive and now you're not. So like that's a huge >> coach when co I think so many people went through that. Oh yeah. And then >> and then like you know it's a big change in your life. So a lot of different things happen. So it's like you know it's not embarrassing if it you know you're getting goose. I have gooseies goosebumps. >> Well see if you could call somebody in the meantime. I'll see if we can get your socks you send in your bag. >> Uh yeah they're black. >> Okay. See if you can give somebody a phone call they come pick you up. >> Okay. Thank Oh, Chris. [Music] [Music] Hi, Louis. >> Hi, this is Courtney. Um, so I'm at the police station and I just need you to sign a thing that you're driving me home and a waiver just that you're driving me home to my house. What? >> Oh, English. Oh, yeah. All right. So, you just have to come in What? >> Are you text alerts? Get alerts. You just have to um pick me up here and sign. Just like sign that you're driving me home. That's all. And drive me to Yes. All right. Cuz it's $40 and then I'll give you tip on top of that. Okay. >> Your ears. You're 17 minutes away. [Music] >> Okay. You just have to come outside and then Yeah. You just have to sign and say you're driving me home. That's all. And drive me home. That's fine. Is that okay? Okay. All right. I'll see you soon. Just call me when you're outside. Okay. Thank you. Bye. Oh, hey. I don't think it opens. Does Give us a minute. What's up, Courtney? >> What's up? Um, no, you wanted this. >> Oh, you found it? >> Yeah. >> Were you able to get a ride yet? >> You could. You are. All right. Awesome. You can sit right here. I'm going to tell them to come in and get it from you so you don't have to go. >> All right. All right, then. Come on. If you have the >> socks. >> The socks. All right. We're working on the socks. >> She has to. >> All right. >> Chris does not leave here. >> I'm telling I promise. >> All right. I'm just going to close the door. Okay. >> Sure. >> All right. Yeah. I can be here in one minute. Chris is Chris, my ride's here. Yes, ma'am. >> Um, my ride's here. >> Okay. Just have her meet us inside and then I'll come. No, no. You're going to stay in here for the moment. I got to talk to her first. Explain to her the form. I'll explain these to you. >> It's a boy. >> That's fine. I'll explain to him the form. I'll I'll need him to build the form with me. >> Okay. >> I'll explain to him the details. The John Law, he'll explain that the next 12 hours so and so, >> right? >> And then I'll explain everything that was issued to you today. Then I'll have you and he'll meet you in the lobby. Okay? But I just need him to go to the lobby. Okay. >> Okay. Just have him meet come inside and just meet us at the door. >> Where? Okay. I don't think it's confusing around here. >> Does he know where the police department is? >> I don't think most people do by choice. >> Well, he says he's here, though. >> Um, yes. I think he's doing laps around, he says. >> Okay. Well, he needs to enter the building. There's only two buildings in the parking lot. There's the library or us. >> The library >> for us. That's >> on the right side. Yeah. >> Yep. So, >> it's right side. >> Okay. I'm just going to close the door. Okay. >> Can I come out there and >> No, you're going to you're going to have to stay here until I'm done. Like I said, just need a few more minutes. Okay. >> I'm going to go outside and try to find him. Okay. >> He's in a >> Okay, no problem. I'll find him. Okay. >> Okay. >> You going to come back? >> Yep. I'll be back. >> All right. Thank you. [Music] Officer Eric Finley with the Sparta Police administered the Alco test. Courtney's results indicated a back of 0.31% which was almost for times the legal limit of 0.08%. After the alco test, she was transported back to the Jefferson Township Police Department for further processing. She was unable to find someone to take responsibility for her and the officers were unwilling to release her to an Uber driver. So, she was transported to the hospital for further evaluation. How are you, sir? >> An Uber driver. >> You're an Uber driver for who? >> For the >> Uber driver. That's what she called. >> Okay, I'll be right back. Okay. Deactivated. All right, Courtney. You cannot leave with that gentleman. That gentleman's an Uber driver. He's not going to sign you out. >> What does that mean? Why? >> You need someone that's going to take responsibility for you the next 12 hours, not someone that's going to just drop you off. >> My cousin dropped me off last time. >> Well, he's has responsibility for 12 hours. You cannot just have someone come pick you up. They have to take responsibility for you. That's an Uber driver. I'd say he's not going to sign a form saying that he's going to take responsibility for you, >> right? >> Okay. So, you need to have someone that's going to come in here and take responsibility for you. If you don't, the alternative is you will remain in the cell until you're deemed >> right >> sober. So, your best option is to have someone that's going to come here and take responsibility for the next 12 hours. >> My cousin dropped me off. >> Well, I don't know what they did in the past, but >> trooper. Well, you need to contact either a relative, a friend, family member, or a friend that's going to come and take responsibility for you. We're not going to release you to an Uber driver. They will not take they will not take custody for you. >> Right. That wasn't clarified to me. So, last time Scotty just picked me up and dropped me off. >> Well, I don't know what they did, but the rules are they have to take custody of you for the next 12 hours. The alternative is you will remain in cell until you're de until you're deemed safe. Okay. And being that >> I was going to clarify that. >> Okay. No problem. Well, being that you're at 3.1, you're most likely to be here overnight if you if you don't have a ride coming. >> I had a ride. >> Well, that you need someone that's going to that's going to sign you out. >> Me numerous times. >> Okay. Well, that's just an Uber driver. >> He wasn't He didn't even know who you are. He just was reading it off the screen. >> So, >> that's what my cousin did. dropped me off last time. >> Okay. Well, I don't know what they did last time. I'm just telling you what the rules are. >> Okay. Okay. >> Well, that wasn't explained to me beforehand. >> No problem. That's why we said a relative, a family member, or a friend. >> No, it wasn't explained. >> That's okay. Well, now it's being explained to you thoroughly. >> Well, after I paid for an Uber. >> Okay. Well, you can always cancel it. Correct. Since he said, >> "No, it's going to be charged." >> Well, you would have to find an alternative or you would remain in the cell for the for the remainder of the night. You will not have a phone. Alternatively, you would go to the hospital if you if you wish to go to the hospital. >> But at this time, you need someone to take custody of you. >> You're at 31 at this time. >> It's Brazes up higher. >> Yeah, it's going to go even higher, which means it will take even longer for you to be leaving from here. >> Oh, yeah. >> So, you're most likely to have a family member or a friend. You can either have your parents, your friends, your cousin, have someone here that will pick you up that will take responsibility for you. I need them to sign the forms and agree they will take responsibility for you, not to allow you to drive for 12 hours. These are the information I would need to discuss with them prior to them taking custody over you. >> I got to call my boyfriend. >> Okay. >> Is that legit? My boyfriend, right? >> As long as he agrees to take care of me and he's sober, that's fine, right? Yes, I'll go home with him. >> Okay. Like I said, you can call your cousins, you can call your friends. >> I don't want to. >> Your father, your mother, they both live in town. They're the closest one nearby if you want to go to them. >> No, I don't want to stress them out even more, you know. >> Okay. >> All right. So, I'll call my boyfriend. >> Okay. >> He'll come here. >> And how far is he from here? >> He's in Dville. >> Danville. Okay. Are you sure he's at Dville at this time or is he residing home from work around 6ish? So, >> where is he? Where does he work at if you mind me asking? >> Um, he works at Quest Diagnosis and Clipton. >> Okay. So, he he Okay, >> but he gets done like at 5. >> Okay. Are you able to call him now? >> He call I'm at Can I have my phone charger? >> Your phone charger? You don't have the outlet for the for the wall? You only have the outlet for the for the car. There was a phone out. There was only an outlet from the car >> cuz I switched it. >> I only saw the outlet for the car. >> I'm not too sure, but let's just try call him. See where he is at. >> I'm only at 10%. >> Well, 10% still more than enough for right now for you to call. >> We're not going to do that right now. I need you to try try attempt to find someone to pick you up. Once you find someone to pick you up, I'll more than die. I will more than happy find it. 10%'s not going to have it die. Okay. >> My phone does. >> Okay. Well, when it hits 5%, I will I will grab you a charger. If you don't have a charger, I will give you the department's phone and you'll be able to contact your phone with the department's phone. But at this time, I need you to find someone to pick you up. >> All right. So, >> this is Jeffson Township Police. >> You can just call him. It'd be much quicker for you to get a response. Can I take my anxiety medicine? >> Uh, we going to have to weigh on that for the moment. I have to ask my supervisor. Okay. Like I said, >> I take it I have to take my blood pressure medication. It just came up 6:30. I take it every night. >> Well, I'll I'll explain that to my supervisor. Okay. Like I said, you're under custody, so I have to make sure it gets approved up. >> It's prescribed. I know it's prescribed. But once you're in custody with us, we have to follow certain rules. >> Okay. So, it's the blood pressure. >> Okay. Well, first let's let's try to call him first and we'll take everything one step at a time, but we first need to find a ride because that's the one that's going to take the longest for you to get home, right? >> Alternative. >> No, I'm going to his house. He's >> Okay. Well, he still needs to be the one that picks you up, right? He needs to know that he's coming. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, I'll remain here until he till he responds. And then once he responds and once he gives you a yes or a no, then I will discuss and make sure if he can give you if he can allow you to take your medication. Okay? >> Like I said, we'll take this one step at a time. >> Let me take this one step at a time. That's >> it. Just one step at a time. Okay? One step forward, right? >> Hi, I need your assistance, please. I need you to pick me up. I need you to pick me up. What? I need you to pick me up. I need you to please pick me up. The Jefferson Police Department. They won't let me go. I try to get an Uber and I need you to please pick me up. I need you to please pick me up. Hi. was up here earlier when I went to my parents house and I got in an accident hit somebody at the Wendy's parking lot where I was talking so I need someone to pick me up here I'm here in Jefferson at the police Hello. >> Yes. >> Where are you? >> I'm with her right now. She's speaking to her boyfriend. >> All right. >> So, as per our boss, either she we have to get you home or that's what she's doing right now. >> She's requesting for medication. >> Oh, no. I said I didn't take my um blood pressure medication. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz I take it 6:30. It's all >> Okay. >> It's Chris. It's right in that bag. >> Okay. We'll get Is that your boyfriend? >> Yes. Okay. >> All right. Is he coming in or no? Cuz if not, >> we will we will send >> if if not then we got to send you to the hospital. >> All right. >> You want me to talk? >> Hello, Dennis. >> Oh, you remember his name? >> How are you? Officer Fabian. Um I'm just I went to high school with me. >> Yeah, I did. I went to high school with uh Courtney. But um either so if you can't come and pick her up uh then we have to send her to the hospital. She said she's fine. Uh, you know, um, but otherwise, uh, you know, otherwise, like I said, if you can't come, then we're going to have to send her to the hospital. >> So, I don't want to go to the hospital. >> All right. Uh, I just got home from work, so hopefully I'll be up there like within like an hour or so. >> Okay. Okay. Where where are you coming from? >> Denver. >> Denver from Denverville. >> All right. I'm going to tell my boyfriend. >> Okay. >> Thank you. I know you're just doing your job. >> Yep. That's what I said. I'm at 4%. All right. They're sending me to the freaking hospital so I can sign myself out when I'm there cuz I'm going on Friday. And it's ridiculous. Like my friend I went to high school with, he left, Chris. And then this other guy. And now they're I was like, "Oh, you have to go to the hospital." I'm like, "What?" I'm like, "Where's the 5150?" The sergeant. The sergeant guy. The sergeant. Jefferson sergeant. I have to go to the hospital. I guess it's more but yeah is it a 5150 cuz my eye and then yeah alcohol I didn't get pulled over for alcohol Dennis no I had alcohol in my system No, it's not. They're concerned about like this eye and like they think I have like a concussion and Uhhuh. not good. That's why I'm going to get help. I'm sorry. Yes. I think somehow Yeah. Somehow I don't know whatever I get charged with. No, like the person um no nothing happened from like nothing happened from that and then um God I'm going to like have a panic attack going back to this hospital. So just me there and get me out of the room than I would do. Is it just maybe I guess I guess it's more I'm assuming I like they want to look at like my freaking head and like they think this like No, it's not bleeding. No, it's the same. It looks the same as when you I'm going to ask in my hospital. I'm in Jefferson. No, the door when I went to the bathroom at my place, I'm freezing in here. Yeah. Oh, yeah. I told him that. And then they're like, "Oh, does your boyfriend hit you?" And I'm like, "No. No, I said no. Like, all right. How do you like push and it's freezing? My cardigan's in my car. My car's my friend left who works here. He went to high school with me. I've known him for like since I was like young. He wanted to like get me out of it. He's like He's like, "She's such a good girl." He's like, "Do what I said." I'm like, I don't know. He's like, but you know, he was so nice. It's like he's like he's like stuff happens like you know all at once and like nothing at all. I have to make sure what hospital I'm going to cuz my freaking phone is I'm not Scotty, nothing. No, I don't want to like I don't How do I like I'm hitting the button. Like, no one's coming. I'm knocking. No one's coming here cuz why would I know what hospital I'm going to cuz it might be St. Claire's. I don't know if it's St. Claire's or because I'm in Jefferson. My phone's going to die. Creepers. >> Yes, I got it. Yeah. >> Yes. >> Come on. >> Why? I have a question. I just want to know what hospital I'm going to for my boyfriend to meet you. >> They'll they'll let us know once they get here. Okay. >> Is it Morristown? Cuz that's >> like I said, they'll they'll let us know once we get here. They ultimately make the decision. >> I have to wear it as soon as we find. >> So to tell my boyfriend my phone >> you can call back. Like I have this phone number as well. So as soon as I find that if your phone dies, >> can we charge it out there at least? >> I don't have a charger. I already told you we don't have a charger. >> Like I said, I'll give them a call. >> They don't they don't have a hospital. He'll see a phone number from Jackson Township Police Department and they will advise him where you're going. Okay. >> Um the ambulance is gonna >> they'll tell us exactly where >> I have to make sure my insurance it's covered. So that's a big deal. >> You'll take care of all that with the hospital itself. All right. There's only two hospitals out. There's either St. Clair's or Atlantic. That's all we have. >> Our ambulance does not charge to take you to the hospital. >> Okay. Atlantic Health is the one that is definitely covered under >> You don't know which one they're going to charge. Okay. So, how do I let him know? >> We just hold your I will call him and >> Officer Value issued Courtney the following citations. Operating under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, operate motor vehicle causing property damage, leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage, and failure to report an accident. Jesus. [Music] >> No, I can't cuz like I don't know how to shut that one. >> Yeah, I'm going to shut off. Just stand over there. What? Do what? Oh, it's not it's not much. No, there's not much. That's what I said. Nothing in my car is probably going to be much like No. the front the person stop shore in a parking lot the Wendy's and I rear ended them. God what? No, my car had like the like front like the fender but like it was already messed up from before so it doesn't really look that different to be honest. apparently. Yeah. And then they called me and they said, "Oh, did you hit somebody?" And I said, "Yes." I said, "But the police." And I picked up like maybe shouldn't have but I picked up and yeah. Yeah. So no I was like at least like Chris baby like I went to high school with him and I'm in my hometown. Yeah. He's like my friend from high school. He's a year younger, but um he's a good kid. And um I've always been a I don't know. I didn't get to something. I didn't get anything. I no paperwork, nothing. Now I'm going to the hospital. The shift they were doing the shift change. No. I was like, well, when so I'm in this like well it's not like a holding cell, but I'm in this room. Thank God it's not a holding cell, but I'm freezing. It's my anxiety cuz I'm like starting to like I feel No, I'm not handcuffed. No, he let me take my >> Yeah, they put me in handcuffs, too, >> but then they put him in the front like she's not cooperative and like now I have no handcuffs. >> All right. The hospital the ambulance is here. Okay. >> Okay. Um does do we know what hospital I'm going to now? >> Not yet. I haven't spoken to the man yet. Like I said, I just spoke to you letting you know that they're >> Okay. Prior. >> So, let me hang up with my boyfriend. >> That's fine. You can hang up and I'll give him a call as soon as I find out. Okay. >> All right. Then will you come then? I'm assuming Atlantic Health. >> The closest one. The closest one is going to be St. declares that though we're done. >> I don't know if my insurance accepts that though. >> They're the most they're major hospitals. I'm going to do this. >> Okay. I just have to make sure that >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. And your name is officer. Sorry. I know. >> That's all right. They're going to be on all the summones that you're going to be receiving today. You're going to be in my name on all of them. >> Believe. just all right then he's gonna call you okay and let you know how >> you can keep him on the phone whatever you like at the moment but as right now I got to explain to you to someone >> okay one second sorry okay so he's going to call you back I'm at 1% now on my phone >> what time I I don't know I'm going to be transported there so it's going to take a little while >> it'll take probably 20 minutes to get there >> 20 minutes I don't I want to go to Morris on you, but okay. He's going to call you. Okay. So, it's going to come from >> Jefferson Township Police Department. >> Okay. Jefferson Township Police Department. It's going to come from the phone. >> Jefferson Township Police Department. Okay. >> Where's your Thank you. >> In the garage. >> Okay. Thanks. >> So, it's my gun. I got to grab the gun. >> Sorry. >> That's all right. So, I issue So, you're going to have multiple summones tonight. The first one's going to be for driving while intoxicated. Okay. >> Test results they have. This will be your copy for you to keep. Okay. >> Okay. Once we get out of the hospital, I will I will deal with that at the hospital. Okay. >> Uber guys. >> I will put this in your property with your purse and all that as you'll be taking all that with you. So, all this will be in your purse. Okay. All right. Do you want me to put your phone in the purse since it's only at 1%. >> Yes. You said the ambulance is here, right? >> Ambulance is here. That is correct. So, we're going to walk out.
